QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only extreme rare cases if at all. I have yet to see where it has been the fault of the baby for someone getting pregnant, yet the baby is the one losing its life for someone else’s poor decision making. Life begins at conception and is one of the most precious gifts known to man and it needs to be treated as such. Life ends when God deems it and no one else. It definitely should never be paid for with tax payers money especially when it’s against the belief of the tax payer. This is a prime example of our tax dollars being used against us and our desires. To simplify abortion and which side you’re on is made easier by seeing it from a point of view that you are either pro life or pro death. That brings in the reality of abortion crystal clear. Once conceived babies have rights just like any other person of this great nation. The only difference is that they can’t defend themselves so we must step up and be their advocates until they can fend for themselves.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

This is just another example of how government uses our tax dollars against us. It all needs to be stopped as soon as possible.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

God is the only being qualified to make that decision in my opinion.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Abolish the IRS and save the trillions of dollars that corrupt organization consumes each year with doing things they shouldn’t be doing, as well as all their leases, rents, salaries, retirements, building maintenance, building ownership etc and put that money toward our deficit and debt created by previous legislators. Then, use a flat tax system monitored by one single computer that will print out a report when needed showing who hasn’t paid their taxes, automatically sending out late payment and penalties as needed till payment is collected. Possibly even a more fair tax, if we even need one if the government controlled its spending, would be a sales tax where the richest to the poorest people in the country pay a predetermined tax on everything they consume or purchase so everyone will pitch in some taxes regardless of where they exist in the economic system. The biggest key is to control out of controlled government spending.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

As mentioned above, the IRS as well as most other three lettered corrupt government agencies that consume way more of our taxes than they are producing in good for the people that pay taxes. In other words, like the CIA and FBI targeting innocent people because they want to change what’s being taught in our public schools today.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Funding education is one thing however, in Alaska we are in the highest funding rates per student yet get near the lowest performance when comparing states. With just over 50% of the actual budget used for education going to the students and teachers in the classroom (this needs to be 65% +) and this does not include the money spent on paying loans, new capitol for projects as well as all the maintenance etc you have a top heavy organization that desperately needs reorganization for efficiency.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Religious liberty is a God given constitutional right for all people so they aren't forced to violate their moral or religious beliefs, not just those who seem to be above the law.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None that I can think of. If they do, they trample our God given constitutional rights.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C: Health care, if you want to call it that, is another great waste, as most things handled by the government are, as we experienced with the NIH and the CDC these last 3 years. Health care should be privatized as much as possible with no government competition and it should be specifically limited for individuals who do need it for a time, as well as the elderly who paid into the system all their life while working but certainly not for generations like our expanding welfare system tries to incorporate.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None that I can think of. They need to stay away from overregulation and focus on what they're suppose to do. Protect the citizens from external and internal enemies. Individuals and parents should have the freedom to make their own healthcare choices and that includes vaccinations and even wearing a mask.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Follow existing laws and immigration policies, getting rid of sanctuary cities and all of that nonsense, as well as securing our boarders on all sides. Deporting every illegal immigrant, especially anyone with a criminal record or history and start over, allowing only productive citizens into our country who will become Americans and not demand and bring into our country the very thing they fled their country for.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

I believe the United States should support and stand with Israel, which should not be divided.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

We need to follow our existing immigration laws protecting all of our boarders especially the southern one at this time. We need to finish building the wall.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Follow the existing laws and certainly no one should be allowed into this country if they have a criminal record and especially if it’s a violent one or anyone who wants to harm this nation in any way shape or form especially from within.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Competition would make our education system much better and giving parents a free choice on where and how to educate their children would be a great start.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

This nation was founded on Judeo-Christian values and when followed we prosper as a nation and when ignored God’s hand of protection is lifted and right now you’re seeing the results.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Discrimination laws and protected classes end up discriminating against the vast majority of Americans and limit their freedoms and rights.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

No government is allowed to contradict our God given rights in any way shape or form.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

