QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I am against abortion, except if the mother's life is at immediate risk of perishing.

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Taxes that penalize entrepreneurship and job creators should be reduced.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The church should have religious and diplomatic immunity.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Never
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
B
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
The US should focus on protecting our borders, waterways and airways, as well as, increasing our funding to support advances that improve national security.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
For religious reasons some people elect to use a non-photo ID, but those individuals should have other supportive documentation to confirm their identity.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I would propose creating committees and legislation that focus on voter and election integrity solutions and provisions. Innovative technologies, including the roll-out of new ballot machines - that provide detailed receipts - can be developed and employed to ensure integral elections are executed in a manner where ballot tampering may be eliminated.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Asia LaVonne is your 2022 "God 1st" US senatorial candidate in the running to represent the State of Hawaii in the 118th congressional assembly. Ethnicity: Multiracial Platform: FAITH | FAMILY | FREEDOM "My senatorial priorities upon taking office will be to: spearhead the drug crisis and take down cartels; push for federal housing reform that ensures housing is a right, not a privilege; develop humane and dignified policies and programs that end homelessness; pursue legislation that addresses detrimental flaws, gaps, loopholes, failures, and unintegral practices in healthcare and among healthcare providers; continue in the footsteps of Martin Luther King, Jr., addressing racism and crimes against our fellow man by protecting civil rights in a manner that precludes ALL LIVES MATTER (including defenseless pre-born babies in womb); push to remove financial oppression from the federal level by lifting senseless regulations and tax burdens off legal citizens; identify new and innovative ways to boost Hawaii's economy; and, stand for faith, family, and freedom, making sure our God-given inalienable rights remain protected as scribed into the United States of America Constitution."
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Neutral
Departmental policy must be reviewed and approved by public election.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Neutral
The police are often put in positions that require them to jointly work with mental health and community programs. I feel all 3 entities need to be funded appropriately.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
It is our Constitutional right to bear arms and I support that freedom. Moreover, I feel gun violence can be reduced by ensuring legislation is in place that defines legal possession of artillery as someone who has passed a mandatory psychological competency assessment AND has completed firearm safety training.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Disagree
In the case of the fire arm being defective in its manufacturing and a injury or death occurred as a result, then the victims should be able to sue the dealer or manufacturer.
