QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

To save the life of the mother

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Simplify the tax code so most people can file their taxes themselves.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

First, you have to be able to read and understand the budget to see what we really need and what we don't. Budgets are very complicated and that's by design. The billions of dollars that was a surplus in this current budget, should have been returned to the taxpayers not used for more projects.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

No circumstance

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None. There are vaccines that are tried and true that have been used for decades for school requirement. However, religious exemptions should always be allowed. Businesses and other entities should never be required to implement vaccine requirements.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Understand that we are hated by most of the world. We should always be looking for informants that can infiltrate these organizations. We have to protect them and stand by them. They are our eyes and ears and the only way we know in advance where and when to take military action.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We have to know who is coming into our country and if they can provide a service or need and not allow them to be a drain on our social services. For now, we should close the border, find and vet them properly in order to identify who is here.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Children are guaranteed a right to education. It's the parent's responsibility to see their child is educated in the way they feel is in their child's best interest. I believe the money associated with that right to education moves with the child at the parent's behest.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Agree

Though personally I believe in marriage as between a man and a woman, I also know that the SCOTUS did alter this definition and now it is the law of the land.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Teaching children to hate and judge each other because of the color of their skin is reprehensible.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was raised in the Episcopal faith to believe in God and my fellow man. I try to live each day doing the best that I can and try doing at least one good deed daily.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

You need Identification in most everything you do, voting should be no different.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Vote on day of election if possible, mail in ballots should require more security, eliminate drop boxes (if not, video surveillance is required), eliminate voting machines, watermarks in our ballot stock, automatic audit when the election is close.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No, America is the least racist country in the world. However, the threat of being called a racist is real and being used to divide us.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A - We're seeing it now with this administration shutting down our oil and gas industry subsequently putting Americans out of work.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

We are the cleanest in the world on how we extract our fossil fuels. America should be leading the way in this industry.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To provide safety and security to Americans from foreign invaders and to secure liberty.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Standforhealth.com

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am a former police officer who will defend our great police, not defund! I am a Arizona First patriot and will put the needs of my district first. I will listen to everyone in my district and will be a voice for all. I will work to address the homeless crisis that is affecting our city and work on getting drugs off our streets and work on supporting our great local businesses so they can thrive and provide much needed jobs in our communities. I will be a legislator who will actually show up on day one and do my job for the people of my district and for all Arizona!

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

Being a police officer is very tough and often thankless job. They do not need the added pressure of possibly being prosecuted for simply "doing their job". We need to support our police and not demonize or threaten them with endless litigation.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Mental health and community programs are important and should have more funding, but not to the detriment of our police departments. We need more officers on the street; more presence on the street equals less street crime.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

No restrictions. There are laws in place already.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
