I ran the bill, HB2427, that would prohibit the use of any tax dollars to promote or perform abortions.

Elective abortions should never be allowed.. Every year I have been very vocal on the House floor during debates against any kind of abortions. This is a key issue I run on my election on.

Yes it should be enforced. While the Federal laws are not strong enough and Prop 139 protects those that do transport drugs into this state. It is criminal and should bring the death penalty. Employers in the free market should decide what to pay for entry level workers. Pay raises should be on a merit based system not the government. The employer pays at the skill level and the employee can earn more or be free to leave; protects both.

Private property is the right to ownership. The commandment "Thou shalt not steal", says I have a right to my property if you take it. It is stealing. The Auditor General has discovered that many agencies have more employees than needed. We have reduced some agencies by cutting the budget by 5% this year across the board for all agencies. It is not constitutional. It has been taken out of context to try to control the church involvement in policy making. Originally it was a letter written to Thomas Jefferson by Danbury Baptists. There concern was that religious liberty was bring treated as a government-grant favor rather than a inalienable right. We have seen over the recent years that people have been sued for standing for their religious beliefs in the market place and in the medical industry. The flower shop, the baker have been sued and people have been fired for refusing to take the vaccine for covid. We need to stand on our Biblical and moral beliefs and be respected for it. Lawfare has made it possible for people to target and go after Christians business owners. This is unjust and can not be tolerated under just law.

I am more inclined to say option D. However health care is complex. Insurance companies are driving the healthcare cost through the roof. If we choose options A-C we become slaves to a system that has the monopoly to health care. Doctors are now servants to the system, they are told what they can and can't do. If you do not have insurance it is hard to find health care providers. A good alternative is the self insured groups like Christian Health Care Ministries.

Yes it is very important. Genesis 12:3 states that who ever blesses Israel will be blessed and who ever curses Israel will be cursed. Our founding fathers and presidents have taken this verse seriously. So do I. We just passed two bills that recognizes the Biblical names of Samaria and Judaea as the real names of the "West Bank". I received the call to be a pastor where I have been pastoring for 38 years now. I believe in one God, expressed in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. No. Carbon levels have not changed over the years. No it does not require any urgent political action. Climate Change is a means to control industrial and technological advances all in the name of preserving Mother Earth. This is a religious movement. They will argue that it is scientific and that we must trust the science. The data is not there and God will determine when this earth will expire not the climate change people.

The current options are, Small Nuclear Reactors and Thermo-energy generating plants are on the horizon at this time. The wind farms and solar have proven not to be efficient and productive. The Green New Deal is an expensive idea whose time has come.

The goal of the criminal justice system is to establish a peaceful and safe environment to the public, to curb irresponsible behavior of individuals and removing a bad actors through a well established system of penalties. Public safety is our (or should) number one budget priority in supporting peace officers, our judicial system and corrections.
