QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Life begins at conception. Life is not ours to take. For this question, we can consider the laws in place for murdering a person outside of the womb. Murder is wrong. We accept the laws around it and allow without judgement, the action of self-defense. Therefore, it is my stance that unless the mother is in direct jeopardy of losing her life by continuing a pregnancy, the mother should take precedence because an in-vitro child saved by allowing the mother to die, is just as unacceptable. However, the current issue I believe that is really being asked is, should abortion be an option as a choice for birth control or other reasons, at any given time during the pregnancy and that, I believe to be abominable. That is murder and should be treated as such.
iVoterGuide Notes:
Candidate notified iVoterGuide.com that her answer should have been, " I firmly believe that life begins at conception and that we should be protecting life in the womb. Arizona has laws in place that allow for extenuating circumstances, including to protect the mother’s life in a life and death situation. Outside of those situations and timeline, it is considered murder. I agree with our Arizona laws as they are written to consider each situation individually."
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Agree
At first glance, this question is a double-edged sword. The civil rights movement was based on individuals and businesses denying serving people of color and even of other religions. HOWEVER, if a business that is acting in good faith and open to the public is being antagonized by an individual forcing them to perform a service or provide a product they disagree with as a business ethic, the business should not be liable of breaking any laws.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Governments should not be able to close churches.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
There's a lot we can do but, on the surface, securing our borders, tightening immigration policies from a vetting perspective and increasing the U.S. intelligence capabilities both domestically and abroad. Furthermore, we need to build partnerships with our allies to strengthen our intelligence and aid in eradicating terrorist threats around the globe.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Disagree
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C - Most closely matches my views.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
After what has happened with forcing vulnerable employees, innocent children and medical or military personnel with the Covid-19 vaccine that is questionable at best and proven lethal to many, a government, school or employer should never be allowed to require vaccines. It needs to be stopped immediately.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
As an Arizonan, I am proponent of implementing a flat tax or eliminating the income tax but keeping and structuring the sales tax as a focus
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would begin with reducing the amount of money that stays at the federal level to employ and maintain their existence and keep more at the state level to more closely benefit the communities of the America taxpayer.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
The most pressing issue in our country is immigration. Chaos ensues at our southern border. We need to position our Immigration system from an economic standpoint, to work to the advantage and best interest of America. It needs to benefit the economy and the public rather than burden the system, the safety of Americans or overextend our social services and weaken our sovereignty as a nation.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Very little restrictions, if any, should be placed on gun ownership. Possibly only age restrictions for the purchase of a handgun but at that, it would require discussion and/or discourse to the pros and cons.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Disagree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The general purpose of our government was set up to protect the individual rights and freedoms of Americans with the protection and enforcement of the rule of law.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am steeped in Arizona history; I understand the needs of my state. I am an America- First conservative, and I would like to represent them as their legislator in the Arizona House of Representatives.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
While I strongly agree that marriage is a God-ordained, sacred union and made legal for social purposes, I believe that even though I do not personally and fundamentally agree with the union of two people of the same sex, it exists. There should be, in our legal system a form of legal union for people of the same sex to create a safety of their assets and commitment to each other from a constitutional standpoint of equality called something else other than "marriage."
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am Christian and a conservative Patriot. I believe the Bible is the living word of God and that Jesus is my Savior. I have a deep appreciation for the history of our country, and I believe it is the flagship for all that the world sees as the symbol of freedom. I also believe that in our purpose on earth to share the gift of Christ's salvation to the world, we should also stand up for truth and freedom, whenever we can and defend it as our honored Constitution declares.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
My platform is based on election integrity because without honest and fair elections, all else is threatened. The laws should clearly exemplify the 10th amendment of putting the power of elections back in the state's hands and should be carried out judicially, as such. There needs to be consequences to federal overreach in our elections. This is the first and foremost change I would make. The other fundamental wholistic change to our elections would be: one day, one vote, ID required and audit transparent. A) The mail-in ballot should only be for military abroad only. Period. I would propose a holiday or systematic process to collect votes on one day, 18-24 hour designated collection period and count the next day to determine the winner. This is imperative that it not be prolonged. B) The effort of others diligently working to create a watermarked currency grade ballot would ensure a safer accountability of the "one vote." C) The law in our state is currently being passed for ID required. I would support any and all legislation that would secure this law. D) Just as any business and individua is subject to being audited, we need to have traceability of authenticity in our voting system. Legislators need to protect the right to audit our elections. I would create or support any legislation not currently in session that would protect or enforce this process. Finally, having personally witnessed and testified to the gross mismanagement and blatant efforts of deceit this past election, I would like to use my skillsets in Organizational behavior to make organizational changes to the election ballot counting process itself from the time it is cast to who and how it is collected, counted, and stored for audit purposes. As it stands, this process across the United States is outdated and fundamentally flawed. We need to protect America's elections as a sacred right to the freedom it represents not only to our citizens but to the world. Our laws need to reflect the seriousness of it.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, racism itself, is not a threat to our domestic security. However, the looming narrative of racism within our education system and our national media, are cultivating a growing threat to the mindset of our American society.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Answer: A
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
