QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Never. IF for some medical reason a baby MUST be removed prematurely then every medically possible procedure should be taken to save the lives of the child and mother.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Planned Parenthood has millions of dollars to operate with, they do not need taxpayers' funds. The very words "Planned Parenthood" is misleading to people to think they are receiving guidance for planning a family, but it is a future family with the death of children as its foundation.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

No matter what guidelines are set today to prevent abuse of this method of death, people will push euthanasia beyond common sense and the law. Look at abortion, first it was only to save the life of the mother, then is case of rape and incest, now it is even allowed after birth, murder has no boundaries.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

There are several options that would make it fairer to the people. First is to do away with personal income tax. Second, we must realize if we keep the personal income tax as the main source of revenue, then all must contribute, we cannot have half of society using taxpayer resources and giving nothing back.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

The Legislature of Colorado is bound by the state constitution to balance its budget. I would fight to protect that amendment. While in the legislature I hold those that wish to violate this amendment accountable.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Never. Tuition costs should be a formula directly tied to the value of the degree, the career field sought, the likely hood of employment within a geographical region, and the starting salary. The degree cost should not exceed a reasonable percentage the student could earn in four years. If the college has a job placement program that guarantees employment or if the number of real positions is high, the tuition cost could be higher.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

An individual or businesses never has to partake in another's immorality and foolishness. The simple test here, is someone or a business being forced to partake-in in another's' plans, foolishness, and immorality. To partake-in means that I have to use my skills, my resources, my thoughts, or to physically help, or acknowledge another's deeds and actions as good, thus making their actions my actions, their thoughts my thoughts.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None. As long as the Constitution of the United States is enforced as written there is no justifiable reason to close a church. But let those who understand the church is people not buildings. If a gunman or terrorist group occupy a church building, then let the police perform their lawful duties by entering the building. But to harass, threaten or attack the people for their religious beliefs is not lawful under the constitution.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Like Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare were never meant to be the final solution. Social Security was sold to the public as a supplemental to a private retirement account, not to be the retirement account. Medicaid and Medicare were never set up to be, nor funded to be Univeral Healthcare, nor can these programs become Univeral Healthcare. If every penny of taxpayer funds were given to Univeral Healthcare and nothing for Social Security, Schools, Roads, the Military, and the like, this nation could not fully fund Univeral Healthcare. There is not enough money, and there are too many people. We cannot buy eternal life with health insurance, everyone will die. At beginning of the pandemic there was serious steps taken by hospitals and States to limit lifesaving treatments, who would get the ventilators, organ transplants, who would get to see a doctor. People perished while their loved ones were not allowed to be with them. In other words, death lists were established, maybe not written down but certainly practiced. If there was only Univeral Healthcare available there would be death lists, who gets the lifesaving operation, who gets the rare expensive medicine, who gets the vaccination when the supply is short. Look how the CDC handled the COVID-19 pandemic, do you think they can handle twenty times that number of sick people? Univeral Healthcare would be overrun by cold and flu cases alone. There are more sick people today needing simple medical treatment in this nation today than those that died of COVID-19. Most will never see a doctor or nurse. What can be done today? Train more doctors and nurses. Let doctors go back to having control of their local practices instead of letting Insurance companies demand they prescribe high-cost drugs. Help doctors bring down the cost of the office visit, by letting people pay cash. Stop the high cost of liability insurance by keeping reasonable awards. Let doctors and nurses set their own rates for office visits and home care. Take a few lessons from the history of the local doctor visit. For now, I think the best solution is private healthcare options supplemented by Medicaid and Medicare.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

It never should be a condition of employment or school attendance. In the event a person refuses a vaccine, their only punishment should be the natural outcome of not getting the vaccine, sickness or death for themselves. Private employers should never have the authority to compel employees to violate their religious belief or to inject a substance into their bodies. Not even the government has this authority. Example, the mentality ill are not compelled to take their medication, nor are they kept in confinement. Employers cannot just fire someone with a sickness or handicap, so why should the government or employers have this power over our lives?

