OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Rape, Incest, molestation. My stance on Pro Life also requires an Adoption and Foster home reform. Adoption specifically, I believe adoption should not cost 10s of thousands of dollars and take years to complete. to make sense to me, adoption should take 6-9 months and be affordable to the average family without taking out a second mortgage.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Neutral

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

At the state level, there could be a host of changes, however a big change is difficult at best, I would focus my energy on reducing tax burden for veterans, blue collar working folks, and truckers. I also question how much a company should pay, as I am a small business owner and believe more jobs can be created if companies are not harassed or laden with tax burdens and red tape that effect the efficiency and production of the company and it's employees.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

All new spending should undergo a cost benefit analysis

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Anything like this will de value a college degree. Education has been de valued for decades, it used to be expected you would finish 8th grade, then it was expected you would finish high school, and now it is becoming expected to have some college. During this progression and just in my lifetime I have watched standards of education fall drastically. We need to start with standing our ground and not allowing standards to continue to fall. Not enough characters for me to finish

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Neutral

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

None of these options really fit my view. I still question why there is such a huge price difference between what insurance pays and what medical providers charge an uninsured customer. I believe it needs to be accessible to all and there needs to be contribution by all. No Free handouts.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Secure our borders, properly vet all immigrants, stop handing out Driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, require voter ID and proof of citizenship to vote. Stop allowing taxpayer funded benefits to illegal Immigrants. Strengthen National defense and properly fund it, I have experienced the poor funding of our national defense in my life and believe it is a terrible problem.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone who passes a proper application and vetting process

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

School choice and money following the student is the best way. I also don't believe the federal government should really have any say in what the states do with their education. This would promote school competition almost creating a free market, and good schools would become better and poor schools would fail. Competition breeds greatness. Not enough characters to finish my thoughts.

Parents are the primary stakeholders in their children's education.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

There are 2 genders Male and Female, this is science. If one wants to change their gender after becoming an adult that is their business, but should have no cost what so ever to the taxpayer.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT has no business in our education systems

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Lutheren

Marriage between one man and one woman and the families they form are the foundation of civilization and are fundamental to the well-being and prosperity of Wisconsin.

Agree

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

ID is required for almost everything else, to drink, buy cigarettes, a gun, Drive a vehicle, Travel, Get a job, and a host of other basic things in life, So Hell yes you need ID to vote

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Keep it simple, ID and proof of citizenship

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I believe it exists, but not to the point of a threat. I am native american and have built a nice little life for myself through hard work and determination. I have been discriminated against more times due to my service in the USAR than I have for being native american

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

This is a dumb idea

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

Neither of these exactly fit my views. Cost benefit analysis is needed here, over regulation is not.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

National defense, governing of its population without hinderance and tyrannical law making. I've always been fan of, "A government that governs the least, governs the best"

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I am a brand-new candidate, I don't have any political history. I sustained a terrible eye injury in December of 2021 and now cannot do anything I was doing to make a living. A group of my peers approached me about running for state assembly and thought I would be a great candidate for WI state assembly as I am as blue collar as it comes, I welded out of High school, enlisted in the USAR, and drove truck after all my deployments. My leadership and values are what my peers want to see in the assembly along with my complete understanding of everyday people and their struggles. My passionate voice for veterans and being able to articulate where the state can do a much better job for them is a key part of my campaign.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

NO

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I ama 27 yr Army vet and plan to bring a passionate voice for Veterans. there are many shortcomings for veterans including but not limited to, continuity among county VA offices, solving the homeless vet to VA communication lines and more. I stand strong and bring a credible passionate voice for veterans and blue-collar workers to the assembly.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Law abiding citizens only

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Pretty self-explanatory, guns don't just float around and shoot people, if you do this do you get to sue car manufactures if you get hit by a car too? kind of a dumb question
