RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should be allowed at any circumstances that is decided by the pregnant woman or the parents or guardians of the underage or mentally disable pregnant woman especially if the pregnancy will caused life threatening issues or it occurred due to incest or rape.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
The reason why I disagree because abortion is a medical procedure performed on woman who is either unable to proceed the process of becoming a mother due to their circumstances in their lives that could affect the delivery and the upbringing of the unborn.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
I strongly disagree because any patient who is in extreme pain do not want to live at that moment and their motivation to not live is just at that moment. The patient's mind would not be stable enough to decide whether or not they want to end of their life. It could change when there are pain medications and treatment administered to them.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
The tax code should be modified based on the nature of the overall economy. In other words, if our nation is facing inflation, the tax should not prohibit any individuals, small businesses, associations or corporations from performing and operating their daily tasks, and exceeding a source of income, revenue, or tangible asset like property that will deviate them from gaining their worth or value.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
In order to reduce the government spending, there needs to be a spending cap on the established government officials who used the funds to serve their personal interests.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Agree
I strongly agree because it will continue to open doors for financial resources and programs for the students to grasp and utilize throughout the their academic journey to achieve their career goals.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Neutral
Individuals and businesses have to be aware that the services they provide to consumers should not be rendered and delivered based on their ideology and religious beliefs. This type of action is considered act of discrimination. However, if an individual disagree with their employer on certain issues that violates their religious beliefs and refuse to proceed their task, the employer should respect the individuals beliefs in not completing the task to avoid the act of religion discrimination.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Government should close churches only if there is any criminal activity that causes negative and destructive impact on the lives of both the members and those who are within that community.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it because most individuals cannot afford private healthcare options and for those who are able to have private healthcare options, they should have the right to have it.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Vaccinations should be required at public entities if their is a life threatening communicable disease spreads in the air. However, if an individual does not vaccinate because they are exercising their rights they should not punish yet they should be isolated or secluded from a populated area to prevent any transmission of disease they would affect the individual or those who are at these public entities.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
United States should remain resilient yet cautious on who enters the borders of the countries with their CIA and FBI agency as well as border patrols that have the proper resources to screen anyone who enters the United States.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Agree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Agree
The border should be secured by reconstructed elevated concrete wall similar to the Great Wall in China yet stations with proper equipment that would be easier for the border patrol manage the traffic between US and Texas or California or New Mexico. Also, at the locations, there should be more federal buildings and living areas for the immigrants to be processed into the US system.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone without extensive criminal background who wants to live a better life.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Disagree
Values should not only be limited to one faith because it eliminates and violates the freedom of religion for others who are not Christian.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Agree

As a person who believes in a powerful source, spirit and energy that created all of us and every substance upon this earth, it is my duty to serve my purpose as a public servant that will advocate for ALL PEOPLE to have a Voice and receive JUSTICE, EQUALITY, FREEDOM and RESPECT. yet I believe that we should hold those accountable for their actions that create division and destruction upon any individual's life. Also, I believe if we are able to accept our differences while working together. we are able to move forward in unity and gain more progress as a Nation.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Agree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I will diversified all the polling locations with all political parties at the same locations which includes the poll workers. Also, there would be more polling locations and at the locations it will remain open until the last voter cast their vote. Then, the mailing vote would be accounted for during the election as well as a mobile or curbside polling for those who are ill or disable.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes. It is a threat to our security because too many times we have seen law enforcement taken the lives of innocent black women or men and not being punish. So, this causes the community to have distrust with law enforcement and loose respect for them. Then you have white nationalist or supremacy that works in law enforcement and other public agencies who have committed crimes that victimize the race.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Disagree
Reparations should be given to ALL who were oppressed and contribute to the economy and foundation of this society.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Stricter environment laws and requlations are worth the cost because it will eliminate and prevent constiuents from suffering through both mental, financial and educational health.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Officers should be held accountable for their actions just like civilians because no one is above the law.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The age limit should be 21, universal background check and psychological testing should be administered as well as the gun safety test. Once the individual pass the tests and background they should receive a license to carry. Also, military weapons should not be in the hands of the civilians. Now, if the civilians have those weapons they should have the items in a secured and secluded area on their property.
