QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

The states should determine when a child's life begins, not the federal government. I believe life begins at conception, and every life is precious. The mother should decide if the choice is between the mother's life or the child's. When a mother chooses to end the life of the unborn, not every circumstance is equal. I believe each event deserves a measure of due process to determine to which degree the action of taking a life is measured. I think the states should determine when the unborn enjoy the due process and determine the degree of the crime such due process affords.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Since ending the life of the unborn is a faith-based assertion, the government should not become a participant in the process.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Life is precious from conception to death, and creating legal precedence to end it will leave society with the law of unintended circumstances.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

End progressive tax rates that only punish success. Simplify the tax laws. End tax laws that target special interests.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

The secret inside our public sector institutions is the "5-percent rule". As a result, 80% of a given institution's budget is spent on 5% of those the institution serves. This generality applies to police, fire, public schools, and healthcare. Identify the root causes and work towards solutions that create independence, ending the cycle of dependency upon public sector institutions.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Not every American goes to college, and those Americans should not become enslaved by another American's choice. The argument is that college education makes our nation more robust, which is why it should become another welfare program. Unfortunately, the evidence that subsidized learning makes America stronger is scant compared to the debt and costs it creates for future Americans who will have to pay for it. A promise of Nirvana for a sacrifice today is the rallying call for all tyrants.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

There is always a "what-if." However, in general terms, individuals forced to become accountable for someone else's beliefs is a double-edged sword. Morality and religion in America are wildly subjective and faith-based. The government must steer clear of becoming a "god" regarding ideas. The government's role is the arbiter of justice restrained by objective reality, not religious zealotry.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

A church is a 501-C entity and should be treated like all 501-C entities. If we create laws targeting churches but allow unions, which are also 501-C entities, to preach their message, we have created a "god." The question is poorly written because it effectively marginalizes churches versus any 501-C entity. Equality under the law becomes circumspect when we fail to be restrained by objective standards from which all law takes precedence.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

D. However, it will take decades to change the culture of dependency welfare in America has created. We can't stop taxpayer-funded healthcare, and we must consider the military, police, fire, and others harmed on duty. The mission, over time, is to reduce dependency upon the public sector, building a solid and independent nation

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

By any reasonable measures, the government, schools, and employers require specific standards to be met by individuals they have authority over. There are codes of conduct, dress codes, and hygiene. The key word here is reasonable. Is it reasonable for the military to require its soldiers to get vaccinated? The answer is yes and no because the keyword is reasonable. Living independently with liberty is forever an endeavor founded upon reason; it is the essence of being human.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

First, stop bombing Islamic nations in the name of the "petro-dollar." Second, enforce immigration laws, ensuring terrorists can't just walk back and forth across our borders. Third, become energy independent, lessening our military footprint in the Middle East.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

The conflict in Israel is about who controls Jerusalem, and the Palestinians are caught in the middle. If Israel concedes its territory now, then its destruction is inevitable. Israel and the United States both enjoy the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. If America turns it back on Israel, it will be us one day, defending our right to exist.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Our borders are sacrosanct and demand enforcement; without a border, we become something we are not. And that something is lawlessness.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Immigration to the United States should be based on a merit system; anything other than a merit system demands a personal sacrifice, an assault on our liberty.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

It is unreasonable to force a parent to send their child to a school that does not meet that child's needs. Parents should enjoy the liberty to choose how their children are taught. Unfortunately, public schools are a place where success is more often than not traded for failure. Public schools, not unlike the institution of slavery of the past, build upon the sacrifice of others. It is time America broke the chains.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Neutral

The term Judeo-Christian has become a pejorative in America, and in a sense, this question has become a trap. The limited government depends upon a commitment to restraint, restraining the government's authority over the individual. Hence, the Bill of Rights and its essence: what can't be done to you versus what can be done for you; the tyrant wants to persuade you into believing what he can do for you. It is folly.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

If I were to support such fallacious nonsense, it would not be for gender identity. I can invent many groups of individuals facing far more significant problems than gender identity. One group of Americans facing discrimination and hatefulness is the obese. If we numbered obese Americans and Americans with gender identity challenges, obese Americans would outnumber those with gender identity challenges 25000 to 1. America needs to wake up to identity politics and how it weakens us.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Neutral

Marriage is a contract between consenting adults, and "God-ordained" is a slippery slope. The role of the government is as an arbiter of the law, contract law. Law is a function of precedence restrained by objective reality.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is an invented narrative to divide Americans further and weaken the nation. Institutions possess no agency, they have no will. And the most important institutions in America are under the auspices of Progressive Americans, the inventors of CRT. The heart and soul of these "racist" institutions are the inventors of CRT.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe human beings are eternal, precious, and possess natural authority.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Voting is sacred because it seeks to bind another individual to your beliefs. I can't think of anything more significant than that requiring proof of identity.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Every voter should be able to determine if their ballot was counted. The process should involve two separate third-party entities tabulating the exact results and validated by the voter after tabulations. Encryption keys would ensure voter privacy.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

The threat to domestic security is invented narratives like CRT, lawlessness, and media complicity.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations are most certainly the weakest endeavor at mass formation hypnosis facing Americans. Since many of even the "whitest" Americans are mixed race, how would you divide the loot? Wake up and understand that concepts like reparations are borne through "community organizers," working behind the scenes to weaken America.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. There are groups in America working to make our country energy-dependent. Don't be fooled; these groups are very well funded and powerful and have insidiously infiltrated our communities. The environment demands protection and respect. Regulations and laws are needed to protect our natural resources and the environment.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

It is reasonable if fracking can be done responsibly and without harming the environment.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To defend individual rights.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

My views are always restrained by individual rights, believing all individuals possess natural authority.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

NA

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I have spent thirty-plus years in the private sector and have learned how to maintain long-term relationships with my employees and customers. My views are conservative, but I am a pragmatist; I understand that change takes time and can work effectively with all legislature members.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Based on the evidence we discovered in school shootings, anti-depressants, guns, and young men do not mix well. Perhaps the restrictions should be on those dispensing drugs that separate the mind from reality.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Victims of "drug" violence should be able to sue pharmaceutical companies? Victims of "knife" violence should be to sue the cutlery companies? Victims of "car" violence can sue the car companies? Equality under the law becomes circumspect.
