Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Planned Parenthood can operate on its own just like a clinic or hospital, be financially independent. It's legal to have abortions in Minnesota but we shouldn't use public money to encourage it. Keep it legal, safe and rare is the key.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

surrogacy can be legal, but only should be available for couples who have trouble having children. It should not be offered to the super rich to have many many babies from many many women. Just like how the Rich Chinese are buying babies and have them in the US, then bring them back to CCP brainwashing schools to be educated to hate America. Then those kids can have all the rights as US citizens. That shouldn't be allow.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
Minimum wage's intention was for the 14, 15, or 16 year old kids to take while still in high school and living with parents. It should be teenagers' first job, where they don't pay for anything and still live with parents.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

The Free Market is that you have to produce something when other people want, so you can survive. You have to produce services and products that can benefit others. It's service orientated.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Government doesn't have the right to shut down churches, tell them what to say, and how to worship god. Churches do not have the right to enforce laws or make laws.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Government's job is to lower the cost of healthcare industrial/operations by cutting out the middle-man, and make price more transparent. When you hear "universal healthcare" that just means government gives HUGE profit to Big Pharma, think about how much profit Pfizer received from the government vaccine mandate. I have every reason to believe the Big Pharma are behind lobbying for universal healthcare. I would want our government to promote natural healing and natural health.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
It's as important to the US as the relationship with Japan and Taiwan. My position is that we should maintain a strong partnership with our close Allies. Israel, Japan, Taiwan and others are our strategic partners in the world. We should help our allies, but it must serve in the strong interest for the American National Security.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

As an immigrant myself who moved to the United States in 1992, I strongly oppose illegal immigration. illegal persons coming here and have special privileges is a huge slap in the face to all those who followed the law and received their immigration status Legally. The Chinese American community as I know support the deportation of all illegal persons in this country. They can come back the legal way and get back in the line, because no one is above the law.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

United States had the best education system before the creation of the Department of Education in 1979. I am for the quality of our students, not for the government bureaucracy.

Climate changes, that's what it does, and climate change won't bring an end to the human race and won't threaten us. I think the entire planet had tropical hot climate during the dinosaur era, and they had higher Bio-Diversity back then. We also had Ice Ages and Medieval warming time, and human survived through that. We should talk about chemical pollutions that's coming out of China.

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
To punish those who have committed crimes against others. The punishment should be severe enough to deter people from doing it again and prevent others from following such behaviors. We should also offer 2nd chance for those who repented and wants to do good in society again.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Yes, and parents should share that responsibility as well.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
We should teach gun safety classes in high school and the public should have common knowledge about guns and how to safely handle them. A lot of accidents happen because people don't know how to safely handle guns. I agree that you need to pass a test and get a license if you want to conceal carry. The only people who should be restricted from owning and/or carrying guns should be those who are medically confirmed to be insane or have severe mental disorders.
