Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

We as a society, and doctors ethically and honestly following their Hippocratic Oath, owe a duty of equal care to truly try their absolute best to save the life of both the mother and the baby (i.e., by devoting equal care to mother and child).

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Wisconsin's tax burden should and could be reduced through such common-sense, tried-and-true measures as zero-based budgeting, having the Legislative Audit Bureau do annual audits that scrutinize each agency over a limited cycle of years, closer Legislative oversight, and a Joint Finance Committee process and documentation that is much more transparent and easier for the tax-paying public to understand, have input on, and hold legislators accountable to.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Defund and disband the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC), which provably helped criminally steal the 11/3/2020 election from actual winners President Trump, VP Pence, and We the People. End all public funding of Planned Parenthood. Required a balanced budget each year that does not grow faster than the rate of inflation (and ideally much slower). I support a balanced budget amendment to the state constitution. Perhaps a high number of natural disasters in any one year could stress the budget, but the state could always closely partner with private groups (e.g., American Red Cross) to handle these.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Government should not be allowed to close churches under any circumstances, for this is a clear violation of several provisions of our First Amendment rights to freely exercise our religion, as well as to peaceably assembly (e.g., in church). The closure of churches during the state government's total mishandling of the CCP Virus was wrong (unconstitutional) and illegal, only some of which the main perpetrator ("Gov." Evers) was held accountable for. He really should face full legal/criminal accountability for all his very wrongful actions, lockdowns, mask mandates, church and school (even private ones) closures, illegally trying to unilaterally cancel the spring 2020 primary elections, suppressing voting by severely limiting the polling places in Milwaukee to only FIVE, etc., etc. He used the CCP Virus as an illegitimate excuse to deliberately, seriously, and repeatedly violate state and federal laws and deny millions of Wisconsinites their constitutional and civil rights. His actions resulted in many small business failures, increased suicides, a depressed economy for months longer than needed, wrongfully closed churches and schools, K-12 students losing at least a full year of education/schooling due to highly ineffective "virtual education," etc. We handled previous viruses (e.g., the Asian/Hong Kong Flu, etc.) that were worse in ways that did not infringe on all our liberties, lock us down, harm churches, schools, and small businesses. This time, our "Gov." colluded with the CDC, Leftist, lying mainstream media, and censoring Big Tech to severely overstate the risks of the CCP Virus, overstate its U.S. death rate by 1,600% the CDC finally admitted this in Jan. 2022, due to calling every death a "COVID-19" death despite four or five more primary, immediate co-morbidities (i.e., the actual, primary cause of death, which was NOT COVID-19 94% of the time, and cause mass hysteria that led to many people irresponsibly getting the highly ineffective, dangerous, experimental, unproven in the long run (since it has not been around for the long term) CCP Virus "vaccine" and "boosters" which are extremely harmful (causing deaths, blood clots, autoimmune issues, strokes, heart attacks, reproductive sterility, mental health and memory care issues, and severely reduced immunity to cancer, other diseases, and even other variants of the CCP Virus information is intentionally being suppressed by the CDC, FDA, and DHS, along with the lying, Leftist mainstream media (paid big money by the U.S. government to push these deadly, harmful "vaccines" and "boosters") and Leftist, censoring, freedom-hating Big Tech. Now these Leftist forces are trying to ruin our infants and kids and their futures by pushing these harmful shots on them! Kids - who almost never get the CCP Virus and who in just about every case even if they do get it - WITHOUT ANY JAB - fully recover!

None. This is a complete violation of the Nuremberg Code, which was codified into international law after the LEFTIST Nazis conducted brutal, often deadly, experiments on unwilling prisoners during WWII. Many in the Leftist, lying mainstream media (such as USA Today, CNN, MSNBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, ABC, NBC, CBS, NPR, PBS, Google "News" (i.e., Lies), Yahoo "News" (Lies), Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, etc.) dishonestly claim that Hitlerian/government-forced CCP Virus "vaccines" and "boosters" are not experimental, but they are. Many hundreds of thousands of people have died from this deadly, harmful, experimental (i.e., it is unproven in the long term, since it has not been around for the long term) "vaccine" and "boosters" and many hundreds of thousands more have been physically injured/harmed (often permanently), yet many governments (e.g., U.S.) are suppressing these truths, as well as many who should know and act much better (but don't) in the medical community, and Big Pharma. This is all part of the Left's "Great Reset."


NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

We should not be allowing illegal immigrants into our nation who fundamentally want to overthrow our Constitutional Republic. Sharia Law is completely against our U.S. Constitution, our system of government, our system of justice, laws, values, morals, customs, etc. We should immediately finish building the wall along our southern border, which was half finished under legitimate and well-respected President Trump, as well as reinstate his effective "remain in Mexico" policy, keep unvetted people out of the U.S. (many of whom do actually have diseases, drugs (e.g., fentanyl), contraband, weapons, human slaves, and/or extreme, radical, anti-American ideologies and will never truly assimilate into American society and accept and support our Constitution, laws, customs, values, true shared history, etc.). We also need to support Israel to help keep it strong and free.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

The criminal Wisconsin Elections Commissions (WEC) illegally allowed about 200,000 Wisconsinites to dishonestly & wrongfully claim indefinitely confined status due to the CCP Virus in 2020 to allow them to violate Wisconsin's photo ID law & criminally steal the 11/3/2020 election from actual, rightful winners President Trump, VP Pence, and We the People. Hold WEC fully accountable!

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

• [Note: No WI election integrity BILLS since 11/3/20 have become law, since "Gov." Evers vetoed them all since he apparently loves election fraud.] • Make violating election laws a felony with a minimum 10-yr. sentence. • Ensure Legislature consistently requires clean-up of WI voter rolls. • Formalize in Wis. What do you think is the general purpose of government?

"The only foundation of a free constitution is pure virtue" (John Adams). I believe in maximum individual liberty, limited government, the rule of law (not of men or mobs), separation of powers, checks and balances, our Bill of Rights (especially Amendments 1, 2, and 10), and government of the people, by the people, and for the people (i.e., not factions where "parties" - not mentioned at all in the Constitution - are pursuing their own selfish and corrupt schemes and ends, and not truly serving and governing in the public interest). Our Founding Fathers got it right in explaining the general purpose of the federal government in the Preamble to the Constitution, with Amendment X further codifying that most rights (all those not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states) are reserved to the states, respectively, or to the people.

In addition, my conservative views and actions on the West Bend School Board 2011-17 are well documented in those meeting minutes and local newspaper articles (e.g., The Daily News, based in West Bend). In 2011, I put forth to all school district residents my transparent and detailed 24-point Conservative Action Plan (CAP), and between my two terms, I kept all 24 promises and documented them in an Excel spreadsheet.

My legislative priorities, and my specific qualifications to effectively address these issues, are as follows: 1. ELECTION INTEGRITY: I fought election fraud in WI, GA. My opponent let the 2020 election be stolen. 2. MAXIMIZE INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS: I defend all our Constitutional rights & fought for our freedoms in the military. My opponent let Evers extend mandates 9 extra months, and millions suffered. 3. PRO-LIFE: I back legislation to ban sales of baby body parts. I testified for this bill in 2015. My opponent didn’t stop this bad practice. 4. EDUCATION REFORM: End failed Common Core, CRT, SEL & other such indoctrination. I have a doctorate in Educational Leadership and served on three school boards. My opponent made no significant school reforms. 5. TERM LIMITS: 8 years or less in any state office. My opponent is trying for his 13th & 14th years.
