QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
First six weeks.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Constitutionally there are 19 governmental services and no more. Any funding raised through taxation beyond this scope is a contract between the individual and the entity. Therefore treated as such, to be created, amended or dissolved upon the free will of the people paying for it upon conclusion of the entities cycle of usefulness. Government may only regulate commerce.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Any line item that Alaskan’s voted was frivolous spending. Certainly spending $500,000 to study Vitamin D effects on Alaskans was unnecessary and frivolous. At times it seems that funding for these studies is an attempt to shore-up the differences by Alaska’s regions and people who live there. I have a better idea towards fairness between regions and these placements aiding in the creation of revenue-producing industries while maintaining Alaskan traditional values.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Neutral
Let each lawful born American have a capped amount from their individual account in the Public Charitable Trust to go towards their education. Subsidizing higher education only led to increased tuition costs being financed by student debt with an interest rate of 6% or more (3x more than a mortgage for a home), creating decades of student loan payments. Cap the educational entity and tie it to a rate of return from the student obtaining the degree to enter the job market.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Neutral
Government may only regulate commerce, not interfere. The contracts are to be between individuals and businesses. If either party decides not to contract, it is not the governments job to force the contract. Government only steps in when there is a monopoly in business practices.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
E) Let all insurance companies compete across state lines, which will bring down the cost of insurance. No more need for a state approved insurance agency quote book of rates. No more healthcare providers and hospitals tied to government healthcare policies towards money making schemes and/or depopulation strategies.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None. Vaccinations and health requirements must be for foreigners going to American universities or schools to ensure the health and safety of Americans.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Send them and their half-brothers back to the Middle East and stay out of their wars.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
Americans need to stay out of it. All these foreign countries that received aid and/or loans must pay those funds back with interest to the American people.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Absolutely. American Indian Native Treaties made between them and the Founding Fathers are the legitimate basis of sovereignty as a nation-state. There is no provision to endless immigration. There is a protection clause from foreign invasion.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Moratorium on immigration for a decade. No dual citizenship. All immigrants must uphold American laws and assimilate. Failure to assimilate results in a review of status to stay within the United States of America. Tourists may stay 6 months at a time. Visas may be obtained for foreign students or on a rank system of education/work experience for a specific corporation, just like other countries in the world have in place.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Agree
Let funding follow the student. Let the parents and the student decide.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Disagree
There is no such thing as Judeo-Christian that started in the 1940’s as a false narrative. From inception, the United States of America was founded on Christian principles and the American Indian Native "The Great Law", which are in alignment with each other. America's founding documents were created out of this harmonization.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Agree
No.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
The only time government should enter into a marriage between a man and a woman, is to record their marriage written in their Bible signed by three witnesses to the event by filing a copy at the recorders office. Any other union is simply a contract with the state recognizing property distribution or disposition.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
It's for immigrants to assimilate to American traditions and accept its laws. It's not for America to be taken over by foreigners and re-colonized.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I'm 15th Generation American and 4th Generation Alaska. My beliefs are Traditional Alaskan inside the foundation of American principles created by my ancestors, American Indian Native and Founding Fathers. Love of God of Heaven, my family, my country and I inspire to be a good neighbor.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
No.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I wouldn't change the way we use to vote in-person with identification. I do like early voting to keep the waiting time in line to vote in-person at minimum.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. The proxy funding racial tensions is the threat to domestic security.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Neutral
Not based on race but on individual American's wealth that was confiscated after the Revolutionary War and under Executive Order 6102 must be repaid.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
C) A balance between the two extremes and it's also up to the people that live in that area to decide. No eminent domain to impoverish local Americans or displacement for sell-off of their assets to the highest bidder. Example: Local Alaskans said NO to Pebble Mine, while others in different parts of Alaska said YES to mining operations "so long as" concerns were met like maximum filtration for tailing ponds and monitoring wildlife to make sure there is no impact. In my journeys I have met scientists with new technology and experts in their professional fields to which I would like to connect together with the local communities to create a solution for the resources intended to be extracted and how the communities benefit individually from each industry. I leave this comment very general but it has been my job to create feasibility studies with a financial model for private investment, which local individuals can buy into the investment through Regulation A or Regulation D offering.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Disagree
I don't agree with pumping chemicals into the ground to crack open the layers in which layers petroleum types sit in the ground to extract. The land must always be worth something without need for remediation.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The purpose of government is to uphold the foundations and laws of the United States of America, regulate commerce, monitor its 19 agencies mentioned in the Constitution of the United States of America and no more.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
I don't have a bibliography of my comments.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
For Alaska, it's helping industries create entry and middle level jobs for Alaskan graduates into Aerospace, Ports and Natural Gas Pipeline. But don’t get me wrong, we are not paving over Alaska or killing off our wildlife. I have leads on technology to have both in harmony.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
No. Police policy is to not let a drunk driver continue to drive. So why should the police allow a parole to steal a truck and waive a gun around while in police barricade escape to randomly attempt to murder three innocent bystander individuals in their home because that just happened to be where the police randomly ambushed parole for a second time? Qualified Immunity has become Absolute Immunity.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Agree
I want law enforcement to focus on crime (human trafficking, murder, organized crime, invasion, robbery). I don't want police to be a revenue producing agency for the courts. Nor do I want the police and courts to find indictments to steal from the individuals Public Charitable Trust account. However it's reasonable to take from said account for a disability or mental health issue - and within reason - not to take the whole amount to provide service.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Constitution for the United States of America and the United States Constitution both state the 2nd Amendment "Shall not infringe".
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Disagree
Product liability of malfunction is specific and does not cover misuse of product.
