This is a personal issue that the government should probably stay out of. But in IMHO I think it should be an option for inmates in prisons with life sentences. or who are dying or in pain. And in our society it’s not difficult for a person who wants to die to do so painlessly without help from the government. America is a Capitalist Country. I believe in equality, and a fair share of equal tax. We need to simplify tax code and tax a % of income after taking into consideration the write offs and expenses. Our Nations Founding Fathers had a strong religious belief and our Country was founded under God. The Courts have already removed God and religion from government with separation of Church and State, and I believe it is one of the reasons our Country is headed in the wrong direction morally and ethically. Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Like the experimental COVID Vaccine made by companies with sketchy backgrounds that is causing real harm in some people? The US federal government needs to stop playing GOD in the lab and using gain of function to manipulate viruses. All vaccines should be mercury and harmful chemical free. Vaccines are good when they are proven to have almost no side effects and don’t alter the DNA, and the threat of a contagion or virus is real. Vaccines like the Polio and others have allowed humankind to irradiate them. I’m no Doctor, but I did get the COVID with no vaccine and I’m glad I survived. Like many I have friends who didn’t. The COVID vaccine like the masks and social distancing should have been optional. Americans were harmed by WA DC scare tactics and this thing was way overblown. Our economy is struggling to recover because of it. We could have done a lot better while respecting Individual choice and liberty.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Get rid of the DOMINION voting machines that are hooked up to the internet. Purge the voter roles of dead and non current registered voters. Eliminate the Rank Choice Voting. Require Voter ID to vote. Voting in person unless overseas or unable to get to a voting station.

I’ve never ran for a political office before, so there isn’t anything. I have been very vocal in anti-government issues when the US federal government overreaches it’s Constitutional limitations. I have participated in peaceful demonstrations at the Bucket Brigade in Klamath Falls Oregon, I went to Standing Rock to protest, I went to Burns Oregon in support of the Hammonds who were treated very unfairly by the US federal government. In the future if I am close to any peaceful assemblies protesting US federal government overreach in issues I believe in you can count me in because I will be there as an American Citizen and human being.

I believe our Statehood Act was not entirely Constitutional and our Bill of Rights are off limits to the US federal government outside of their Military bases and ports, Court houses and Post offices. WA DC has become Americas biggest problem. There are a few ways to fix it like a Convention of States, the Courts, within Congress like I am trying to do here, and State nullification short of succession. All of the Western States with their NoT Constitutional Statehood agreements have been “captured” by the US federal government and are in fact States in “waiting” When the US federal government ended up with more than 10 square miles of lands and waters that Shall be used for enumerated purposes outlined in Article 1. Section 8. Clause 17. At Statehood it basically stole the new States Sovereignty. The Federal Reserve is not federal but owned by a cabal/ cartel of families and is way overdue for an audit, including our supposed debt to them. Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

While most all of our State and Federal LEOs are awesome, there are some who are not. Qualified immunity protections is sometimes abused by LEOs acting under the color of law while not following the Rule of Law. In certain circumstances I believe they should be held accountable for their actions, and not protected by qualified immunity.

I think America needs to fund our Police Departments, and help with mental health and community programs. The few bad apples should not be allowed to ruin it for everybody else. We need Police when we call 911, the whole defunding the blue is absurd. Qualified immunity protections is sometimes abused by LEOs acting under the color of law while not following the Rule of Law. In certain circumstances I believe they should be held accountable for their actions, and not protected by qualified immunity.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

I think America needs to fund our Police Departments, and help with mental health and community programs. The few bad apples should not be allowed to ruin it for everybody else. We need Police when we call 911, the whole defunding the blue is absurd. Support your local law enforcement, and give them thanks when it is appropriate, they put their lives on the line for us everyday.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Our natural right to defend ourselves, our families and friends, our community, our State and Country are not given to us by our 2nd Amendment. Our Articles of Amendments commonly called our Civil Rights or Bill of Rights are restrictive clauses against the US federal government. Read the pre-amble to our Bill of Rights, it right there. All US federal government laws outside of their military bases and ports, Court houses and Post offices are NOT Constitutional. Our 14th Amendment applied the same protections towards the State. If you are not a fellow, and want to carry a firearm, please get some practice from a professional first, and take some classes. Never touch firearms when you have been drinking or under medication. When not using them keep them is a safe place away from children.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

This is absurd, can I sue the car manufacturer because a drunk driver in their car crashed in to me? NO.
