This is a matter that should be taught inside the home. My family has opted out of allowing our children to participate in these discussions and lessons in public school. My overall goal is to rebuild trust with the Brevard County School System and parents. I want to unite our county and restore public education to what it was created for....Education, not indoctrination.

Teachers who are licensed to carry should be allowed to carry guns at school.

I believe additional training should be provided other than just the license. Our local Sheriff has a wonderful program that trains teachers adequately to take this task on and I would recommend this training prior to allowing them to carry on campus
