Because artificial methods are willfully engaged in creating life, the purposeful destruction should be unlawful, except, if the embryo is not viable, or genetically flawed, or medical conditions exist. Forcing someone to act against their faith or moral convictions is a form of government coercion, undermining the religious liberty instilled by our founding fathers. It turns the power of the State against the People it meant serving. Our society can disagree without forcing uniformity. Government should prevent actual discrimination, but it must also uphold the constitutional right of any American to decline participation in acts that conflict with their faith or moral principles.

This would constitute a violation of their personal privacy and expand government surveillance into the most sensitive areas of people’s lives. And returning control to state and local communities will benefit improve the quality of the Student's Education. Decisions are more effective when made near students, parents, and teachers. Our schools & universities should only serve American National interests. The government should enforce existing gun laws and keep firearms out of the hands of violent criminals, domestic abusers, and those legally determined to be a danger to themselves or others. law-abiding citizens must not have their constitutional rights restricted. Public safety is best protected through strong enforcement, mental-health intervention, and ensuring that those who misuse firearms face serious consequences. However, I do believe that much can be done to improve gun stewardship.
