ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
Limited Government A City Government should be of the people, by the people, and for the people. An invisible government whose sole purpose is to serve its citizens - fairly, justly, and equally. City Government should focus on its core mission of providing essential services. A City Government That Serves You The sole purpose of city government is to provide essential services to its citizens. These basic services are police and fire protection, managing streets and public property, providing water, refuse, and sewer services, accounting for revenue and spending as faithful stewards, and efficient planning for future generations.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
The Vine & The Fig Tree I've traveled the world and have discovered that universally people want their government to provide them with those core services and, after that, leave them alone – to enjoy their life with their friends and family. Micah 4:4 says it best: "Everyone should be allowed to sit under their vine and fig tree, and the government will not make them afraid" (paraphrased) The Community Response The community response to limited government is to develop well-mannered citizens, protect each other, and be helpful to others. Each member of the community strives to become a "Servant Citizen'. Every individual, community group, and social and religious organization has a mission to serve others.
I voted in these primaries and general elections:
2012 Republican Primary 2012 General Election 2014 Republican Primary 2014 General Election 2016 Republican Primary 2016 General Election 2018 Republican Primary 2018 General Election 2020 Republican Primary 2020 General Election