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Take a lesson from history, use the Islamic beliefs against the individual terrorist when they are encountered or captured. Put the terrorist in a situation that he/she cannot act without violating their own beliefs.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

I do not believe the statement above is the true goals of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement. The real goals of the Arab nations have not changed with regard to Nation of Israel. The goal is and always will be to destroy Israel. Israel will stand by God's powerful hand. The United States has always understood that God protects Israel. Now there are those among us who would gladly seek Israel and the United States destruction, that must never be allowed to happen.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

The wall has already proven that only with a physical barrier can you hope to control the flow of people. The people are going around the new wall not over it. Some are digging under the wall but that can be detected and controlled.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Only those who come legally should be allowed to migrate to the U.S. I am not so concern what circumstances they are leaving from, but what circumstances they will find here and live under. Homelessness and crime have increased under this administration policies. Illegal migration is a major player in human trafficing and drugs by organized crime syndicates and China. Immigration must be controlled. New immigrates should add to the economy, not be placed on Welfare, Medicare and Medicaid. New immigrates should pay Local taxes and fees, State Taxes, Social Security, and Federal Income Taxes, before sending money back to their country of origin. There should be more guess worker programs. Guess Workers should have a written fixed exit date to when they must return to their country of origin. Employers should collect an extra percentage of taxes and fees to cover the cost of administrating the guest worker programs and the INS. Employers should not be able discriminate against U.S. workers to hire cheaper labors. Immigrates must obey the laws of the nation and where they live. Unlawful actions should bring deportation. If a crime is committed and a jail or prison sentence is awarded against an immigrate, then they must serve their sentence before deportation. If a person is truly escaping with their life, there should be some means to help them. But the current administration is allowing this kindness to be abused with the millions of illegal immigrates crossing our borders falsely claiming refugee status. Our schools and hospitals are overrun. Thousands are homeless and hundreds are dying in the rivers and deserts. As a caring nation we must stop the flow of human trafficking or there will be much more misery and death to lay at the feet of the current administration. I do not know all the answers to the border crisis and to immigration, but the first and easiest thing to do is secure the boarder by completing the wall. In the Legislature we must work to hold those who do not respect our laws accountable. The legislature should work to make cooperation with federal agencies easier. The current legislature is making that communication harder. This has led to a deficit in federal leadership in our state to solve these very important issues.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

Parents are the key to the children's education. Regardless which parents choose private or public schools they do not give up their rights as parents to oversee what is being taught to their children. Teachers are not a final authority in children's lives. Children do not belong to the school or to the State School board. Many schools are indoctrinating children into sexual promiscuity. Schools have destroyed moral values and replaced them with gender identity.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Our Founding Fathers made this very point. It is no less true today than it was then. However, the World has rejected the Word of God as their ruling authority, and we must ever be vigilant to be the salt in our representative government to counter the worldly influence that destroys all that is moral and good. We must counter the culture attack in schools and higher education, law enforcement and courts. We cannot shut our eyes what the radical left is doing to our nation through Socialism.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I want to stop the idea of specially protected classes in our laws. By the very nature of the idea of protected classes you divide and subject people to unfair and unequal status. Specially protected classes will destroy the very concept of equal protection under the law. Specially protected class laws are unconstitutional.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

Worldly people will always try to defy the Word of God. We must recognize that we fight a spiritual battle and worldly powers. We must elect Godly men and women to governmental positions at all levels, from school boards to the Office of the President. Our public-school boards were taken over generations ago by the Radial Left and they wasted no time in demoralizing generations of children into believing there is no God and thus marriage can be anything you wish. Now we reap the whirlwind.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

The socialist always destroy institutions with falsehoods and rewritten history. The goal is to get people to turn away from the truth and insert the socialist leaders as the answer to all things wrong in the world. They must first create the wrong and then blame the previous leaders and institutions as the cause of all things wrong. They do this by NOT teaching real history and moral values. After they create chaos is in the streets, they step in as Supreme Dictators and Saviors.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that the Bible is the complete Word of God to man. I believe that God created the earth, and He created man in His image as male and female. Sin came into the world by Adam and all mankind died spiritually. The Son of God came to save the world, by His death on the cross, his burial, and resurrection form grave. We come to Christ personally and we are saved by grace through faith along and not by any works we might perform. By the law no flesh will be justified. There is no other name by which we may be saved. God created the earth and the Universe in six twenty-four-hour days, and He rested on the seventh day. I believe there can be no reconciliation between the teaching of the Word of God and Evalution. The fossil records point to a young earth, not millions of years.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

People need to prove who they are with photo IDs. This is not a burden to people. People use photo IDs in schools, social services and many other areas of day-to-day business. Elections cannot be secure if you do not know who is voting. Photo IDs help to prevent voter fraud.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Photo IDs required with proof of voter registration and address 30 days prior to the election. All voter rolls to expire after a presidential election and be preserved and made available to the public 24 hours in local, state, and presidential elections. Every voter must re-register to vote after every presidential election and 30 days before the next presidential election. Old voter rolls should not be used for presidential elections.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

