Parents!!!! Each child is different in maturing, and parents should know when they are ready for each progressive level

SexEd is primarily the parents responsibility. However, in some classes (medical tracks etc.) in upper grades physiology aspects dealing with anatomy and reproduction are necessary. But attempts to indoctrinate such as sexual orientation and gender identity should not be taught.

2ND AMENDMENT
Teachers who are licensed to carry should be allowed to carry guns at school.
