QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

Abortion rights are a state, not federal issue. The federal legislature lacks jurisdiction to fund these services. Pro-life taxpayers should not be required to fund services which they believe to be immoral and unethical. Planned Parenthood claim they use these funds for non-abortion services, but the fact is federal funds find their way back to the pro-abortion lobbies. The federal government should not be involved in funding providers who include abortion services.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Neutral

This is a state, not federal issue. I personally oppose assisted suicide and euthanasia. I would oppose any federal support on this issue.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

With modern technology and advanced medical procedures which virtually eliminate any threat to the life of the mother, I cannot think of a situation in which abortion should be allowed, excepting rape or incest. Again, this is an issue that constitutionally is reserved to the state legislatures where the government is locally accountable to the voters.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

A free market is the vehicle in order to improve the income and happiness of the working classes. The federal government has a role in restricting the corporate monopolization of our free markets, in which the billionaire class has a clear advantage over the working citizens.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

The national debit is at the heart of inflation and will result in punitive inflation and high interest rates. Congress is responsible for controlling the budget.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

High tax rates should be lowered or cut on corporations. Corporations are not people, do not enjoy an income, and should not benefit from taxes. Unfortunately Congress and the states apply heavy taxes to corporations which in turn are used to benefit select companies and organizations in the form of grants and government funding. This is wasteful spending. Companies which provide jobs generate revenues for state and federal agencies. A lower tax base will result in higher government revenues.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

This First Amendment Right should be the priority consideration in any legislative action or court proceeding.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Moral and Religious beliefs come first. A consumer cannot expect a vendor to offer a service which the vendor does not offer based on beliefs. State legislatures have recently passed unconstitutional laws requiring certain actions on the part of vendors. These must be nullified by the courts.

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

The State cannot promote any particular religion, or force any religious beliefs on citizens or their children. Funding of social services which benefit the community and are secular in nature do not cross this line. Other than secular social services, there should be no relationship between the church and the state.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Under NO circumstances. This is an issue of parental control, not the state.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

I think B is the option most in line with the public. Medicare should remain in place as is with private options, and government funded/manage healthcare should be available as a safetynet to those who do not have access to private health services coverage.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C is the best response. America needs to be a world leader in modernization, technology, military strength, and economy. When threatened with war or invasion, Americans have always preferred to take the fight to our enemies on foreign soil. Right now we are being invaded by MILLIONS of foreign nationals at the border, impacting our economy, our culture, and endangering our lives. We must protect our own soil first before we can help others (or do both).

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

The purpose of BDS is simply to disarm and destroy Israel. Israel has done a good job of extending citizen rights and privileges to the Palestinian community.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The Chinese people are hard working, moral, and outstanding examples of good citizenship around the world. The problem is the Chinese Communist Party. Their state goal is to DOMINATE the United States. I believe the CCP has promoted much of the moral corruption, advancement of crime, and intellectual property theft that we experience now.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Our federal agencies do no adequately recognize Islamic terrorism in America. Our corrupt FBI and Department of Homeland Security should begin tracking and investigating foreign terrorist units instead of trying to eradicate the rights of our own patriotic citizens.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Finish the wall, return violators to Mexico where they came across, and make refugee claimants wait in Mexico or in their own country; restore our CBP and ICE to full strength to enforce the law.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Any person of any nationality should be permitted to emigrate to America if they can demonstrate a higher level of education which will contribute to our nation's social structure, who are loyal to our government and our way of life, and who will not use or rely on welfare services. However there should be origin restrictions because the U.S. should not be importing the "best and the brightest" from other countries when we are depleting their own human resources.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Everyone should have equal rights. There should be NO protected classes.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is a fraud that was propagated by the Soviets as early as the 1950's. It has been revived in our schools and institutions with the support of Communist Chinese Party and the wealthy elite who intend to disrupt our national unity and destroy our nation.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I became a born-again Christian when I was 12 years old, and was baptised when I was 20. I have been a member of the Church my entire life. I have a close relationship with God and He has guided me in my decision to run for Congress.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Voter identification must be required at the point in which the ballot is submitted to the election official. Otherwise a 100% wide open window of opportunity for voter fraud is availed. Anybody can obtain photo ID and anyone who is serious about voting must have it.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Mail in ballots must be banned by law except in cases where an absentee ballot is allowed. The USPS is NOT a certified election official, and there is no verifiable chain of custody of the ballot. Anyone can "stuff the ballot box" by mail. Corporations must not be allowed to pay election officials to work in election offices. Drop boxes should only be available in locations that are manned by certified staff and in which voter ID is presented or included in the ballot package. Finally, a unique code which, if necessary to prove or disprove fraud, must be printed on both the ballot and the envelop. Electronic voting systems must be maintained by the states, and not by the manufacturing companies, their agents, or their service providers.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations is an outrageous proposal. No race has discriminated against another race on the basis of skin color. As an American, my forefathers shed their blood, their property, and their livelihood to free slaves. I am not demanding reparations. The idea of American Exceptionalism is to extend the opportunity of freedom to all. The concept of reparations is another deceptive idea pressed upon our youth in colleges by the CCP and their cohort masters of deceipt.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racialism--not racism, is the real threat. Racialism is the concept of making "all things race". It is designed to disunify, to make Americans hate Americans, and to destroy our institutions. "White Supremely" is practically non-existent in our country. Jesus said to love our brother even as He has loved us. We are not expect turn over our property rights. The real threat is the subversive lies about who we are which are being pushed on our college campuses.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

My views can be found online on the Republican Party Network at https://www.republicanpartynetwork.com.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

NO.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am an America First candidate. I believe we must DEFEND OUR FREEDOM as the highest priority. I support trade and public services unions, however the corrupt union leadership must be banned from infiltrating Washington D.C.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

Qualified Immunity is a state issue. I think the liability should lie with the municipality or agency, not on the individual police, however qualified immunity cannot be used to exonerate police from malice or gross negligence. The federal government should not be involved in this issue.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Better pay and training is needed for police.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. The problem is with killers, not with guns.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Disagree

The problem is a social issue, not a manufacturing issue.