God created man in His own Image, male and female. God did not create racism, man did. Racism is the cancer of the soul and heart of mankind. Racism is based on anger and hate, in fact, a racist can be identified by their hatred and anger. There is one other great identifier of a racist, they are obsessed with racism. The racist thinks only in terms of hate and anger other people that look different or has a different belief. There has been a great effort in the last two decades to blame everything in American History as being rooted in racism. If a large group of people across the nation become persuaded that they have been wronged by racism and they have a cause to die for, then that could become a domestic threat.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Those seeking reparations are not going to be satisfied with any amount of compensation. When do reparations stop, and to whom do we give them? In the state legislature I will fight to ensure that reparations, on a statewide level, are not adopted.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

I am closer to A, because when you objectively examine radical environmentalist's goals, it is to destroy the fossil fuel industry and to take it over by the government. You can also see that those pushing for tighter regulations are only targeting energy production in the United States and other Western Nations, while turning a blind eye to the environment in the rest of the world, where there is no real effort to fight pollution or to clean up water ways or the ocean. We need laws and regulations that protect the environment, but not shut down the energy industry.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Fracking not only increases oil and gas production, but it also saves the environment, there are fewer wells needed and it has some of the cleanest production in the world.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Historically, the purpose of government is protection and peace. Protection from those who take and destroy form the people. The destroyer might be from outside or from with-in. The destroyer takes away the opportunity of the people to thrive. The destroyer oppresses the people. The destroyer has no regard for the suffering of others and enjoys causing others to fail. The destroyer envisions a world after his own image to have dominion over all others. In the destroyer's world there is no room for the prosperity of others, there is no peace. The individual either blows to the destroyer or is consumed under his wrath. The destroyer dictates his will upon all, there is no hope, people dare not dream of a future. A good government opposes the destroyer. A good government allows the people's dreams to blossom in the gardens of prosperity. Government is to ensured peace and safety for all people equally. Government is never to become God. Government is never to be allowed to become the destroyer of people. Government does not own anything; the people own the Government. Employees of the government are employees of the people, with very limited authority and powers to carry out the will of the people. Employees of the government are not the government; the people are the government though their elected representative. As the people see fit to add to laws and regulations it is they that dictate to their representative what the new laws and regulations shall be, not the representative telling the people.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I prefer to define myself. I believe God rules in Heaven and own earth, and that includes The United States. Frail human that I am, by God's grace I will follow what is moral in my decisions.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

This is my first-time seeking office. This questioner and a few others from other groups, is my introduction.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I intend to oppose socialism and its various ugly heads how ever so labeled. I will take the battle as it comes my way. I also want to prevent any further attempts to force any one to wear masks, receive vaccines, or shutter their business. I want to see that every person harmed by poor Covid-19 polices be rehired or fully compensated. That those who imposed school shutdowns, hospitals that refused treatments and allowed people to suffer and die in isolation are held accountable. I want schools to teach the real history of this nation and not the revised socialist indoctrination of gender identification. I will push for the proper training and equipment for law enforcement. I will push that DAs uphold the laws and criminals held accountable and removed from our communities. I want college and universities tuitions tied to the degree and the real value of the degree to be determined by the real availability of jobs for those careers. I want taxes applied where the voters approved the taxes for: roads should be better maintained. It has become obvious that the side effects of the Covid shots are causing heart problems in people.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I worked twenty-five years in the Denver Sheriff Department, officers must be free to act in accordance with department polices and able to defend their own life and the life of others. Without qualified immunity law officers cannot carry out their duties without fear of making a mistake. No other career field is held to the high standards as Law enforcement is held. Qualified immunity allows for the removal of bad officers, while protecting the good officer carrying out his duties.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Mental health and community programs need their own funding separate from law enforcement. Those who cut law enforcement to fund mental health are disingenuous. Mental health of the people on the street is very costly and worth it, but people would rather have holiday parades. Officials would rather take trips around the world and across the nation for conferences. Funding is a matter of priority.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. What is really needed is that everybody respects the life of others and obey the law. People cannot reasonably depend on the police to arrive on the scene to stop a gun or knife attack. All people of legal age and underage have the right to self-defense and need not have to justify carrying any weapon. Parents and Gardens should teach and train their children survival tactics. There is no age that a person is free from harm and death.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

The thought is stupid. If my car hits your house, you do not sue the car manufacture, you sue me. I buy a brick and throw it through you window, you don't hold the hardware store responsible for selling me the brick. We should call out people who hold this position for their ignorance and arrogance.
