Like so many of us, I am tired of our bitterly divided politics and hope to make a contribution toward uniting the country around a principled agenda that has broad appeal. For me, what is best for the community is more important than party politics.

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
