Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
No circumstance, except to save the life of the mother in a verified, life threatening, medical emergency, in which case it's not an abortion, it’s saving the life that you can.

ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Taxation should be decreased across the board. There should be a one page tax code reflecting the fair tax concept that does not tax or penalize savings or investment; capital gains and state income taxes should be abolished across the board, as well as every other regressive tax that gives more power to unelected, deep state, government bureaucrats like the IRS and limits individual liberty.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
All government spending including dollars we spend giving wealthy NATO members, U.S. taxpayer subsidized, military aide. We can then decrease aggregate military spending while simultaneously increasing domestic defense military funding and tactical readiness if we force NATO members to pay their agreed upon 4% of GDP, rather than filling the funding gaps made by our NATO partners failing to pay their fair share.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
D. Americans should have the choice to fully fund free market healthcare solutions with tax free HSA accounts or any other tax free option that will be both CHEAPER and provide SUPERIOR care than inefficient government alternatives. There are no government programs that are more efficient than their free market alternatives, why would healthcare be any different?
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under no circumstances should vaccines be required. ALL who require medical procedures under current law should be held liable in public proceedings for any and all damages incurred from the required procedure(s).
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Secure the southern border with a wall and military units on all of our borders. Halt unnecessary and costly involvement in foreign wars including Syria and Ukraine, increase military spending for domestic defense while dramatically curtailing international operations that do nothing to promote American security. Stop all immigration from the top national exporters of terror. End the Patriot Act and restore the Bill of Rights to all legal U.S. citizens.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Temporary moratorium on all immigration until the southern border is secured and a significant portion of illegals are deported. American does not have the infrastructure to intake the entire 3rd world, in part because of the political establishment's mismanagement of American infrastructure.

I am a born again Christian that delayed going to traditional college until after attending and completing a 2 year Bible College program at Rhema. I believe in the risen Christ and that every word of the Bible is God inspired in accordance with 2 Timothy 3:16. The Bible is the foundation of all truth, including scientific and empirical truths as Sir Isaac Newton observed when discovering infinitesimal calculus and defining the laws physics.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I would author a law preventing the use of any Dominion voting machines in the state of Oklahoma. I would also author legislation punishing voter fraud far more severely as well as the act of ballot harvesting.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Anti-white racism that is the bedrock of modern anti-American Marxist groups, yes. In my observation as a black man, racism against minorities had almost vanished before the inauguration of Barrack Hussein Obama and his racist administration, including Resident Biden that voted for the racist, Democrat Party authored crime bill of 1994 and praised former KKK leaders as political inspirations. Modern Democrat progressives seek to divide and conquer the nation through class, racial, and gender division--in the past Dems had their sights on minorities as the target of discrimination, now they have their eyes set on white Christian conservatives to attack and dehumanize for political gain at the cost of the national unity we so desperately need. America First conservatives such as myself will unify America under God, with the common purpose of American exceptionalism and a shared American national identity.

A. Pollution decreased at a faster rate in the decade preceding the creation of the EPA than in the decade after the establishment of the Environmental Protection Agency. The free market and American ingenuity can provide answers to some of the toughest questions if not muzzled by government intervention. Government programs and interventions are almost never efficient or effective.

I am a Constitutional Conservative and have scored more conservatively than any currently elected Oklahoman state or federal official in the 2018 Wagoner County Candidate Survey, and have scored similarly on every survey taken in 2022. I have a proven track record of ONLY supporting the most constitutionally conservative candidates in every Oklahoman primary election for over a decade. I have volunteered on campaigns to end abortion dating back over a decade ago.

I will vigorously push an America First legislative agenda authoring legislation to: 1) Fight inflation, federal government overreach, state and local government overreach 2) End illegal immigration and deport illegals 3) Fight government corruption and election fraud 4) Restore our Constitutional rights especially the heavily eroded Bill of Rights 5) Lower taxes 6) Lower regulation 7) End CRT 8) Restore Parental Consent 9) Use 10th Amendment state authority, negating unconstitutional federal policy in Oklahoma
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Public servants should face the same legal ramifications for their actions as private citizens, if it's right for an organization to undertake an action, it should be right for an individual as well. Service is not occupying a status higher than those whom you serve. Our Oklahoman law enforcement are highly professional and can handle the responsibility that comes with the great powers afforded to them by the state. I oppose legalized insider trading among public officials for the same reason.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
