The tax code should be streamlined or simplified. I support more audits for fraud, waste and abuse.

Recent and current audits conducted by the state auditor have exposed waste and fraud in many areas of government spending. We must continue to audit and take action on these results, to be responsible for the taxpayer's money.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

I believe it should be left up to parents and individuals to decide what vaccinations they choose.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We should boycott countries/companies that sponsor or safe harbor terrorism. We should work to build relationships with allies to achieve success.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

I support legal immigration. We should provide more support to enable those wanting to enter legally (vetted) and provide a path to become tax paying, law abiding visitors and citizenship as the law would apply in that circumstance. Persecuted Christians should be given higher priority to make up for failures of the previous Obama administration. Our boarders should be secured to prevent illegal entry.

Very First, I am a Christian. I was raised Pentecostal Holliness/Assembly of God. My wife was raised First Babtist. Through our 28 years of marriage, we have been members of Assembly of God churches and Henderson Hills First Baptist, currently where I served as a deacon for 10 years. I am far from perfect but work each day to become more like Him. 2nd is my family, only to Christ. My wife and I have raised 4 kids and gained a son-in-law. We lead them in the best Christian example we can, through an example of hard work and respecting others. They also drive and support me to do things bigger than I could have imagined. After family comes work and community service. I believe it takes hard work to achieve goals, and that work provides for everything we love doing. I understand the value of my faith, team leaders and mentors helping influence my decision making. Ultimately, the buck stops with me. I fight for what I believe while treating others with respect, as I would want to be treated myself.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
There should be a national requirement for voter ID to be shown to vote. The voting rolls should automatically remove the voter upon death. Absentee registration and voting should have a vetting period prior to being counted.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I think we would still have domestic security issues, even without racism. Racism is not systemic, but if we are living out our biblical principles in loving our neighbor as ourselves, we help combat the individual instances that do occur.

What do you think is the general purpose of government?
I think the purpose of government is expressed in the preamble to the Constitution. "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, Insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity...." is our guide to the general purpose of government. Aside from this, government should get out of the way of the people, to allow us to enjoy Liberty, at its best.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am a deeply committed Christian, husband and father. Aside from my businesses, I am passionate about our communities and have served in many ways to do all I can to make our state better. Through my areas of service to the community, I have worked with others to achieve goals, while fighting to protect my core values. I work to treat others with respect as I would want to be treated. In business, I formed teams that report to me to give me sound advise in areas they have “boots on the ground”. I want the same for district 28. The families of the district are my “boots on the ground” and will always have me ear. Not dark money or special interest groups that work to buy legislators. I have told special interest groups “I am not for sale”. I will not take PAC funds. The agendas of Joe Biden are hurting our Oklahoma families and businesses. I will work to put a stop to their reach in our state affairs and help support our energy sector to put “Oklahoma First” and lead the charge to energy independence.
