QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
Only if it serves the expressed wishes of the affected person.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
An emergency situation may present a mother and her doctor with making such a difficult decision. Even then, we may not know all of God's miracles. As a mother, I would prefer to die than take the life of my child. Every child should have a chance to be a gift onto the world.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
I do not believe in taking from others which rightfully has been earned by them. I do believe in supporting members of our community to get back on their feet and become a self-supported and productive member of our society. We already have many organizations, programs and churches that provide for our community in need.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
My husband and I worked hard to save for our children's education and our retirement. We never lived outside of our means. If we can do it, so can our government leaders for the sake of our sovereign country.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
This is not my area of expertise as I rely on my husband's sound judgment in this area. However, it is too cumbersome of a system and should be simplified. I also believe taxpayers should get an option on what services their hard earned money supports.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I sacrificed my career and over a million dollars in retirement because I firmly believe in my right to protect the temple of God, my body.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
The relationship must remain separate.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under no circumstances should anyone be forced to do anything against their will. No government, school, organization, employer (public or private), etc. has the right to require any medical procedure(s).
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
No one should be forced to accept and pay for healthcare insurance (Affordable Care Act) if they do not want it. I believe Medicare and Medicaid are programs that provide for those who cannot afford reasonable healthcare. But, those programs should not be allowed to require any type of healthcare not wanted by the patient. Also, patient's request for healthcare should not be unnecessarily denied by these programs nor by insurance companies. Much work needs to be done in healthcare to return rights and power to patients.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
The US needs to focus on our own country's welfare. Many times when the US intervenes it is not based on another country's sovereignty, but rather what we can gain from it (i.e. natural resources). Therefore, we should only intervene when absolutely necessary to prevent war.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
No one can give a clear cut answer to this area of historical and religious significance. I think most folks would agree that everyone (Jews, Christians, Arabs and others) should be able to live and practice their religion peaceably. The area of Israel, the West Bank, Gaza Strip and Jerusalem has been a cultually diverse and rich land since before Jesus and will remain so.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The US government and corporations have been outsourcing our labor, intellectual property, resources and productivity to China for far too long and now we are dependent on China, hence the CCP. We need to support manufacturing in the US through incentives that make it fiscally beneficial for corporations to reinvest in America.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We need to stop providing the means by which terrorists turn weapons we provided to be turned back on us. As stated before, we need to mind our own business. I have also started to question the narrative of Islamic terrorism that our government has given us. Islamic terrorism was used as a means for the passing of the Patriot Act which is not being used for its intended purpose.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
We need to promote legal immigration. In the meantime, the federal government needs to support every southern state in defending our boarders.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
People who want to better themselves by becoming functioning citizens of the United States. Our vast wealth of people from around the world with diverse cultures and ethnicities are what make our country great.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
I do not talk of or impose my heterosexual way of life on others. So, I do not want to know about your preferences, orientation, gender, etc. If however, your personal desires negatively affect the overall well-being of our community, especially children, then we will need to address the problem.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
I will not tolerate any divisive teachings that only serve to undermine our children and country.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian. I love my fellow brothers and sisters in Alaska, America and around the world regardless of your religion or background. We are stronger together.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
Election integrity is just as important as ensuring citizens hold a valid driver's license.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Do the laws need to be changed or are we not following the law as it stands now?
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Unless you are talking about current day slavery (forced labor, sex trafficking, etc.), there is no way to accomplish this. There is no way to pay back the deceased for their service.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
There is only one race...the human race. Racism, as it is characterized today, is only a tool to divide and conquer our great nation. We are all blessed to be made in God's image, embrace your beauty.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Neutral
I support all means of energy independence as long as it can be achieved responsibly. I am only concerned about the negative impacts of fracking such as water pollution and strata destabilization.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
We do not need stricter laws. We just need to ensure that companies are held accountable when those laws are broken or accidents happen (i.e. oil spill). Citizens are required to have car insurance. Perhaps there is a way companies can set funds aside to cover expenses and environmental restoration in case of an accident.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
I was born in Hazleton, PA. I lived in Weatherly and Freeland, PA. After I graduated Freeland High School, I joined and served in the United States Air Force from June 1990 through December 1999 with an honorable discharge. I continued public service in the FAA as an air traffic controller from February 2001 through March 2022. The FAA removed me from federal service for non-compliance with religious and medical tyranny. I was to retire in July 2022. My husband supported my decision to stand up for my rights. I am teaching my children the value of standing up for one's self and others. I have never been more proud of myself. My husband and I will continue to serve our family, friends and community to the best of our ability. I hope this answers the question. I am available for further clarification if needed.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am an introvert, but when pushed I stand up for what is right. I come to the rescue of others before I would for myself. My father worked in a coal foundry to provide for us. He died when I was young which left me to defend myself and younger sister. I grew up in poverty and suffered various forms of abuse. Despite this, I am grateful for God teaching me humility. I know that if you want a different life you can make it happen in America. I will not back down or quit for our rights as Americans. I want to continue to serve the public. Therefore, I hope you consider me worthy of your vote. I love you for you are made in God's image. I hope you remind others of the same. Forget me not.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
We need to support our police. Police are necessary to protect and serve us by maintaining order. Being a police officer should not exonerate one from following the law.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
We should ensure the police have the funds necessary to protect the community. We should also make sure funds are available to provide a decent salary for officers.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
We already have enough laws, probably more so than needed, to protect the public. Law abiding citizens follow the laws, criminals do not. Besides, the second amendment is not in place for hunting purposes. It is in place to ensure we can defend our republic against all enemies, foreign and domestic, lest we forget.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Disagree
Unless due to a malfunction or negligence, gun manufacturers and dealers should not be sued for the actions of criminals. People who kill others, regardless of the weapon used, should be prosecuted for their crimes.
