E. Region Director of Mich. State Med. SOciety Alliance, current President of St. Joseph Hospital Med. Auxiliary,past Presidents of seversl Medical Auxiliaries, past president of several Filipino-American organizations. Previous two-term mayor of the City of Milan, Michigan, where I help turned a budget defict into surplus and while reducing property tax. held an invention patent used by several Fortune 500 companies.Submitted a money saving proposal to the U.S. Congress bipartisan committee on healthcare to save about 30 billion dollars in Medicare without reducing medical services to U.S. Medicare Beneficiaries.
