QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I belief if a woman is raped or a victim of incest that an abortion should be a choice. I also believe that if a woman could not carry to term that should be a family decision not a government position. I know a little guy that would not have been carried to term but his family decided to work hard and he survived and so did his mom.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

Tax payers should not be expected to pay for something they do not support. I am sure the donations that are received by these organizations could easily cover what they are doing.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Agree

I do believe that quality of life out weighs quantity of life in some cases. Just to help some one or to euthanize someone because they are going through a rough time is not christian or moral.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Taxes should be collected for the most basics of what the government is intended to do. I believe that a consumption tax would be the most effective way of covering these things. Infrastructure, Military/ Militia, and all that the constitution has allowed for. As for Colorado I would like to abolish personal income taxes and permanently lower property taxes for all.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Way too many to put into a paragraph. The frivolous spending on social issues promoting our government as a champion of helping those who can't help themselves. We should focus on raising people to their potential and getting them back to work and earning what they deserve instead of giving them a hand out. This would not only balance the budget but also bring in more revenue in taxes.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

There should be grants and scholarships. A fully funded extended education should not be a tax payer burden. If you choose to continue a higher education the burden of paying for it is on the person who seeks it. This would more than likely bring down the cost of a college degree.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

This obviously goes against the first amendment. I remember as a kid the signs hung in most bushiness "We have the right to refuse service to anyone".

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Absolutely None! Religious freedom is a cornerstone of the founding of this country.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

I would have to go with C. Just because I do not want to see anyone suffer because they have no access. But if done correctly we could go to free market system, and make health care affordable for all.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None, Mandates are tyranny in my mind. I get the vaccinations my self but that was my choice. I do and will not force my will on to other people. "My body my Choice"

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Close the borders and finish building the wall. That would be a good start. Implement a Israeli type of security at our ports of entry and quit negotiating with "Bad Actors" on the world stage.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

Israel is very accommodating to Arabs and other people that don't want to kill them. The Palestinians have proven that they do not want peace. I wish for solution for this problem but when one side is working on a peaceful solution and the other keeps lobbing missiles. There has to be a common ground somewhere. Without them giving up their national sovereignty.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Instead of hiring 87 thousand IRS agents and arming them to the teeth. We need to put that money towards the Boarder patrol and the wall. Also give ICE their teeth back. Rescind "sanctuary city " Status and bring back getting the violent "non-documented" immigrants either in jail, or extradited back to their own countries.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Justified refugees and any one that wants to be legally. Those that have a reason due to oppression from their government.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Why do we pigeon hole our children into what the administrative branch of schools get to pick what is right for our children. I am a parent and in retrospect I would have asked my wife to home school our children.Or taken a loan to put them in private school of my choice.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

If our founding fathers did not believe in these values this country would not have survived this long. It is time to bring these values back.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Choose not to answer

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Neutral

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

I have had my own children tell me I am a racist just because of my name. I have been told that just because I grew up around white people I am a racist. CRT needs to be abolished and the real teachings of DR. Martin Luther King need to be fundamentally instilled in all people. Along with the Christ's teachings.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I also believe the ten commandments should be followed. I value life and my and your freedom to be who you are. I also believe that if I can I will spread the message of Christ.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Anyone can get a photo ID.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Get rid of mail in voting but keep absentee voting. Review all voting machines 3-6 months before and after elections. Do a diagnostic on all vote counting machines at least on month before early voting. Make sure there are at least one polling judge from every party that wants to be involved at all polling places. Keep all counting and voting machines off of internet connection. Limit early voting by 10 days prior to election day.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes, racism is a threat because it is being pushed by certain politicians and the media. They have manipulated Martin Luther King I Have dream speech into something corrupt and misguiding. they take anything they can out of context to suit their needs. I know when they see my answers to this they will demonize me an make sure it is taken out of context to make me look like the devil incarnate.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Disagree

Slavery was a horrific and should never be legal. The Civil War was won by the north and slavery was abolished after being legal in the sovereign USA after 80 years. Slavery is still existing out of the USA. Instead of punishing those that did not enslave people and the the majority that do not have ancestors that did not enslave people. Let us go after those still trying to enslave people.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. Just like FDR's "New Deal" the "New green Deal" is designed to kill the middle class and the lower class. We are all ready seeing the effects. Higher energy prices, Gas is out outrageous, Inflation out of control, and the stock market is taking hits like 1929. We need to take our state back to a place where it is possible to get us back on track of building a rel economy not a manufactured economy.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

It really is the safest and most economically way of extracting the life blood of this world. Without oil and gas and natural gas this world is not going to survive. You will not have most everything in the future. No plastics no rubber no lubricants a whole bunch of gathering in a field and praying for your meal.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To uphold the Constitution, protect our borders. Our government needs to stay out of our personal lives.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Family and country first. I want our state and country back to real morals and values.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I have none publicaly

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am just a guy that is fed up. I want to get rid of the stifeling laws that are killing the middle class and lower class. Everything that has been passed in the last few years federally and state is killing any freedom we had. It is now time to Make Colorado Colorado Again. We need to get back to our values and morals again.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

i am sorry but you are not above the law. weather you are police or not. Investigate and verify. If they guilty of a crime the face due process just like any one else. On the other hand the media should not make it into a public mockery of the judicial system.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

I am all for getting people mental health help. I know we can take it from other places. We could also use those resources to train law enforcement for the mental health issues.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Mental health. There is no good way of answering this. Not everyone needs or deserves a gun. But bad guys will get their guns legally or not. Good people will be responsible. There is no good answer to this question. "Redd Flag Laws" Need to be gone

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

Like hillary Clinton it is not their intention for bad will.
