RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

The US constitution guarantees the right of every American to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness if a life comes in to existence in this country it is our duty to protect the life of child especially when the life cannot defend themself against outer intrusions.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

I don’t want my hard earned tax dollars to go to something I don’t spiritually or morally believe in.
I support laws which allow a municipality to enact a Sanctuary City for the Unborn ordinance.

I would need to see language detailing specifically what a sanctuary city would look like for Tulsa. It would also seem redundant at this current time given the current state laws but I would like further discussion on this .
ECONOMY
Private development is a legitimate justification for taxpayer-funded incentives such as property tax abatements and taxpayer-backed loans.

I agree with with start up costs but anything long term that continuously drains Tulsans money I will not support even if it’s tiny permanent increase
It is the responsibility of city government to provide subsidized housing at taxpayer expense.

The people must decide if it acceptable to spend their money this way , broad support from a government body could lobby i that do not align with the beliefs of their constituents , outside groups could pressure the sitting government to use tax payers funds for something the majority don’t support. 1st amendment should be on the forefront of every persons mind, just because we as a society have become more understanding of different cultures , values, and beliefs doesn’t mean anyone has to abandon their own belief system . If a person cannot discriminate against someone who shares a view that marriage has a different meaning than the question above then why is it should that view be protected but not the opposite ? You cannot give rights to someone without taking them from someone else
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

All rights to free speech must be upheld in this country , it is number one for a reason: every American should be free to share their view , . As I mentioned on the previous answer , it is nigh impossible to grant new rights, freedoms to certain citizens from whatever group they represent without damaging some other groups rights or more importantly the citizenry as a whole . Giving special protection and rights to some and not others violates the constitution . Law must be same for all .
IMMIGRATION
City officials should have the right to proclaim their city a sanctuary city for illegal aliens.

Charging the citizens for harboring migrants that broke the law to get care cannot be allowed . Human sympathy knows no limits for the people that struggle to come to this great country and they are quite courageous and show much determination to try and start a new life . But then again so did 40% of Americans ancestors who legally immigrated through Ellis Island . Am I blessed they struggled so I that could be born here? No apologies. But they can create that future too . Legal Immigration .
VALUES
Individuals should be allowed to use public restrooms, showers, and changing rooms based on their "gender identity."

What you were born with is your gender . You cannot change your gender identity like it was a costume or a cosmetic prop . You are who you are . Biology is irreversible. Makes and Females have two very different characteristics that cannot be changed no matter what “medical procedures” are done . If your born a male look for the boys and or Men’s room . I believe in God . I was raised in Roman Catholicism but have not fully committed myself to its rhetoric. I strongly agree with many of its founding principles such as love , unconditional love for our fellow man . Christianity to me is more than a religion it’s actually a philosophy that people from all different races all different classes and social statuses are born equal not just in the eyes of man but the divine spirit that we all share . I cannot speak for others of course but I do believe we are all connected through the holy spirit not just in the physical realm but the spiritual as well . Just because we disagree on cultural norms and social issues does not mean that unconditional love can not exist. In fact it is out of this love that we want our rights and the rights of everyone to be protected . The conversation in our country has turned further from debate based on finding the truth through learning and understanding into an intelligible fight for who deserves the most equity for the most hardship they’ve faced . The truth is we all have suffered we all have lost loved ones and again without speaking for others it’s not unreasonable to lose your faith in light of such hardship but that is why we are here on this earth with others . It is the bond we share with our fellow humans, we take on the pressure of existence together the burden of life is a gift for us all to share together , through love and understanding . Love the sinner , hate the sin is the simple explanation but it’s much deeper than that who decides what is true sin what is evil is something we all know deep in our hearts and is something must all pray or meditate on. I would like to mention something my good friend said to me he said “when considering whether something is right or wrong if you think about it with your spirit, chances are you’ve had the answer the whole time , you just now understood why” . I believe God lives in all of us . The Holy Spirit is truly divine and everlasting in our souls no matter what we believe ever lasting light can always shine through . If someone tells you they don’t believe in God ,tell them that’s okay because God believes in you and so do I .
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

CRT is one of the most ridiculous, outrageous, deceitful lies that has ever been published and pushed on America. in practice, CRT-based programs are often hateful, divisive, and filled with falsehoods; they traffic in racial stereotypes, collective guilt, racial segregation, and race-based harassment. This goes back to some of my earlier answers where those pushing certain rhetorics that violate others freedoms . By affirming CRT you are validating its racist principles that teaches inequality
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.

You need a photo ID to get a loan , which is an important part of my job . How can we let someone do something even more important such as voting to protect rights with no ID . I can’t just hand money over to someone without proving who they are so why should we let people who can’t prove who they are make our laws ?

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
It is the responsibility of taxpayers via city government to subsidize green initiatives, including electric vehicle charging stations and procuring solar and wind-generated electricity.

I will never stop fighting for the sanctity of life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I am a populist , a constitutionalist and 2A absolutist. I will never ever ever ever .(deep breath) ever ! Vote to take your rights away like the current city council . I will never force masks on you or your children I will never vote close down your business , I will never blindly recommend you get a vaccination (yes the Tulsa city Council put a recommendation in an agenda in August 2021 that all citizens of Tulsa should get the vaccine ) no mention of “unless you have a medical condition or heart disease “or the most important “you should consult your doctor first “ was also strangely absent from their recommendation. I will tirelessly fight to keep the government out of your everyday lives and if I have the support of the people hopefully take away from their already overreaching power and give it back to the citizens . I will not tolerate deceitful rhetoric that continues to change history especially the city of Tulsa . I have been in Tulsa for 30 years , it is my home this is where my parents raised me , I spent so much time here growing up here in district 2: the pinnacle of South Tulsa in the reveling in the ORU games of the Mabee center my Dad used to take me to see the golden eagles play and Citi plex towers which stand tall and proud watching over my district . I would be so proud and honored to be chosen to represent district 2 and If I am worthy of that election I guarantee your rights will be protected, preserved and defended . The government will stay out of your business and your sovereignty will be upheld along with the futures of your children .

There are some circumstances that could be questionable, however land and or business dealings that creates a conflict of interest should always be disclosed . No one should use their candidacy or office to benefit them for personal gain. Other than my social media platforms I don’t have many recorded interactions with interviewers and or media reports . I’d be open to discussing with anyone who whisked to dialogue.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

The private sector can handle this as well. Tax payers fund a police department for a reason , whether you agree with them or not taking something from someone to give to someone else without asking is stealing . Let’s ask the taxpayers what they want .
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None . Constitutional carry should be in every state in the union . As I said earlier I am a 2A absolutist. Does the phrase “ shall not be infringed “ mean anything Tom anyone anymore? Every citizen who is legally allowed to own a firearm should be trained in their use even if they don’t own one . If you talk to any gun owner in the state they will tell you that have the utmost respect for firearms and take the greatest care in their maintenance and practice of handling their weapon safely . You know the saying “you better not point a weapon at anyone unless you are prepared to use it “ this should tell you the importance of this weapon it is not for show or violence or lust for weaponry but for protection, you are supposed to be able to defend your sovereignty!
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Removing any government restrictions and restoring the rights of the people is never in doubt. Medical marijuana has already had a positive impact on the city of Tulsa which supports multiple dispensary’s owned by Oklahoma military Veterans.
All official open meetings should be live streamed, recorded, and have transcripts available online for public access.

Any emergency executive order (EO) should be subject to review and override by the city council in a special meeting called no later than 14 days following issue of the EO.