It’s a form of brainwashing our children now starting in preschool. Just like Hitler did with Germany when he said give me the children and I’ll change this nation. Our hijacked public school system is doing this with our children now starting in preschool and they’re succeeding in changing this nation using our tax dollars against us.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I have a 100% biblically based world view and believe the Bible is 100% true from Genesis to Revelation. Judeo Christian values are what made this nation great and are what will keep this nation great and protected. Any variation from these values separate us from God and from each other That's what the government and evil does. It divides. They are both trying to destroy this nation. We need to change that as soon as possible and stand together. United we stand. Divided we fall. We as a majority of tax payers in this country have control over almost everything if we stick together. We can vote at the ballot box to usher in change in legislators and we wouldn’t even need term limits. We can decide which huge corporations succeed and which ones fail by how we spend our every dollar. If nobody supports any huge company by not spending any money on their products that company will be out of business with in a year or so. Every dollar we spend we vote by saying I want more of your product. Hence the opposite is true as well. No money sent to a business will destroy them financially. We also vote with our time. Every time you watch a movie or tv show they keep track of the ratings. If nobody watches a show it either disappears or goes to a time when no one is watching. We the people have the power if we stick together. Remember government tries to keep us divided so we have less power and authority to have our will done.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

If you can’t keep a current ID and be legal to vote then you don’t get this precious opportunity. We can’t afford to have non-citizens voting especially those who are out to harm this nation, sucking up our resources while not contributing.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Extremely limit all the ways fraud is more prevalent, such as mail out ballots, especially with no verification signature. Mandatorily have an election system that is 100% verifiable for everyone to see who voted and for whom. Demand proper identification and verification that you are a legal citizen to vote. Not allow drop boxes and make sure to follow the law on who is able to drop off ballots for the elderly and disabled as well as who has the authority to help them fill out their ballots.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I don’t think so yet. But if pushed and stirred up continually like it has been since the obama administration except for President Trump it could escalate into civil unrest causing domestic security issues.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Learn to let things of the past go. I could go back to many issues in my past and say you owe me just like I’m sure most people can regardless of race or anything else. That’s why its of utmost importance to give hurts and wrongs of the past to God since He’s the only Being able to handle them and deal with them. This is another example of how racial tensions could result in domestic security if continually pushed by administrations. This equates to our tax dollars used against us and our will.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) Environmental laws helped to put this nation in the dire position we are in today. There’s a balance in everything including the environment. Most of the laws associated with the environment seem to be designed to put small business out of business as well as escalate prices which we are seeing quite clearly today.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

