Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I believe life begins at conception. I am opposed to abortions unless there will be loss of life. For instance, in a tubular pregnancy (where the baby implants in the fallopian tube instead of the uterus), the tube will burst somewhere between 6 and 16 weeks of the fetus’ growth. The baby will not survive, and it is likely that the mother will also die, depending if she gets medical attention fast enough before she bleeds to death. I am also against abortion in the case of rape or incest. A horrible crime was committed against the woman who is victimized in incest or rape. However, one crime does not justify another. I believe abortion is murder of the most vulnerable among us. We must support the victims of these crimes as much as possible, but we don’t kill an innocent baby’s life as part of that support. When proponents of abortion for cases of rape or incest say that the woman’s life will be ruined by having to raise an unwanted child—that is short-sighted. There are many people that are seeking babies to adopt. The victim of rape or incest will certainly be inconvenienced by carrying the baby to birth, but then the baby can be put up for adoption, and the victimized woman relieved of any responsibility to that child’s upbringing.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I would like to see Wisconsin became a no income tax state.

Payments to unemployed individuals who are capable of working, but choose not to do so as they can collect more money through unemployment than working a job.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Under no circumstances. Our religious liberties are guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States. The First Amendment states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
In our current situation in our country, statement C would most closely match my view. However, that is because the necessary systems are not in place to replace Medicaid and Medicare. Those privately funded systems (i.e. the Church and other appropriate organizations) to provide for the poor and needy are not currently operating in a capacity to handle those that are dependent upon the government for their health care. A transition over the course of years is needed.

Under no circumstances.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Strengthen our borders.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

People who have no criminal record and are in need of asylum or desire to live a life in a country where they might pursue life, liberty, and happiness. They must come in legally, however.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
No ballot drop boxes. No ballot harvesting. Absentee ballots only issued for those that are confined and cannot get out or for those who cannot be physically present to vote at their polling place (i.e. military or a job that takes them away during elections). No infusion of funds from organizations to municipalities. Requirement to regularly purge voter rolls of people who have died or have moved.

Racism is a threat to domestic security. Racism promotes hatred. Hatred fuels crime. Racism is based in a faulty view of mankind. God created all people equal. There is only one race, the human race. We cannot choose our skin color or heritage. We should never judge anyone on their skin color or heritage, but instead measure a person as Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “on the content of their character.”
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

It is important to realize that we have a major task ahead of us. Our country has been sliding down a slippery slope leading to socialism. To reclaim the ground that we have lost and to preserve our conservative values we must recognize that it will take more than enthusiasm, passion, energy, and time. It will take strategy. To develop a winning strategy, we must make the effort to be fully informed, fully researched, and fully thought-out before leaping into an action that may cause more harm than good. Most importantly, I would like you to know this. There is hope. God knows all that has happened here in our country. He will help us. He will guide us. Indeed, may God bless America.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I am a staunch supporter of our constitutional rights, including that of the 2nd amendment that we have a right to keep and bear arms and that this right shall not be infringed. The problem with guns is the person behind the gun, not the gun. Felons and mentally deranged persons should not be allowed guns as they have given up their right to bear arms by crimes committed or they are mentally unstable as to pose a danger to themselves and society. If we examine the cities with the most stringent gun control laws, we find that the gun crimes in those cities are the highest even after the gun laws are enacted. Also, we must realize that if a criminal wants to possess a gun, he will be able to find access to one, even if the guns are outlawed. There is always a black market, whether we like it or not, and non-law-abiding citizens will always be able to obtain illegal objects if that is their intent.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
