QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
That is between doctor and patient
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
Our freedom of choice is what makes this country stand out.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The Establishment clause of First Amendment is interpreted to require separation of church and state so government could not interfere with our freedom to practice what religion we prefer.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
The US should help other countries and its allies but first we need to clean up and focus on what is threatening our country. Support and fund our border patrol, police and military and soldiers. Rid the country of generals who hate this country or bow down to foreign nations. Protect our sovereignty and then help other countries.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
Israel is our strongest ally in the middle east, and we should support what would benefit their nation. How can we support middle eastern countries that chant "death to America.?" I also don't believe we need to take a stance for boycotting countries unless they pose a threat to ours.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
They want to topple our standing on the world stage and take our place.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
First, not leave them billions of dollars of weaponry. Fix systemic problems within our intelligence agencies; our national security cannot scrub briefing materials with terms describing radical Islamic terrorism; undercover sting operations; Congress should pass resolutions authorizing military force to defeat and destroy ISIS.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
No mandates should be allowed. The Government should tell the truth and inform the public about a health crisis and allow parents and adults to choose how they would like to proceed with the funds and protection the government can offer.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
answer B with NO penalties or mandates.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Agree
I agree when it refers to an employee who does a good job and gets the pay, he/she deserves. Corporations should not be greedy and not only think about their bottom line. Corporations need to compensate their employees with a good paying wage.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
lower tax rates for individuals and those who file jointly (cut bureaucracy and spending); competitive tax rates for businesses; repeal estate tax
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Finish the Wall. Help and fund our border patrol agents.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Our laws allow refugees that are under imminent danger from their country to immigrate here. Let's follow the law and not allow NGOs to exploit the law. We cannot allow this law to be taken advantage of. My parents and soon to be son in law are immigrants who came here, worked hard and became legal citizens. They allowed themselves to be vetted and they love this country.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
Every profession has bad apples. That is why we have courts of law. Should the whole department suffer for the one who abuses their power? NO
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Restrictions should only be on those who obtain a gun illegally and commit a crime with it. I recently got my pistol permit legally and I'm better protected as a law-abiding citizen.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Disagree
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue politicians and officials who want to defund the police and allow these criminals to be revolving door criminals.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Lean Conservative
Conservative just means preserving America's freedoms and greatness. This current administration and all these NGOs are trying to take away our morals, our gender, our freedoms, our money, and our constitution. I will fight to preserve and not allow them to do this to us!!
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
social media posts and videos
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
NO
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I decided to run as unaffiliated to let voters know that I am not beholden to a party and their donors. I want to represent the people's views and needs. I'm not a politician and I don't want to be part of the club. I want to do what is right for my constituents and my country. GOD, Family, and Freedom!
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Agree
I don't believe anyone should be discriminated against.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
We are NOT a systemically racist country!
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian who is accountable to GOD first. If elected, I will be accountable to my constituents and the American people. I believe in the nuclear family, a mother and father that are part of a community who are able to provide their family with a good living. People helping their neighbors and caring for one another. Teaching children there are consequences to their bad behavior and actions so when they grow up, they will not be inclined to commit a crime.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
We need a photo ID for everything we do in life. We definitely need a photo ID to vote.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
No ballot boxes. No mail in ballots with exceptions (absentee ballots) for those out of the country and not able to vote with their feet. Voting only one day, election day.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, racism is not a threat, but the inflamed rhetoric is. Are there people who live in America, like other countries, who are racist? YES, but we are not a racist country as a whole.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
It is a clean and efficient way to extract the energy needed to run this country. You cannot run a country on electric alone. I support NOT depending on foreign nations for our energy supply. We have the most stringent environmental laws that extract much needed energy from the environment in a clean, efficient way. Most oil producing nations do not care about the environment like we do. We are making them more rich and powerful buying oil and gas from them, while our people suffer, on purpose!
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. Stricter environmental laws and regulations hurt the economy.
