QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Rape, incest, mother's life in immediate danger

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Nationally, I would like to see the current system totally scrapped and the FairTax system implemented. In Wyoming, I strongly believe all attempts to implement a state income tax should be fought tooth and nail to be defeated.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Stop all foreign aid on a publicized time schedule except in extreme temporary cases like natural disasters, eliminate govt. programs that financially benefit illegal immigrants, Eliminate all spending on the failed Dept of Education and other unconstitutional departments and programs.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

NONE!

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

NONE, they should be 100% voluntary.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

1. stop giving money to ALL countries that support or sponsor Islamic terrorism in any way. 2. TOTALLY annihilate any country, group, or individual that causes death of Americans by terroristic action and do not pay for rebuilding if applicable.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Finish the wall and militarize the border.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Any person that has been vetted thoroughly with no criminal or terrorism related background, no communicable health problems, AND either a valuable skill(i.e. doctors, engineers, etc.) or a legal resident family member that is willing to sponsor and vouch for the new immigrant.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that God is our Creator, Jesus Christ is His son and we should live according to His example here on Earth. Being a Christian shouldn't mean that you think you are better than anyone else...it should be an indication that you know you aren't.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

This question is pretty open ended with all the differences between states, but I believe generally speaking: 1. Voting in person with valid ID should be the norm. 2. Absentee voting should be allowed for our military, invalids, and anyone with valid reasons for not being able to vote in person such as truckdrivers or other traveling professions. This does not in any way mean they shouldn't be made to verify their identitiy. Furthermore, absentee votes should be received on election day or earlier. Any ballots received after election day should be automatically invalid. Other than these exceptions, mail in ballots should be illegal. 3. Both parties should be allowed their legally permitted poll watchers. Any polling station that prevents this should have all their votes nullified and workers responsible criminally charged.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes, but not in the way the media would have you think. There will always some racism, but it was definitely declining until Barack Obama was elected President. Ironically, his election showed how non-racist the USA was, but he encouraged charges of racism with his rhetoric for political reasons and now racism against whites is climbing which creates a vicious cycle on both sides. If politicians and the media weren't constantly pitting one group against another, our country's race relations would vastly improve in my opinion.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A...if the meaning is stricter than what we currently have. Too many politicians and environmentalists jump on every knee jerk environmental issue without actually knowing the FACTS if they don't fit their narrative.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

It SHOULD be to insure against the loss of individual freedom for the governed citizens....in reality, the current purpose of the U.S. government is to take more of our freedoms, money, and personal liberty through mandates, draconian tax regulations, and political grandstanding designed to separate us because united Americans are dangerous to the government.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Possibly there are still videos of events and interviews I participated in as a tea party member on Youtube( or WTVY WDHN in Dothan AL), my Facebook page, the Wyofile.com article "Trump's Wyoming".

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

That I'm a concerned blue collar American. I've watched politics my whole life, and with rare exceptions, been disappointed in the lack of spine shown by most Republicans. Some call them RINOs, I like to call them Conservatives of Convenience....3 examples: Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, Mitt Romney, and there are many others that vote conservative when it suits their purposes, but will turn on true conservatives in a heartbeat if it benefits them in media coverage, re-electability, or other unknown motivations.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

As long as an officer follows departmental policy and training PLUS does not violate the Constitution, they should be immune.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

NONE, allowing law abiding citizens to carry a firearm anywhere they choose with gun free zones being eliminated are what is needed for public safety

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
