1. Saving the state of Washington's North Cascade watershed from human 'sprawl'. Why? It seems to be the right thing to do... 2. Finding a scientific solution for recycling plastic. Why? The world's oceans are clogged with it. Plastic is killing the sea life that feeds over 90% of the world's human population. Plastic is the number 1 cause of global warming. 3. Reducing China's coal consumption. Why? My decks are covered with coal dust. It's not the wind that brings it here. Fact is, the planet is turning at a speed of 1000 miles per hour that puts us in Washington over China's filthy discharge within 10 hours of a day, every day. finding a

I've always believed in a woman's right to choose. Why? The Republican right-wing has always opposed abortion, but does basically nothing to ensure that child has a decent life once it arrives.
