It means the US Government should be 100% secular.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
The federal government has no constitutional basis for being involved in health care. Centralizing of medicine has been a disaster for the doctor-patient relationship.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
The world has become globalised. That needs to be undone in order to restore our national sovereignty.. The president, with the advice and consent of the Senate, can make foreign policy. Some multilateral treaty are necessary when the subject matter is unavoidably global, such as seafaring and the atmosphere.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

The CCP and also the USA pose serious military and cybersecurity threats. I believe we caused the DEW fire in Maui. It is said that Elon Musk hi tailed it off with all our records. Even smaller players can affect electronics. I do not see a solution to intellectual property rights overseas.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
A homeland for the Jews is a nice idea, but making it a state, and therefor a military player, was negative for Jews and others. As far as I can glean, the Rothschild family set out to capture the Middle East for its own purposes, not at all for religion. Right now the US should protect American Jews based on their unusual vulnerability.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

I keep reading that Islam is terroristic but when I study the allegations they fall apart. My case, Maxwell v Trump, is currently in appeals, but it does not say much about Islam. It says "Hello. See Us Constitution Article I sec 8 Clause 11." A Muslim Chechen is said to have bombed the Boston Marathon in 2013. Complete nonsense, but he will be executed soon. I recommend we stop using the word Terrorism altogether.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
I endorse the current rule on Chain immigration (a right to bring in one's parents and offspring) since people have been living on that expectation.. But in future it could change. Many 21st century immigrants came here because we wrecked their country, e.g., Iraq. So let's reduce future immigrant numbers by holding back on wrecking "7 countries finishing off with Iran." We should invite good workers. Rep Henry Gonzales said Don't bring in farm labor from Mexico as we treat them so badly!
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

I strongly support States Rights. I disapprove of ICE's unprovoked violence -- this is just a step toward a police state for all of us. Why did we have an open border circa 2018? Why separate children from their parents? I like the fact that churches do Sanctuary Cities out of personal kindness. Let's now invite all illegals to come forward and then there will be no excuse for roundups. Demographically, migration will out. Melting pot has helped us. Encourage love of America!

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

I agree but with a change "of one man and one woman" to "two persons who want a lifetime commitment." Gay love is just as sacred and as helpful to society as "straight" love. It is statistically abnormal so we react the way we automatically do to all statistical abnormalities. This brings sorrow to many people. Just imagine living your whole life feeling disapproved of.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

I agree on sports competitions. As for the other places, I'd have to know more about the person. Many males have somehow adapted to a female way of life. If they intend it as permanent, I think we should accommodate that. We read about bully-types invading, say, a woman's shelter but my guess is that such stories are 'scripted.'

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
I'm ignorant as to our holdings in coal. All of nature is based on solar, so I doubt it is as silly as some say. As for oil, the cause of some amazing greed, will it always be available? Probably Nicola Tesla made the crucial discovery, now silenced.

I am old-fashioned. I treasure the Constitution. I am the author of Prosecution for Treason (2011) and Consider the Lilies (2013). Frankly I think I am very conservative AND very liberal. It saddens me to see the tribalism of those words nowadays. My religion is Catholic.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Government has a duty to prosecute when the law is broken. It could also get in the way of broadcasting kiddy-porn. It does not do so.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Although I want gun rights protected, I don't think guns can save us. Drones, exploding pagers, DEW, etc are hard to compete with, not to mention bioweapons.. I view the efforts to make us change the Second Amendment as very sinister. I think many of the alleged school shootings were set up to obtain legislation. It's a pity people are so readily fooled by media. Basically I would give media the old Sherman.
