RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion is immoral and wrong. I believe the right to choose should start before conception. You can stay abstinent, use a condom, or many other types of contraception. I believe it’s both a man and a woman’s (even though I’m not qualified to say what they are) responsibility to be responsible. Unfortunately, we live in the blame world. Nobody wants to take responsibility for anything they do. I understand that even if you make abortion fully illegal it’s not going to stop people from getting them, and will create a black market. Since we have to come to a compromise on this topic, let’s start here: The left wants abortions until after birth. The right says no abortion, period. This is not reasonable on either side. Are we a free country or not? Once you start dictating how I’m required to live, I will do the same to you. Remember, everything is mutual. This ends poorly for all of us. I believe certain circumstances an abortion is okay; rape, incest, and possible physical harm to the woman (cause only women can have children). The fact that she has to get an abortion will be a mental stain on her forever anyway (if she has a soul). I don’t believe abortion should be a substitute for birth control. If I could have it my way, here’s what the landscape would look like: · Legislation to take Florida from 15 weeks to 8 weeks other than extenuating circumstances. · The payment for abortion would be your responsibility, other than for the extenuating circumstances. · The fetus would be treated as humanely as possible. · Baby parts would not be sold. · Contraception should be free. Limit to how many abortions one may have in their life. I also see other angles to this very complicated subject. Many say “adoption”, which would be great, but how many have you adopted? Meanwhile we have many children in foster care, too many to get adopted. Many live miserable lives as they are only a paycheck for some people. Many are abused mentally, physically, and sexually. Not even talking about how many “disappear” altogether. Is that a fair life for them? I have a hard enough time controlling myself, I damn sure don’t want to try to control you too. I don’t want to see America slip down the slope of totalitarianism which is what any other form of government becomes that doesn’t allow freedom. Besides, at the end of the day, what you do will be judged by God.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Abortion is NOT healthcare. It's an elective procedure, other than for extenuating circumstances.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Agree

As humans, we do what's best for our animals, then why shouldn't we do what's best for people we love? If a person is suffering physically (not mentally), with no possibility for cure or recovery; we should let them make their own decision on how they would like to depart this Earth.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

The IRS is a joke. I have to pay someone to figure out what I owe them? Sounds like what the Mob did back in the day; "Pay us for protection." Protection from who? "Us of course." We should move to a flat tax structure and abolish personal income tax. We pay taxes on our income, then pay taxes on everything we buy. If we give someone over an allotted amount (even though we already paid), the person receiving money has to pay more taxes, then also taxes on what they buy. It's enough!

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Where do I even start? Cities and all government entities try to spend their budget fully every year in order to get the same or more money next year. If they run under budget, their funding is cut. Therefore, they spend wastefully. I would incentivize those who came in under budget by making it easier for them to get additional funds for incidentals, depending on their track record. I would stop ALL foreign aid as it's nothing more than a money laundering scheme. Our country is $30 trillion in debt, we cannot send a penny to anyone else while we are drowning. Who in their right mind takes a 3rd mortgage on their home to give money to charity while their sibling is homeless and hungry? We have our own problems to deal with before we can save anyone else.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Neutral

The problem with "free" college is that the degree itself becomes worthless as everyone will get one. What classes will people be taking, liberal arts, gender studies, and others that are useless to society? When people have "skin" in the game, they tend to take whatever endeavor more seriously.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Agree

A business should be there to make money, not to discriminate. This could lead to a scenario where a business would refuse service for any number of reasons, including, but not limited to; political, racial, or ethnic.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Under what circumstances CAN government close churches? Apparently any. Under what circumstances SHOULD government close churches? Never.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Anything government run or controlled is garbage. Just look at how ineffective socialized medicine is in many other countries like Canada, Australia, and the UK. Once it's "socialized" not only will people get substandard care, but the government will get to decide if your life is worth saving or not.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None. If you take your shot, you should be protected from me. Those who don't take their shots have to deal with the possible consequences themselves. I am the only person who should get to decide what goes into my body.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

There is no way to stop an ideology like Islam from hating infidels/unbelievers. I do not believe we can prevent this threat outside our country, but we can stop it from invading and proliferating here. As with any people, we need to only allow immigration of people who have something to offer our country. Educated, and skilled people generally don't bring crime with them, rather they are looking for a better life.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

This is just another psyop to keep people divided. If we are going to sanction anyone it should be China, with their slave labor camps.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

100% We cannot allow just anyone into our country. Most who flood over the border are nothing but a drain on our economy.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Personally, we have enough people already while we are $30 trillion in debt. People who are educated, skilled, and in needed fields should be allowed to come, but only on a work visa. If you have nothing to offer our country, you will only be a burden on us.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Parents should have total control over their children's education. Parents who take their children out of substandard schools will help improve the education system by disallowing poor rated schools and teachers from proliferating.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I strongly believe in freedom of religion. However, our country was founded on these Judeo-Christian beliefs.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

There are X and Y chromosomes, until someone proves differently. What a person believes themselves to be is irrelevant as all people are all protected by the law as humans, regardless of their "identity."

