RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

In rare situations where the mothers life is in jeopardy.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Complete defunding of such groups.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

God is the author and creator of life and thus these things should be left to the Lord rather than mans undependable and changing wisdom and opinions.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Would like to eliminate the income tax.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

All subsides and programs that are not expressly outlined as duties of the state and federal government in the respective constitutions.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Believe in personal liberty given by God with all of the inalienable rights.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Never.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Believe in personal responsibility and accountability. I most closely align with D, but understand transitioning to this may not be able to be done abruptly but incrementally. I believe charities should be supported and are to help those who cannot help themselves. I believe RETURNING to quality care requires this space to be returned to free market principles. That hospitals begin operating for profit where the person receiving the service is their biggest customer not the Federal Government. This restores the incentive for quality care. Supply and demand begin to properly regulate this space. Not a failing system where socialist functions are used to redistribute the burden of everyone, free of any individual responsibility and inflating pricing while lowering quality of care.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Never; I believe that government and schools are an easy never. In regards to business, I do think that the business owners right to run their business the way they want needs to be respected and protected; however unfortunately through the incorrect over reach of government the line between a private business and a public business has become very blurred. Regulations/red tape, licensing, by the government now have put the so called private business in a position where they are being forced to pass down the government's bidding to their employees. This facist takeover of parts of our economy by government over reach demand that a persons individual liberty be the ultimate first position priority. When the founders intended to equally protect the individual and the property or business owners rights the environment was different. If you owned a feed store I believe you should be able to run it however you want. If someone doesn't like it they have the right to quit and work for a different feed store, or start their own. As a consumer you can shop at that feed store or shop at a different one, or open your own. Therefore the free market would regulate this space effectively and the business owners rights dont have to be trampled on. However in todays environment in so many sectors the government controls the entire space. For example healthcare workers cant really go start their own hospital (rarely). And if they do they still have to impose things that meet the licensing and regulation of the federal government. So the choice for people employed in this space, well there is really no choice. It wasn't suppose to ever be like this. Ultimately things such as uniform or conduct requirements or even the mask mandate which I despise should be the choice of the business owner; they have rights too. But I have to draw the line on anything invasive into one's own body. No one trumps the individual liberty given by God over their own bodies regulation. I am also very sensitive to people saying "it's the business owners choice" when the business is only asking this because of the over reach of the government forcing/pressuring them into asking this of their employees. I will always stand on the side of individual liberty.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

We have a duty to share the good news with others, that regardless of one's own religion, the principles that make this nation great come from the foundational truth found in the Christian Bible. Freedom, Liberty, meritocracy, opportunity, brotherly love, self government, personal responsibility, charity, are all foundational to what makes this nation the greatest nation on earth. We have to continue to uphold those things here and not stray from where this mysterious truth that contradicts human nature came from. The truth that best allows us to coexist and be united as a people. We have to keep being that shining city on a hill that when someone compares their worldview like those of a Islamic terrorist to the Christian Worldview they can continue to see which one is obviously better; for those sincerely seeking truth and answers. We do have to keep our military strong and ready to defend and should continue methods and efforts to identify these threats before they happen without compromising the individual liberty and constitutional rights of our citizens.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

We must be a nation of laws and to enforce this we have to have a border. This is foundational to the unity of this nation, the dependability of our voting system, and the success of our people.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

There should be a requirement of assimilation that allows people to come here because they believe in what this nation stands for and want to be a contribution to it continued success, unity, and opportunity. It should be controlled based on need and room within our nation for more people. The improvement of one's personal situation cannot be in first position alone. First position has to be are they a contribution to America, her tenets, ideals, and systems. This is one nation under God, it cannot be filled with differing worldviews that create tribalism and groups of people that hate this country.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Believe free market principles need to be returned to in all sectors of life. The parent not the federal government is who should be the number one customer of the schools. What's being taught, how it's being taught, should all be held into account by the parent. Teachers wages shouldn't have a floor or a ceiling but be be on the basis of their merit. Competition needs to be promoted in these spaces and the product will begin to improve for our children.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is dangerous, erroneous, and should be completely rejected.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a God fearing believer in Jesus Christ. I believe that sin and evil are the enemy and not people. I believe we are all sinners and thus flawed people in need of saving and changing. I the Bible is the absolute and perfect word of God. I believe that it alone contains the ideas, principles, and morals that best allow a people to co-exist. I believe in living it and not just speaking it. I believe that it should be taught and promoted in all areas of life. I do not believe that it should be forced on anyone as to their own decision making to follow Jesus. However, I believe that this nation is a nation of believers in Him and is great because of His truths in which the people collectively adopted and implemented in this country. I believe that truth should be taught, promoted, and not hidden anywhere in this nation. I believe this is the key to keeping America the greatest nation on earth.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I am for anything that promotes transparency and the ability to hold the outcome accountable. Return to paper ballots, voter id, are all things that I am strongly for looking at implementing in our voting methods.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I believe sin is the biggest threat to domestic security for the United States and for all people for that matter. Judgement and ignorance is part of the human nature. If it wasn't about color it would be about something else. Tall people against short people. It's just ignorance and sin manifesting a spirit contrary to love and kindness taught and promoted in Gods word.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A - I am for free market regulation of these things not government over reach through laws and regulation.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

I agree, but am curious to learn more on this and if it poses a real threat to the public or their property. Learning anything on such matters can be difficult because everyone is putting forth data that fits their agenda. I pray for real discernment in these such spaces.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To protect people's rights and enable them to pursue their own interests. National and domestic defense.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

N/A

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

NO

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

Outlawing of abortion. Securing of the integrity of our voting practices. Reducing government over reach. School choice and the educational opportunity for our children. Balanced budget. Improving our local roads and highways. Protecting individual liberty from tyranny. Supporting law enforcement and fire departments paired with accountability. Reduction of taxes/ elimination of income tax.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Common sense measures surrounding limiting access to criminal or mental health related individuals. I do not believe that guns are the problem. I believe that making laws to regulate this space only impact law abiding citizens. Therefore I am for dealing with this issue through focusing on education, supporting the family unit, and focusing on the worldview of the individual promoting values and morals consistent with the Bible.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
