QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Agree
Only in severe medical cases where the patient requests such ends to their own suffering.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Did not answer
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Taxes, except for sales tax, should be abolished. Taxation is theft. Our govt is stealing money we work for and spending it everywhere but on actual American citizens and the things we need. They are “spending” money we don’t have. The federal govt needs to be stopped from sending any money overseas and money that is spent in America needs to be spent on helping our veterans, our elderly, our homeless population, and our own infrastructure.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
We are founded on religious freedom. If someone doesn’t agree with the beliefs of another, they cannot be forced to serve them. No one is entitled to another person’s labor.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
Separation of church and state only applies as a law. Our legislators cannot write into law a national religion. Local/state communities have different sub-cultures and are constitutionally allowed to put up religious symbols in govt areas or say prayers in public schools. They are not forcing the religion on anyone. As long as they continue not to force any religions on anyone, then localities should be allowed to practice as they see fit given their sub-cultures.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Medicare should remain. Besides that, we need to work on stopping insurance companies from driving rises in costs. They need to be held liable when they look for reasons not to cover things that are part of member policies and for all other practices that financially hurt people. We need to move back towards a cash based healthcare system. This would bring costs down and be more affordable for people. We often see this already, as many procedures cost less for those without insurance than they do for those who have it. We also need to remember healthcare is a service industry. We serve the public and love to help people, but as with any service, no one has an inherent right to another person’s skills or labor. With that said, healthcare should not be govt funded/“free.”
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C. Unless our own sovereignty is in danger or that of a current ally who has proven support of the United States (financially, technological, etc), then we need to stay out of other conflicts. We need to mostly stop international participation for 10-20 years and focus on our own people, our own infrastructure, and excising the cancer from our own government.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We can start by expelling Ilhan Omar from Congress and imprisoning her for immigration fraud. She has terrorist ties and she is in Congress! Then we can finish our wall and stop illegal immigration, including birthright citizenship! Those on watchlists need to be watched and any known associates entering our country need to be kept up with. If we acted on the intelligence we have on these people, we would have no need to go to their countries. They could all be kept out of ours or stopped before they could do anything here. We need to hold our own agencies accountable for not acting on such intelligence they almost always have.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
We need to finish the wall, make sure there are motion sensor cameras all along it with seismic sensors under for potential tunneling and increase our ICE agents by at least 50%!
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone who does so legally, through proper means, and who does not have a criminal past. Those with high level skill sets or legitimate reasons to fear their own government should get top priority.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Where does it stop? Gender identities are fantasy. And if a Christian baker doesn’t want to hire someone lgbtq because of his own religious beliefs, he shouldn’t have to fear retribution from the govt.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
We must stop CRT (and it’s variants that schools use to hide the fact they’re teaching crt) in all schools! Taxpayers should not be funding public schools that indoctrinate our children to hate traditional values and teaches them they’re either oppressed or are oppressors, both of which are blatantly false!
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God and His Son Jesus Christ. That Jesus died on a cross for the sins of the world. I also believe in free will and understand that many do not share my beliefs. We do not have to agree on lifestyles in order to be friendly. You don’t have to accept my beliefs just as I don’t have to accept yours. We all need to live and let live.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Voter ID should be mandatory everywhere.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Incentivize states to allow independent audits of every election and to use only paper ballots with hand counts! States have authority over their own elections, so most must be fixed at state levels, but offering to give states a few million extra each year could get them to agree to these two practices which would fix 90% or more of our election issues!
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
No person alive in the United States has ever owned slaves or has been a slave. The past is the past and we will never move forward as long as anyone believes they’re entitled to something because of something that happened to someone else a long time ago!
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. Democrats and the media are a threat to national security by constantly trying to create the perception that race is a problem when they themselves are the biggest s racists on the face of the planet.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. We need to restart the Keystone XL pipeline and open up domestic drilling for oil. We have the resources to be energy independent for a very long time, we need to use them.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
My podcast is Free America: Fight for 1776, I have spoken often on many of my stances there.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
1. Legislation to ban the use of executive orders. This would prevent future tyranny like we’ve seen over COVID the last 2 years. 2. Legislation to incentivize states to ban machines in elections and to allow independent audits of every election. 3. Legislation to ban the teaching of CRT, SEL, and any personal ideologies to children in public schools. Also, to ban the discussion of any sexualities to children up to 7th grade. 4. Legislation requiring 2/3s of state legislatures to approve every dime the federal legislature attempts to send out of the United States. We must stop sending away money and then using Social Security as an emergency fund at the end of each year!
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
All officers should be required to have body cams and anytime an officer if found to trample rights, they should lose that immunity. I’m for protecting them against harassment etc as qualified immunity was intended, however I think they should also be held to higher standard and worse penalties if they are found to be doing something wrong.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
People convicted of violent offenses should not be allowed to own guns.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
I used to go tubing on the lake with my uncle who used his boat to violently throw me off the tube. Occasionally, I was injured, but I never considered suing the boat manufacturer. How people use an inanimate object falls back on the user, not the maker of the inanimate object. I find the argument to be able to sue gun manufacturers as absurd as saying a man can identify as a woman.