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Neutral

Personally, if two adults love each other, who am I to say if they can be married or not? A union is nothing but a business relationship which establishes the ground-rules for the activities to take place under said relationship.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is an abomination. It's nothing less than teaching our youth to hate people based on their skin color. Mainly pointing out that white people are responsible for all atrocities and hardships perpetrated on other races. If we are allowed to hate one race today, every other race may be next.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I an spiritual and fully believe in God. I try to live my life as closely to the Bible as I can. On the same token, I don't believe in "organized" religion. I believe it has been used over the ages to manipulate man into atrocities such as the Dark Ages, and terrorism. I don't believe God would want his children killing each other over land and ideals.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Not only should people have to show a government issued ID, but I believe when people go to vote, they should have to swipe their ID through a machine that checks voter registration, then prints both ID number, and voter registration number on the ballot.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I would remove electronic voting machines. I would stop mail-in ballots for everyone other than active military, and make voting day a national holiday. Our founding fathers fought and died in order for us to have rights, and freedom; the least we can do is get up off the couch to go vote. I would require government issued ID to obtain a ballot. I would also make ballot counting transparent and viewable online.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Any division is a threat to domestic security. We shouldn't identify as any race, religion, or sexuality; we should identify as Americans. When asked how to get rid of racism, Morgan freeman replied, "Stop talking about it." In context, he stated that by talking about it, we are making it more than it actually is.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

All our ancestors suffered and committed atrocities for us to be where we are today. Being brought from Africa, although under inexcusable conditions and circumstances; black Americans are far better off today than their cousins who are still in Africa. Why should people who did nothing have to pay people who were not directly impacted? If I were to ever be behind any kind of reparations, it would have to be for only people who can trace their lineage back to American slavery.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

I believe stricter environmental laws are asinine. I'm not about allowing uncontrolled pollution, however there is a balance that can, and must be obtained. We cannot afford hand our energy dependence to countries who may be our adversaries. That's a major national security risk, not to mention how it harms the economy.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

If done in a clean and environmentally friendly manor, absolutely.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Government is to handle international political affairs, infrastructure, the military, and to make sure the Constitution/rule of law is followed. It is not there to control the people, but rather to do the will of the people. We are called public servants for a reason. Many have forgotten and instead have done what was right for themselves, not their constituents.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Lean Conservative

When it comes to what you do in your private life is not my business as long as its with consenting adults and doesn't harm or endanger other people. Freedom is not the ability to control others actions, but the ability to control your own actions.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Here is a paper I wrote that proves mask mandates are 100% illegal. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/01/bacterial-contamination-side-mask-story-never-tell/

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

There are too many issues to list and they grow by the day. One of the first things I will do is make sure no mandates are ever forced on Floridians again. I will make sure nobody (jobs included) asks if you are "vaccinated" or coerces you into getting any kind of medical treatment that you don't want. I will attack and dismantle unconstitutional "Red Flag" gun laws. I will go after CPS and their authority to destroy family's lives. I will attack the public school indoctrination centers too. If a student knows their teacher's political or sexual orientation, that teacher has failed. We must remove all sexual content from schools. Let kids be kids and enjoy their childhood. I will speak directly with, and poll my constituents to see what I can do for them. I will find out what the most important topics are, and tackle those problems head-on. It's time we had representatives who work for the people, representatives who value America as more than just another paycheck. It's time regular Americans with everything to lose, take back what's ours. It's time we unite as one American people, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

If an officer is acting within the law and departmental policy, I don't see a reason we should hold them personally liable.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

Mental health and community programs may help, but only if there is a strong police presence in areas that are riddled with crime. But to take money away from the already underpaid and underappreciated police departments is not the way to make communities safer.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Restrictions? I say only a good guy with a gun can stop a bad guy with a gun. The only people who shouldn't be allowed to own guns are convicted violent felons. In fact, I'm all about open carry. An armed society is a polite society. The only way to stop school shootings is to place armed guards on school grounds, like they do in Israel. Why don't police stations get shot-up? Because people know there's lots of guns in the building.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Absolutely not. No object becomes violent without a person behind it. Therefore, no object is liable for what a person does with it. If I kill someone with a glass bottle, can the victim's family sue the person who manufactured the bottle? What about the people who distributed and sold the bottle? This is a dangerous road and should not be followed.
