Women who have been raped, victim of incest or have medical necessity for an abortion which absent an abortion their life or ability to have children in the future would be at risk or when the baby's life is unsustainable outside of the womb- these are tragedies with horrible decisions that should remain exclusively between women and their doctors, which requires exceptions for taxpayer funding if these victims are unable to afford the medical care they need.

All medications should meet safety standards. Chemical abortion drugs should require no more or no less standards or reporting than other drugs of similar risk. All medical information must comply with HIPPA and remain confidential as to patient identity.

No government has legitimate authority to control people's bodies at a level God does not or undermine God-given freewill. When men's bodies are legislated w/ condoms banned, vasectomy & pull-out method criminalized, rape kits processed within 30 days, child support from conception & ENFORCED, no gender or pregnancy discrimination, equal pay, maternity leave, affordable childcare & foster care are all FIXED, abortion bans won't be needed bc women will freely choose to have plenty of babies.

I am concerned with minors getting abortions or any medical procedure absent parental knowledge, absent investigation as to rape/incest, counseling or services to prevent reoccurrence. I am concerned with repeat abortions by the same woman absent services for rape/trafficking, counseling, contraceptives or support to prevent reoccurrence. I am concerned about abortion doctors focused on profits more than proper care of patients and how remains are handled. I support legislation for reasonable, balanced solutions that protect women's rights while protecting against abuse and SOLUTIONS that address drivers of abortion: rape, poverty, lack of access to contraceptives, lack of reproductive education, counseling, etc.

Support small/ medium businesses/farms, break up monopolies price gouging, STOP Judas Politicians who sell laws to make the 1% richer by making the rest of us poorer. Big business & 1% pay taxes & workers fairly & reduce wage gap.

We need to FIX the education system to be affordable for all w/ controls & accountability. Loan forgiveness is appropriate for civil servants. Schools & their executives that rob or manipulate or issue worthless degrees should be criminally liable & repay every dollar. MUTUAL RESPECT. No one should use religion to deny basic needs like food, housing, medical care or perform government role. I disagree with anyone trying to force religion & equally disagree with anyone trying to destroy a business because they don't want to provide a good or service which violates their moral / religious beliefs & which is not a basic need. Example, a cake, a website. Make the product, consumer puts whatever they want on it or gives business to provider of what they want.

Providers should not require multiple visits solely for profit when services can be performed in 1 visit.

We well prepare our military physically & with weapons. We don't properly prepare our military & their families for the mental / emotional impact of serving in war to mitigate the risk of PTSD in advance & its effects of drug/ alcohol addiction, homelessness, suicide. We also need to improve the culture within military life.

We must have a secure border. The US has many border states & only TX pushing false narratives on migrants. I OPPOSE discrimination & actions causing migrant deaths (see Malachi 3:5, Matthew 25:40 & 45, Hebrews 13:2, Leviticus 19:33-34, Zachariah 7:10, Jeremiah 7:5-7). We need to use technology of drones, motion detector cameras, etc. not waste taxpayer $ on walls cut or climbed over or under. Congress must FIX THE PROCESS, stop abuses, catch/release & chaos allowed for decades. STOP giving migrants benefits US citizens are ineligible for. Migrant #'s should be based on quarterly unemployment rate so workers are admitted when & where our economy needs them & fund Social Security, after applying in their home country with processing within MAX of 1 year, not 10+ years, with work permit in hand with ability to get drivers license immediately at entry.

I support INFORMED school choice that provides transparency & accountability with taxpayer dollars so that any entity receiving funds is operating under equal requirements & standards focused on the kids best interests & protections. I OPPOSE all attempt to re-segregate us, rob or limit children of their education & future earning potential, attempts to dismantle public education for the land & profit of the wealthy at the expense of everyone else. Having a photo ID is a reasonable requirement to validate identity to vote and protect voting integrity.

Extremist take this issue too far. Sports requires fair competition. I am opposed to one marginalized group oppressing/ marginalizing another. We must respect people while having fairness in sports based on weight/ height/ BMI or have a trans category. Have gender neutral bathrooms. Sororities can make their own decisions. Gay/trans are NOT raping or assaulting women & I oppose this false narrative / inference. I'm focused on solving real problems not false rhetoric.

I oppose ANY political party's control / manipulation of SCOTUS. Reform & expansion is needed to reduce delays of justice (continuous panels ruling on urgent cases) establishing renewed trust in the judicial system currently undermined due to MONEY, bias, long delays & immunity with new clear, strong, disclosure & accountability requirements with ENFORCED standards of conduct to include suspension, removal, civil and criminal penalties for all judges up to and including SCOTUS.

Each city needs to balance & manage its police department & community programs responsive to the needs of its residents understanding how poverty, mental health, addiction, recidivism & other factors that PRO-ACTIVE programs can reduce crime, promote peace, justice & well-being. We need SOLUTIONS that are beneficial for citizens & police, increase # of workers contributing to society when possible without compromising safety or the relationship between police & the community they SERVE.

Gun possession should require minimum age, training, license, background & mental health checks, insurance & limits on number & type of weapons & ammunition bought within time frame with differentials like we have with driver licenses (more # / bigger guns more safety requirements) & red flag laws with removal due to threats. Ghost guns should be illegal. There should be requirements for gun storage safety.
