Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should not be allowed. I believe life begins at conception.

NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
First of all the United States needs to stop sending money to countries that harbor and allow Islamic terrorist's to operate. We need to better vet those that are legally immigrating into the US that are from countries that have heavy terrorist activity. We need to finish our border wall so that we can slow the possibility of terrorists illegally entering through the beaches.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. No business, government agency or school has the right to require any vaccinations for any reason.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I have always been and always will be a believer in reduced taxes.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
We need to look at areas like Planned Parenthood and others that receive money that are not ethically and morally right and defund them. I also believe there needs to be total transparency with Taxpayer funded programs. Taxpayers should be able to see the budgets and the spending for these programs.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

We need to finish the wall and while there are breaches in the wall we need to have boots on the ground in these areas, securing them. It states in the US Constitution "The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion". It is clear that DC has forgotten about this and it is up to us, the State of Arizona to protect our border and finish the wall.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
I believe that those that go through the process legally and for good reasons such as to better their life and have been properly vetted.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

The money should follow the student. It is our money (taxpayers). Parent should have every right to decide where their child is going to school. I also believe this will help schools to be more competitive and work to increase their overall scores.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

I will fight to protect and defend our First Responders and Law Enforcement. I will fight to protect Qualified Immunity and will fight to remove Citizen Oversite Committees.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

I will never support redirecting any finds from any police department. I want to increase funding to police departments and work to improve mutual aide agreements.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Shall not be infringed. It clearly states in the Constitution in the 2nd Amendment. If you are a legal gun owner, there should not be any restrictions.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Victims should go after the individual that attacked them. You cannot hold firearm dealers and manufactures for someone misusing their product.

Government is instilled to protect the rights and freedoms of our citizens. Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution states "This includes the power to coin money, to regulate commerce, to declare war, to raise and maintain armed forces, and to establish a Post Office."

I am not a politician. I am a concerned father of 4 that is scared in the direction our country and state are going. I believe God has spoken to me and told me this is where I need to be. I will NEVER negotiate with your Constitution Rights regardless of the bill or pushback I get from anyone. We need to save our state or our children and grandchildren are doomed. I believe in God the Father, the maker of heaven and earth. I believe he sent his son Jesus Christ to save us from our sins. I believe the Bible is a guide for us to live our daily lives as outlines in the scriptures. I turn to the bible often for answers and guidance. I also believe our country and Constitution was founded on religious beliefs and will fight to protect our freedom of religion.

Every person voting should be required to show proof of who they are and proof they have the right to vote.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
1 day, 1 vote, on paper, in person. In order to register you must be able to show proof of citizenship. We need to eliminate the machines and go back to hand counting the votes. We also need to have our voter rolls cleaned up and remove those that are deceased and or moved.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, I do not believe it is. Although there are some out there that are considered "racist", not everyone is. There are many of us that are God fearing citizens that believe we are all created equal as outlined in the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness."
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
