OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Possibly rape or incest. Further investigation into the legal ramifications which may ensue would need to be initiated. Addressing any loopholes or disputes that may be encountered under any possible scenario (such as the timeliness of DNA tests, "he said / she said" litigation, geographic location of parties involved, etc., etc.) would need to be pursued.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Taxation without representation just does not pass muster in a Constitutional Republic.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Nobody's life should be "medically terminated" by medical personnel or any second party. I believe a person has the right to indicate in a Medical Directive that they refuse artificial extension of life and prefer to die naturally if relegated to some form of terminal illness that is taking their life.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Eliminate the "Income Tax" and implement a Flat Tax, which wage earners would send to the Federal Government in one lump sum within three months after receiving statement(s) of total income. If career politicians refuse a Flat Tax and feel like they need to "milk the rich", then a sales Tax could instead be implemented while also eliminating the "income tax" which is illegally withdrawn from a persons' earnings before they ever see it.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

All of it.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Strongly disagree.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

This is unconstitutional.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Never.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C. Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. Medicaid and Medicare need to be restructured and streamlined.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Never, and they should not even be advocated until fully tested by non-partisan entities.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Stop, reprimand and remove, if needed, domestic terrorists in office who are found instigating dangerous rhetoric such as "defund the police" and "stop apprehending illegal aliens at our borders". This incites a culture of violence and terror and allows terrorists to operate "under the radar". Instigating violence at the homes of Justices and legislators also fans the flame of a culture of terror. It has to stop.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

Israel is not "occupied" land. History proves it. If the huge land mass of Jordan is not enough, NOTHING is. Their goal is to drive Israelis "into the sea", as they have boldly stated many times.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Finish the wall. Let the border agents and security do their jobs. Reversing the idiocy that we've seen since January 2021 is a big start. Once that is done we can assess what more needs to be implemented.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Any human citizen who can pass the immigration application, submit to background checks, speak English demonstrates a desire to assimilate, contribute and be a part of our American culture.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Of course parents need these options while the public school system is evaluated for major reforms.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Take a look at our Declaration of Independence and our U.S. Costitution.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

We are born either male or female. Government has no business legislating based on any deviancy from that fact.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

No explanation needed.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is meant to foment division among people, because certain law makers believe that division among people is the only way they can retain power.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Christian. Biblical.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Duh. When a persons' precious vote is cancelled out by ANY form of vote fraud or election fraud, that is a TRAVESTY and should not be tolerated. It is racist to suggest that certain ethnicities struggle to cast their precious vote, and need to be coddled.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Go back to voting on ELECTION DAY with your voter ID card or personal I.D. and continue with Absentee voting only for the disabled, handicapped or elderly who cannot physically vote at their precinct location.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes, and it is fueled by "law makers" whose careers depend on division and hatred between people groups.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Freeing slaves from Democrat plantation owners was one reason the Republican party was formed. So if anyone needs to pay reparations, it should be the DNC, and NOT the citizens of 21st century America.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. The United States is the most responsible nation on the face of the earth in mining, processing and delivering energy in all forms that our natural resources avail to us.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

It is safe and is now cost-efficient to extract the energy by this process.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To represent the citizens, their desires and their needs in pursuing the American Dream..."Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness". If a law-maker can't do that, and leave it at that, then they need to move on.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I'm a Constitutionalist, which amazingly, many categorize as "very conservative" when it is not at all "very conservative" but is the standard of our forefathers. The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic. Again, go back and read the Constitution to validate that.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Video introduction on WKTV Grand Rapids, MI Tuesday July 5 at 2pm.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am an America First patriot who believes "The Best Is Yet To Come."

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

Of course there is always the possibility of misconduct.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Law Enforcement and Mental Health are two separate issues.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

How extensive someones' criminal background is should be considered before being issued a weapon. Other than that, there should be no restrictions on the purchase of firearms by law abiding citizens.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

The logic is idiotic. Someone who lost a family member because of a drunk driver would be laughed out of court if they tried to sue the car manufacturer.
