Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
As a survivor of sexual assault, I understand the trauma that we survivors feel from violent acts like rape or incest. Each survivor deserves support and assistance in healing from the trauma that has occurred in their life. Abortion is not the road to healing for survivors, instead, it is more violence and trauma in addition to the pain they have already endured. Abortion is a traumatic intentional taking of another's life. If the mother's life is at risk due to the pregnancy then the doctors need to treat the medical condition such as an ectopic or tubal pregnancy.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I support the flat tax in Arizona. This reduces the tax burden by around 13% for the average taxpayer. This is a big step in the right direction to significantly reduce the tax burden to all taxpayers.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I do not support the insane amount of funding the United States government has sent to other countries when our own citizens are struggling to survive and facing homelessness, mental health challenges, etc. We must focus on America First.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

None. There are no circumstances where a government can close churches.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I am in the middle of B & C. I would like to see the research and funding to have a stronger understanding of the impact to the taxpayer through these programs. An individual should have the right to decide on their healthcare options for insurance and not be required by the government. My husband is a Veteran who receives his medical treatment through the Veterans' Administration. I will never support universal healthcare or Medicare for all especially after battling for healthcare for my husband. I would encourage anyone who believes in universal healthcare to join us in the process of receiving medical treatment through the VA system and then let me know what they think.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None. The government, schools or employers should be permitted to require or mandate vaccinations. The individual's medical decisions should not be required for employment, education or services. Vaccinations are a medical service that must be decided by the individual and their medical provider.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
The top priority should be focused on America First. We need to secure our borders and protect America. At the Southern United States border, they have had an increase of over 379% compared to the previous fiscal year. These individuals have represented over 160+ countries which include several from countries of special interest with terrorist ties. We must secure our border, increase the number of Border Patrol agents and improve the relationships between local and county law enforcement with CBP. I am a strong supporter of our Armed Forces and do believe we must prepare and maintain our military forces. I do believe America needs to focus on protecting itself first!
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Yes! The southern border security needs to be more than a physical barrier. We need to expand the border camera systems (known as a SABRE). We need to increase and strengthen the border security enhancements including technology, roads, cameras, and aviation assistance. We need to increase available personnel to monitor the SABRE systems. We need to increase the CBP personnel.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
I support and will continue to advocate for legal immigration through the proper channels and following the United States laws. I believe those with criminal histories such as murder, felonies drug or abuse convictions, etc. in their previous countries should not be admitted into the United States.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I support the following: 1. Voter Identification with a photo including mail-in ballots - One person, one vote. 2. Adding additional measures of security to mail-in ballots, if they remain lawful. The security measures would include the addition of the date of birth and a form of identification in addition to the signature of the voter. 3. Improve the ballot adjudication process to ensure proper evaluation of each signature. 4. Update the voter registration data including the removal of inactive voters. 5. Remove the ability of 3rd party organizations to send early voter registration materials such as permanent early registration cards to voters. 6. Improve the security of the mail-in ballots, if they remain lawful, to ensure the proper chain of custody of all ballots. 7. Require, increase and improve the video recording of all election workers and facilities. Video recording of tabulation, duplication, early ballot processing, and adjudication. 8. Ban ballot drop boxes and if not then remove ballot drop boxes that are not located in secure election facilities with proper video recording and proper chain of custody of all ballots. 9. Increase accessibility of observers to have a proper view of the ballot adjudication, elections process, and tabulation. 10. Permanently ban ballot harvesting. 11. Ensure all plans, policies, and procedures are within the scope of the law and public knowledge at a minimum of 60 days prior to each election. 12. Remove technology that places our election integrity and security at risk. 13. Conduct audits of every election. I support election law changes that promote a free and fair election.

The role and purpose of the government is clearly defined in the Preamble of the United States Consitution. I support a limited government that promotes life, liberty and security.

Jamie is the new generation of leadership for America and Arizona! Jamie is an Arizona Native who was raised by her Great-Grandparents with a foundation in God and Country. She is a Constitutional Conservative who is pro-God, pro-Life, pro-Family, and pro-Constitution! Jamie supports and will defend our United States Constitution and the Arizona Constitution. She understands the importance of America and Arizona first. Her Great-Grandparents taught her the importance of building her life in God, preserving our Constitution and what America stands for, honoring our military, respecting our law enforcement, and working hard to make a difference every day. Jamie learned the importance of working hard and giving back to the community through service. From canned food drives in school to serving as an AmeriCorp volunteer during college, service is a top priority. Jamie worked her way through college and graduate school, attending Paradise Valley Community College, Arizona State University, and the University of Phoenix. My focus was Communication Studies and Public Administration. ?While in college, Jamie worked with children who had special needs including Autism, ADHD, and behavioral struggles. Through an AmeriCorp program, Jamie served homeless and runaway youth and moved into volunteer and program management in a residential treatment center. After completing the AmeriCorp program, she shifted to serving the homeless community in Phoenix where she saw firsthand the impacts of mental health, the foster care system, and government funding. Jamie transitioned into Human Resources at the Department of Public Safety where she witnessed firsthand the importance of integrity in our law enforcement. As her career changed, Jamie expanded her focus into recruiting, benefits management, and leadership. In the last ten years, she has focused on non-profit and organizational leadership and policy development. ?Jamie is married to Mike who is an Air Force Veteran who served over 28 years in law enforcement. Mike was injured during his military service and they have fought for a long time for him to receive the proper treatment and services. They have witnessed firsthand the struggles of proper medical care through the VA. Jamie stands to support our military and veterans. She has faithfully served her community with a dedication to our military, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, and dispatchers. Together with her husband and the community, they have supported the local communities in times of need through donation drives, support during funeral services, and other resources as needed. ?Together they have three kids, two angels, six grandkids, and a service dog. She is fighting for medical freedoms, education choices and parents' rights especially now after watching what has happened in the last few years. Jamie's children and grandchildren are her top care and concern. We must protect our children and their future. We must fight to leave them a country like we had growing up.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I do not support defunding our law enforcement. I believe we can advocate and support both aspects of law enforcement and mental health.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I do not support additional restrictions on gun ownership. I support the 2nd amendment and understand how our Founder Fathers viewed the necessity and importance of the 2nd amendment. I am pro-2nd amendment and will continue to support our rights to gun ownership. I am a gun owner who carries a firearm daily for the protection of my family and myself.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
