QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Too many variables to answer a question like this. Think Clinton had it back in the day, safe, legal, rare.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Choose not to answer

Again questions like this revolve around way too many variables to answer with a simple answer.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

Plastic surgery great example as well as dental implant surgeons as both require out of pocket payments and both do just fine in offering affordable choices to the market.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

It really is a dark subject and while end of life decisions are always hard this, as we saw in Canada, opens up so many areas for people who are at horrible points in their life to make bad decisions.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Certainly not for a pandemic that was not a crisis but in which they tried to shut down churches in mostly heavy democrat areas.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

Already been ruled on so will follow the supreme court decision on this. Freedom of religion was included at the beginning for a reason the founders knew the capacity of government to turn tyrannical.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Agree

But they are a good trading partner in some ways. Trade is a mutual beneficial action and need to keep those but yes China is communist and is working towards turning anyone they perceive as a threat to communism into a enemy.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Absolutely as the only democratic country in the middle east and a great partner in a lot of different areas. Not sure when this hatred of Israel was started but certainly the democratic party is fanning the flames.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Certainly a portion of C and D. South Korea I have read has the best healthcare measured in the three most important variables, affordability, availability, quality. I would follow their lead and implement as many processes as we could that they have adopted.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

When I was born in the 70's think we had 3 or 4 and that was it. How have we gotten to so many? Is there is a force working to increase unnecessary medical treatment? I don't know all the answers but I know we turned out fine.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Read any economic theorist as well as Adam Smith Wealth of Nations. It is so strongly validated not sure why their are questions on it.

What is your position on the minimum wage?

Three things Economic Nobel laurates say are basic inhibiter to well working economies; tariffs, minimum wage, price controls(rent control).

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

Already saw Larry Fink at Blackrock pivot and he will continue to pivot. They not only have a fiduciary responsibility to their investors and they need empirical foundations to justify their investment. This is why ESG has faded and will continue to disappear as it was just virtue signaling.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Agree

Just see France, UK, Ireland, and potentially the US in years to come TBD.

EDUCATION

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Agree

State has failed in education and examples of success are when families can choose.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Please see Switzerland no laws and no issues. We need to start to focus on the problems the people who misuse guns vs the gun.

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Very easy, to protect the community, such as borders, as without safety you don't have a community. As well as allow for private property and enforce and protect a market so that commerce can be done legally and equitably through courts.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Lean Conservative

VALUES

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

Sexualizing and confusing children is a tactic used over the years with no benefit so why again are we disseminating this doctrine?

Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

Strongly Agree

The argument that the parents are "abusive" is the one that is used to drive the wedge between the family with government and unfortunately it is true sometimes. However, the threshold needs to be so high that it is a last resort as where today counselor's at school are steering these children down very dangerous roads.

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

We are finally getting to over 18 for surgery, thank god. If your over 18 and you want to do this feel free. It is plastic surgery and we would never use tax payer dollars for plastic surgery.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Agree

Yes freedom of religion is very important but allowing same sex couples the benefit of the marriage covenant is a good idea for work benefits and even estate issues.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Beliefs and values are a individual thing and are personal and we should respect that.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

Right now in my district it is a utility bill that will get you on the voter roll. Today the ability to connect to anyone anywhere in the world is possible but we cannot get to a picture id to vote? Makes you wonder.

States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

Strongly Disagree

Founders made sure the minority was not run over by the majority as they had seen numerous times in their lifetime but also being students of ancient history. It has worked it does work and because one party loses because of it means nothing.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

The only threat is the creation of a narrative that is essentially wrong and used for nefarious purposes when they take the term and apply it almost exclusively incorrectly.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Watch the creator of this fantasy world, Ibrim X Kendi, describe what is racism and you will understand what a race hustle looks like.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

You must have a strong hatred for women to disagree with a statement like this.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.

None as an attack on energy, a basic need, is the most regressive thing you can do. Regulation always costs the marginalized and lower end of the distribution but yet the eco terrorist hurt the left behind class they state they are there to save.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear is the best so when a eco warrior says they are not for nuclear then you know the conversation you are in. Fusion has great promise but years out. Hydro will be needed as well.
