QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only when the life of the mother is in imminent danger. Every human being, from the moment of conception, is made in the Imago Dei, the image of God, and is a unique expression of that image regardless of circumstance.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

We must put a cap on increasing property taxes, as they are quickly causing Wyoming citizens to become unable to afford their generational homes.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I would support opening the education and healthcare markets to free enterprise, allowing for broad cost reductions and competitive pricing for private and public services.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

With current spending at a county level, funds are irresponsibly allocated to projects that are not directly tied to the education of pupils. Throwing more money at the system will only increase spending, which has proven to be inefficient.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

The freedom to express one's religion shall not be infringed upon by a tyrannical government. The right to practice one's religion is a natural right, and our government is limited by the constitution. A government that forces individuals to make unethical decisions is unconstitutional.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None. It is a natural right to practice one's religion. This includes the assembly of congregants.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

D) Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded. These programs artificially increase the cost of healthcare and prevent a competitive free market.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None. Vaccines should be voluntary and available for those who want them.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

We should put intense diplomatic pressure on nations that harbor terrorist cells which target America and our allies. America should not be the world police, but a world leader. Our free markets and individual freedoms should incentivize foreign governments and people to aspire to the principles of liberty rather than the impending threat of military action.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

I am an ally of Israel. I support the nation of Israel. Rebukes may be necessary, as no government is infallible, but I will work towards unshakable American-Israeli relations. Genesis 12:3.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Disagree

A physical wall is imperative to the national security on our southern border. Strategically speaking, our southern border is the most vulnerable geographic pathway for military invasion, and historically our enemies have strategized on how to utilize this weak spot.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Law-abiding citizens of other countries who have undergone necessary vetting processes, are willing to assimilate at least partially into American culture, and are willing to participate in our economy.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

A monopoly on the education system is a disservice to the American people. Parents have the right to decide the education of their children, and they deserve options.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Our society is a divinely ordained covenant between the dead, the living, and the unborn. All of our liberties derive from the principle of individual significance, that every human being is endowed with unalienable rights, as we are made in the image of God.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

One's sex has nothing to do with their rights, as all human beings are equal. People are free to express themselves how they wish. The government should not be creating new classes of human beings with special privileges.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

Marriage is a religious institution, the government does not have the authority to rewrite doctrine.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian who is also inspired by the Stoics and Transcendentalists. I believe that every individual has been given freedom by their Creator, and that the government cannot take those freedoms away. I believe that people should be free to make their own decisions with minimal government involvement. I believe that we should protect the life of every individual from the moment of conception, when they have their own unique DNA. I believe that every person is ultimately responsible for their own actions and that their freedom is directly tied to their ability to preserve their life, liberty, and property.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Every citizen should be required to proof of citizenship in order to participate in civic processes.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I would propose an end to absentee voting except for those in military service and with physical disabilities, requiring paper ballots, and prohibiting unsupervised ballot droboxes.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. Race-based politics are a political tool for those who wish to instill fear and divide the people. I believe that all human beings are created equal, and that all human beings are genetically related.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

There is no reason that Wyoming, a state which never practiced slavery, should tax people who never owned slaves, to give reoperations to people who never were slaves.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The purpose of government is to defend the nation from foreign powers, protect the individual's rights of life, liberty, and property, and to enforce justice through agreed upon laws which do not violate the individual.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

https://cowboystatedaily.com/2022/05/09/wyoming-gop-convention-wrap-up-civility-optimism-despite-laramie-county-walkout/

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

I have never been convicted of or penalized for sexual misconduct.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

My mission is threefold. I am running to stand up to a government that has violated its constitutional obligations to protect the rights of its citizens, I am running to unify the Republican party on a county, state, and national level. I am running to inspire my generation to get involved in civic engagement. In recent years, we have seen the introduction of legislation which would challenge a host of our rights as outlined in the Wyoming constitution. In Article 1 alone, we have seen legislation which challenges all of the following; Section 2, the equality of all Section 3, equal political rights of every human being on the basis of individual competency, Section 4, security against search and seizure, Section 6, due process, Section 16, the conduct of jails, Section 20, freedom of speech, Section 24, the right to bear arms, Section 27, the right to free and equal elections, Section 28, taxation by the consent of the people, Section 38, the right to health care access, This is just the tip of the iceberg, and it is up to people who love their state to stand up for rights. In the state of Wyoming, our republican party is in shambles. there has been a push for a "big tent", and I believe that this term is deceptive. While the aim is to be inclusive, the result is an introduction of party members who do not adhere to the party platform. This is unacceptable. I am here to stand up for our party principles and help unite under our common beliefs. I come from Laramie County, and I believe that we must come together as a state party in order to achieve our goals in the state government. I adhere to the Wyoming Republican Party platform in it's entirety I am part of Gen-Z, which is set to become the largest voting block in American history. I am stepping up to be an example to other people my age who want to become involved in their civic processes. Now is the time to stand up for what we believe in, it will never be easier. If I can inspire the youth to become involved then I have succeeded.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The 2nd Amendment shall not be infringed upon under any pretext. I do not support punishing law-abiding citizens for the actions of committed lawbreakers. "Red flag" laws are unconstitutional because they violate due process. Mass-shootings are a modern cultural phenomenon, and we must address the cultural problems that create individuals capable of these acts of evil. The 2nd amendment is the right that protects us from a tyrannical government.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
