QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
If the mothers life is at risk
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
We should have a flat tax. Our tax codes are way too complicated, and made to confuse. The tax code should be greatly simplified.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
There is a lot of waste and red tape that costs a lot of money in our budgets. This is way too complicated of an issue to discuss without going line item by line item and reducing wasteful spending. I dont think its about wholly reducing a category, but rather the line items within each category. For example, there are people on school boards that are getting paid way too much money for the type of work they are doing. If someone is getting paid $250,000 a year for a job that traditionally pays $150,000 a year, I would look to reduce such costs. There are many such examples throughout the multiple budgets controlled by the government.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Neutral

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
It should be up to the choice of individuals and or businesses.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Under no circumstances. These rights are protected by our constitution.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I would answer either C (or D), but that must go hand in hand with a most favored nations type program, so health care providers cannot over charge for care or drugs.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under NO circumstances
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Within our borders, we must do everything possible to eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism. In terms of eradicating Islamic terrorism across the world, I do not think it is our job to police the rest of the world, and we simply do not have the budget to do so. If we were in different times in terms of our deficit, my answer would be different, but currently, our country is in a great deal of debt and can no longer afford to police the rest of the world.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
This is a difficult question as allowing Arab-Palestinians citizenship would change the nature of Israel. I believe it is more prudent to support a Palestinian state, while preserving the Jewish character of Israel. Two nations living side by side will allow Israel to retain it's Jewish character, while allowing a Palestinian state to retain its Arab-Palestinian character. Trying to combine the two, I believe, will lead to more issues and more conflict.

IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Through the proper channels, just as my family did a generation ago.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Neutral
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Neutral
iVoterGuide Notes:
Candidate notified iVoterGuide.com that his answer should have been, "Strongly agree."
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Voter ID is a must. Auditing our voter rolls is a must, and in fact, I believe it would be more cost effective to erase our voter rolls, and have people reregister every 2 to 4 years. In a state like Nevada, which has a transient element, this is the only way to insure that we have clean voter rolls. Those who are underprivileged should be allowed to register at public libraries or computer stations set up by the government, so nobody falls through the cracks.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I do not believe that racism is a major issue. It is blown grossly out of proportion by a politically motivated mainstream news media.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I would like to 1 - Stop Voter Fraud, 2 - Restore our constitutional rights, 3 - Reform family law, 4 - Rebuild small business and bring new industries into our state and 5 - Power back to parents (in regards to what they learn in schools beyond the basic curriculum).
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
In full transparency, I need to do more research about this topic of departmental policy, but generally speaking, I do not think it is wise to allow prosecution of police if they are doing their job correctly, and not abusing their power.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
I need to do more research on this topic, but generally speaking, I do not think it is wise to take the already limited funds from the police, to allocate it elsewhere. I do think mental health programs are important, but I do not think that they should come from the police budget.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I do not support restrictions on gun ownership other than background checks to make sure that mentally unstable people dont get guns. I do not support red flag laws as they are currently written or suggested, as they lack due process and dont take into consideration false accusations.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
