I am a retired school teacher of 36 years. I graduated with my Bachelors from Florida Southern College. I graduated with my Masters from Rollins College. I am a grandfather to 4 children currently enrolled in Polk County Schools, and 1 that is not of school age yet. Both of my children graduated from Polk County Public Schools. I have seen and lived all sides of the education system and look forward to working with my fellow teachers, standing beside the parents and grandparents of Polk County, and ensuring the students of Polk County have all the best education available before beginning their adult lives.