Not to the extent of ruining drinking water or underground aquifers but yes to staying strong and energy dependent not having to beg other nations for oil. Again, there’s a balance to everything.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To protect its citizens from enemies and violent entities, foreign or domestic.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Not only do we need to vote in very conservative legislators but we need them to remain very conservative after being elected and not pulling the RINO card on us anymore.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I have years of emails and texts battling legislators to vote conservatively on multiple issues that come up today both on the state and national levels. I have strings of emails and texts trying to educate people about what’s happening in our world, trying to encourage them to get involved by calling, texting, emailing or visiting our elected officials to take a stand for conservative issues. I have numerous friends who can and will testify to who I am and what I stand for. I have a wife and family including grandchildren who will stand and testify who I am and what I stand for. I have businesses and people I deal with who will stand and testify who I am and what I stand for. I have numerous people at our local Christian school who will tell you who I am and what I stand for. I have numerous petitions I’ve signed electronically for many Christian organizations like AFA and ACLJ. I have numerous organizations that can testify about me giving to Christian causes to further the word of God. I was interviewed by Bob Bird on his radio program “the talk of the kenai” on 9/8/22 in the 4-5pm slot on KSRM 920am and 92.5fm. Please listen if you can. It’s only held for so long and then it’s removed. I’m invited back again in October for another interview. This was my only public speaking invitation so far. I was thankful for the opportunity.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Never. I stay as far away from and invisible to our in my opinion injustice system as I possible can.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I’m running for Alaska State Senate district D, covering the northern half of the Kenai Peninsula in South-Central Alaska. This area encompasses the communities of Nikiski, Kenai, Soldotna, Sterling, Copper Landing, Sunshine, Hope, Moose Pass and the area north of Seward. I need all conservative Christian people to get out and vote for the most conservative candidate you can vote for wherever you live in Alaska. Also, I want to encourage you to jump on the chance to fill all other elected seats that are available when they come open so you can further strengthen our conservative voice and stance. Get involved and utilize your right to vote. I’ve already raised my family and now I have the privilege of helping with my grandchildren on the Kenai peninsula and I am willing to step up and make a difference for our communities by volunteering my time and efforts to usher in and protect conservative values. I’m semi-retired now and feel I have the time and ability to represent our conservative voices. I ask you to reach out to me or ask others about me and my reputation. I don’t have anything to hide. Ask away. I’m running to give people a real choice for a conservative voice. I’m not a career politician nor do I plan to be. I don’t plan to stay in office until I die but rather to raise up and encourage others to serve and do their duty as legislators, as if doing a military service, not requiring special pensions, retirement or special heath care for life. I’m very conservative, basing my values and decisions on the Bible, knowing that the government and evil divides us but God unites. United we stand. Divided we fall. I try to keep things simple. Using abortion as an example, when simplified, one is either pro-life or pro-death. As a God fearing Christian, life is the only path. Once in office I won’t be a dictator so I will need a group of loyal committed people ready to get involved to help do the will of the constituents that put me in office. People willing to help keep me on track to vote the way my constituents elected me to. I will also see and need prayer for righteous decisions, as well as Godly direction, knowledge and wisdom for the vast majority of Alaskans to benefit from government and not just to pay the way for our tax dollars to be used against us and our desires via special interest groups. If you want to truly help usher in charge towards conservative values, I ask for the following help: 1. Your vote 2. Your voice to spread the word 3. Your continued prayer support 4. Your willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved I’m willing to stand up and make a difference! Will you stand with me to do the same? I don’t want to go to Juneau unless God goes with me and appoints me leading the way. The Kenai Peninsula is one of the leading conservative areas in the entire State of Alaska. I will try to make that voice heard loud and clear in Juneau or even better yet on the road system so more people can have access to the legislators. Our injustice system, in my opinion needs to be changed to work for the people who are innocent and not for the guilty. Whether in justice or government, he who has the most money should not dictate who wins! Lets make a point of working together to change these things. There should be no legislating from the bench as that’s what we vote in legislators to do. Our elections need to be extremely transparent as well as fully traceable so every vote can be verified and people can trust our election system again. Please consider volunteering at voting sites to help ensure this important issue. Our resources in Alaska belong to the people of Alaska, not to politicians or any other special interest groups. The vast majority of Alaskans should have the first fruits of this Great State, not just the special interest groups and their lobbyists they hire to persuade and steer the legislators in Juneau who are very inaccessible to the vast majority of the people of Alaska. Government overreach in Alaska is out of control and desperately needs to be curtailed. What can you do in this state anymore without government involvement, such as extra taxes, licensing, permits or permissions of some kind or another? It has become ridiculous and needs to be changed. Alaskans do not need more government and fees to impede every decision they make. To help turn this runaway train around we all as a very conservative group need to run for every office available from local school boards, borough assembly seats, city council seats to the governors seat and beyond. First influencing our local areas which will eventually filter from the bottom up to the top federal government ushering in desperately needed change for our cities, states and nation. We can’t afford to sit on the sidelines anymore and just watch. We need to get involved at all levels to usher in this change. I’m willing to stand up and fight! Will you be willing to stand up along side me and fight as well?

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

This question is poorly worded in my opinion. Police should be the most outstanding citizens with the utmost respect for the laws they uphold with their authority. Police shouldn’t be above the law just like any other person no matter what your title is shouldn’t be above the law. We are one nation under God! That means that if we adhere to the law of God our moral values and laws should be far above the law of man so much so that we shouldn’t even need police or even a law created by man.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

All of our governmental departments need to be scrutinized and made to run more efficiently, cutting those who don’t deserve their job. Police are vital but not to the extent that they’re more for the criminals than for the innocent civilians who pay their wages to have protection. If you take this to an extreme and make everyone a policeman would that be enough? Not hardly because we would still have those who are corrupt ruining it for those who are not. Balance is key once again.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None that I can see. If everyone carried a gun and knew how to use it properly we would be the safest nation on earth because no one would be crazy enough to try and do something wrong that would cost them their lives. On the other hand if they did they would be eradicated quite quickly. If guns are banned from the law abiding citizens only criminals will have guns and we already have enough examples of that in our cities like chicago where they have the most restrictive gun laws yet more people are shot there then anyplace else in our nation. Not to mention Washington DC, New York, Minneapolis St. Paul, Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle etc. Gun ownership in the USA is a constitutional right and is not to be infringed upon. It’s not just to have guns for hunting either but to protect ourselves from a tyrannical government now more then ever.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

That’s absurd. It’s the equivalent of suing any other manufacturer for making a product that someone misuses or abuses by hurting other people maliciously then turning around and blaming the manufacturers. Millions of people hunt every year with little to no casualties. Obviously guns can be used in a safe manner by people not intent on doing harm to others. I have yet to see a gun jump up on its own an start shooting innocent people without some nut behind it intending to hurt innocent people.
