QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Rape, incest/molestation, or fatal threat to mother.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I oppose support of such organization.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
I respect a patient's right to die, however, I am also aware of the scheme played by medical insurance in denying patient's continued care for a terminal illness.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
NV had an embarrassing tax hike several years ago that was never challenged; I'd like to see this repealed.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Programs like Build Back Better is a total fail. Also, the marijuana money that was to go toward our schools; nowhere to be found. Spending less will always be better than taxing more. Any deficits are due to more money management and the current people in power.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
Having the public fund college education can have undesirable outcomes. College also isn't for everyone; many desire going into the service or seek to enter the Trades.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Neutral
I believe in free market and the freedom of choice. If a business owner desires the money flow, he will provide the service and keep his opinions/beliefs to himself. If a business transaction would place a business owner in moral or spiritual conflict with himself, he can choose not to associate his business with it. If a customer is not feeling welcomed at a business, he has the right to seek another business.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None. The right to practice Religion, gather and worship, however one's faith entails, is protected by our Constitution. Whether during war time or peace time, an outbreak, an endemic, or pandemic- if people wish to gather and pray, they have the right to do so. There is a reason I protested on Easter 2020; I was in the fight early on with boots on the ground. It was wrong that fast food places, liquor stores, and marijuana dispensaries were open, but churches were not. I fought for Religious Rights to be upheld. The current Governor was then sued for shutting down churches and he ended up paying a pretty penny for impeding on Religious Freedoms. The reason why churches wee open by December 2020, is because a brave Pastor stepped up and enlisted the help of two brave Attorneys (Joey Gilbert, Gubernatorial candidate and Sigal Chattah, Attorney General candidate). If Nevadans enjoyed mass on Christmas eve or the like, they were able to do so because of three people who stood up to the Governor's unconstitutional Emergency Orders.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C; Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. Government-run, universal healthcare would be a terrible idea and choice must always be available.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None; under the guise of public safety or true public safety, there shall always be freedom of choice. Parental Rights must be protected; only they get to decide what goes in their child's bodies because we do not have Government-owned children, nor do parents co-parent with the Government. Medical and Religious Exemptions shall be upheld in its entirety and without being scrutinized. Voluntary consent and Informed consent is essential. Any type of coercion, threat or force, eliminates consent. All persons have the right to decline pharmaceuticals because bodily autonomy is both an inalienable and fundamental right. I do not oppose voluntary participation in the medical system; I oppose force. For other people to assess the risk of others and force involuntary participation, is a direct threat to liberty.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We have a current border crisis that urgently needs to be stopped. The border is unsecured and is of equal critical threat. Funding and manpower must be in place for preventative measures to include thorough screenings and background checks, and immediate deportation of persons found to have entered illegally, falsely, or with ill-intent. We are a nation of laws and it is in place to protect Americans and American economy, as long as the powers that be, follows it.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
I support Israel as a sovereign state and valuable democratic ally, and recognize her right to exist and defend herself.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
It seems common sense, but unfortunately, many still don't understand. Put it this way, I don't allow just anyone in my home; I have re-enforced doors for every entry/exit point, a secure wall around the perimeter, alarm systems, flood lights, guard dogs, and guns, which protects my family from unwelcomed, unwanted, questionable/undesirable guests. Should one enter my home uninvited, he will find a severe consequence. Now for the bigger picture, the same goes for border; finish the wall.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
The lure of America is her freedoms. As a first generation Filipina-American, it's why my parents came. For those who seek a better life, in the land of opportunities, then we should pave a pathway for people to come the correct way according to the laws of this land.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
I absolutely support vouchers: have the money follow the student, allow parents to choose & let schools compete. As a mom of 5, I advocate for school choice/parental choice. My kids were in Private School, during the decade I was a teacher in the private sector. When I changed careers to Law Enforcement, they went to Public School. When politicians played Covid games, my kids enjoyed mask-free Home Schooling. Parents rights must be protected & zero government intrusion into Homeschool rights.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
Christianity is the foundation of our Constitution; if people studied the document, they'd find the Bible was referred to countless times, as the framework for which it was built. There are certain timeless truths, given to us by God, which is protected under this document. The Constitution was written based on the nature of man, recognizing there is good & evil, truth & lies, and some things worth dying for, just as Jesus did. It was written to restrain government & give power to the people.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Gender is a defined by physiological traits, not by one that someone emotionally or mentally "identifies" with. Do you really want 19 year old males using the same restroom as your 5 year old daughter? Let's stop opening unfavorable doors to radical left ideologies.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Agree
Holy matrimony is defined as above.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Agree
CRT has Nazi-ties and the money has been traced to profit. CRT should be immediately banned, funding cut to any school that implements it, and children shall never be indoctrinated to hate themselves.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I'm a Constitutionalist Conservative who has been actively fighting for civil liberties and against government overreach which impedes on citizen's rights.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Absolutely disagree; valid identification and signature verification must be in place for election integrity.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
States such as Arizona and Georgia recently tightened up their elections to ensure its security. We need to require Voter ID, stop the DMV from automatic intrusion, ban Dominion machines, return to hand-counted paper ballots, tighten absentee mail ballots to legitimate and proven need, allow even ratio of parties for applicants of poll watchers and poll workers, and assign one volunteer attorney to be present at each site. Though not legally required, voting is a sacred duty to many; too many feel their voices were not heard and their votes didn't count. We must restore citizens' faith in our election systems by securing it the way other States have modeled.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, there are powers that be who continue to keep the narrative going for the purpose of civil unrest.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Agree
The government has and should continue to recognize wrong doing and restore loss to mend the people it affected.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
B) I support protection of wildlife and protected lands and want building in those areas, limited.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Choose not to answer
I would need to educate myself on this by consulting experts in the field to make an educated choice. I do know we have our own natural resources which we should focus on being independent with.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
Uphold the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It is given temporary power from the people and should be revoked when it abuses.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Civil liberties, freedoms, protect children, jobs, America first.
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
Refer to social media and public testimonies given at Legislature, School Board meetings, etc. since prior to 2020.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No, or I would not have been able to become a teacher or Officer.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Medical mandates, Education, and Crime- are my top priorities. These arenas also happen to be my specialties.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Neutral
Cases must be reviewed by a board.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
Defunding the police would not serve the public safety well.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None; 2A must be upheld for law abiding citizens. Criminals don't follow regulations.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
That makes as much sense as suing Ford for the accidents people get into while driving the product.
