QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion should be allowed if there is a danger to the life of the mother or baby. It should be allowed under the circumstances of rape, incest, human trafficking or underage.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Disagree

The biggest use of funds go to annual checks, STD checks, Birth Control, Cancer Screenings, behavioral health, HPB Vaccine, mid life services for menopause, primary health services and adoption facilitation most people have no idea these services are available and abortion is only one small area they service.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Agree

In cases where people do not want to die in pain and want to die in diginity

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Larger breaks for small business owners, also single mothers and windows that annual income is less then 50,000.00 and Life Insurance policies under 100,000.00

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I would have to look at the detailed spending as I am not in office currently, however in Florida we have a balanced budget with a surplus so as there may be places we can reduce some spending, Florida is cash positive.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

You need to live and serve by morals. No one should be forced to do business that goes against their values and morals.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Churches are a business and have to abid by the same rules of all businesses. In cases like Covid-19 or other instances that people can be harmed, then I feel the government can step in. But only if the potential harm has great risk.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None, if they want to speak about my body my choice, then it goes for everything not just certain narratives. The Goverment should stay out of the business of telling people what to do with their bodies.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

We need to secure our borders, fund anti-terrorist groups to track and monitor terrorist and we should seek them out the destroy them. I am not a fan of the government playing games with terrorist or using them to further agendas. We should eradicate the issue with military force.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

I fully support Israel

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

We need to finish the wall and give border patrol more resources to make sure they can do their job.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

I feel anyone that clears the background checks, legally comes into the country and obtains the information to become legal within a odefine a set amount of time should have the opportunity. It is critical to make sure they pass the background screening before going to the next step of obtaining entry into our country.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Neutral

Governent should have no control over who can marry in our state. This is not a political issue.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Agree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a roman catholic christian. I beleive in the holy trinity, holding myself to high standards of serving others for the better good. I also believe God granted us this earth to take care of it and the prople so we can leave it a better place then we recieved it. Life is a blessing, we are not all created equal but we are all equal in my eyes and the eyes of our lord Jesus Christ. The golden rule always applies. Treat others as you want to be treated.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

More secure vote by mail ballots. Shorter Early Voter time frame as in 3-4 days and the Primary moved to March. The time frame between the primary and general election is too short.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

The media is more of a threat to national security then racism. They are the ones keeping it alive. In general most people see people not color, religion or race.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

It should be equal, its not a race issue.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The main functions of the government to me is to provide protection, including: national security, personal security and the laws that prevent harm & crime, safe infrastructure, care for the sick and elderly, and corporate regulation for small and large businesses alike and also regulation the transporation industry, along with big pharma and tech. It should also give us the best foundation for achieving freedom and happiness, and that requires equal opportunity and safety for all.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

I live in the real world with my voters. We have real issues to deal with like affordable housing, crippling gas and food prices, horrible education and school safety issues. I am not interested in leaning hard left or right. I am interested in what effects my famliy and the families of the State of Florida that need to put food on the table, roof over their head and raise a family with something left to retire on.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

As a new candidate I have not done many interviews that can provide backup.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

NO

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

It's very simple. If you don't know who your state representatives are then they are doing a horrible job of understanding your needs and reporting back to the community whats going on in Tallahassee that will affect them and get there thoughts. You can not be an effective leader if you don't know what the needs are. As an elected official I will be in the community and accessable always. I am elected by the people to serve the people, not serve me. So if your looking for a State Senator that will get to know you, provide transparentcy, then I am the one you should vote for. It's not about Red or Blue, its about you!

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

As long as departmental policy is review and apprived by the State and internal affaris is propery trained to make sure that department policy is not bent to suit.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Police and first responders need their funding to properly do their job an have enough officers hired to serve the community but, I do believe that much more funding resources should be allocated to mental health and community programs that include schools.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I don't beleive restrictions on gun ownership should be in place. When applying for a license and if your a felon that had a previous firearm charge, or known suspect of blogging on social media about gun volienve, then I beleive those people should be restricted from getting a firearm.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Fire arms dealers and manufactures should be held harmless. The FBI or other background companies that fail to provide accurate information or stop the sale of the firearm should be sued.
