The biggest problems with our current tax code thats really hurting the middle class and average earning Americans is that a dollar of income can face up to four layers of taxation when we file: 1) it’s taxed when you earn it and pay an income tax; 2) it’s taxed when a business you invest in earns a profit and pays a business income tax; 3) it’s taxed when you realize returns to investment and pay taxes on capital gains and dividends; and 4) it’s taxed when you pass away or give it as a gift through estate and gift taxes. Our tax code/reform should be pro- business so they can grow and be competitive in the market especially our Small and medium size businesses. We need to eliminate double taxation in its many forms.

WHY I AM RUNNING! As the son of a teacher, I learned early on the value of hard work and respecting other people. As a Business Leader, I understand the importance of creating good-paying jobs. And for the past 20 years, I have dedicated myself to working with non-profit organization to better our community, especially those who can’t speak and fight for themselves. #AdriaticoforHD28 What I Believe! Our STRENGTH is still our PEOPLE and the DIVERSITY at our CORE. I truly believe, we are stronger and safer when America brings the world together and leads it with principle and purpose. We should strengthen our alliances and not weaken them through the power of development, transparency, and diplomacy. Our country and economy are stronger when people thrive and when we help one another. I have always advocated for equal opportunity and rights for all and will continue to do so. This election is beyond the position I am running for. This is all About US coming together unified… ONE Community….ONE Country. Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

However, No one, as in no one should be above the law. We are a country of laws and everyone should follow them accordingly and no one should be immune especially if they over reached and abused their powers entrusted to them.
