Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

A woman's right to full body autonomy needs to be protected. All life if precious, but without allowing woman to control what happens to their bodies. They lose the fundamental right all humans deserve.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

If the purpose of creating the embryo was to conceive, it should be protected. If it was created for science or to further research to potentially save lives. Destroying the embryo is justified.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Abortion access should be between a woman and her dr. If both parties agree, the abortion should be preformed.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Planned parenthood is not only for reproductive care. It also helps with many important things. STI testing, pregnancy help, pregnancy prevention. They help people and deserve to keep up the good work.

The more we try to help the more we become the enemy of the world. Tragedy has befallen a lot of the world. But It should we the world helping to end conflict. Not just one country.

With the tension between the two countries. It important to protect vital information and technology. But without diplomacy, it will continue to be a fight between both countries to be the super power.

Isreal has become an issue. With our current administration doing everything they can to help Isreal. It has placed the US in a worse situation.

IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
The immigration process is complicated and takes to long which is why we have so much illegal immigration. As long as you have no criminal history and are looking for work in the US. The process should be streamlined with safeguards and regular check ins for the first few years.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Many undocumented persons are good hard working people. With the difficulty of gaining citizenship, daca and asylum. Sanctuary cities provide protection to those who need help.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

States are already in charge of curriculum. The dept of Education handles funding assistant, ensuring special education programs are funded. Without it, states cannot be trusted to appropriately distribute funds.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Transgender or LQBTQ children who are denied adequate mental help or affirmation results in long term issues. NO child should be given gender surgery until after the age of 18. But living life as your true self helps with confidence and long term happiness.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Marriage is between two consenting adults. It is a legal contract more than a religious one. Denying same sex couples from getting married prevents basic legal rights couples have such as medical decision making.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Without guardrails, Social media and online chatrooms have and wont prevent anything. From cyber bullying, to child meet ups, to transfer of explicit images. Laws need to be adapted to prevent these things.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Every gun needs to sold with red flag laws. Every gun needs to be registered. Guns should be a privilege not a right.
