RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
For late term abortions, only if it is absolutely medically necessary for specific medical conditions as decided by the OBGYN/medical team necessitating an abortion to save the life of the mother.
Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?
Abortion is a states rights issue, however we must have a federal abortion ban on late term abortion. I support the Mexico City Policy.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion." I argue that 'government created religions' like Global Warming/Climate Change or DEI have taken root with religious fervor and the establishment clause has been cast asunder to ensure policies and legislation are biased heavily. I quote John Adams, "our Constitution was made for a moral and religious people." Data will determine most of my decisions, faith will be the tiebreaker in its absence.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
I am against U.S. intervention & to be embroiled in forever wars. For example, we have egged on a war in Ukraine, to have ultimately no strategic value and have effectively created a quagmire which has strengthened the CCP-Russo alliance and has bolstered BRICs. My belief is in a well thought out B+C which can fight the OBOR initiative of the CCP, and maintain the American Hegemony - but mostly D, we have to fix our issues at home. Our number one export cannot be war and regime change.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The CCP under Xi Xin Ping is a terrorist organization against the USA and its the existential threat towards Western Civilization. We must immediately start decoupling from the CCP - from manufacturing, to protecting our grid to our cybersecurity network, to preventing intellectual theft (so far in excess of $1.5Tn), to cultural destabilization to literal invasion from the Southern border, we have a tiger at our gates and we must act immediately - my plans will stymie the OBOR initiative.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Isarel must exist. It is the de-facto partner for the USA and its our greatest ally. If Israel falls, our influence on the world is gone and radical Islamic terror will consume the Middle East and the CCP will be able to fully realize the New Silk Road. I have written a white paper about the creation of a tri-lateral partnership between Israel-India-USA to create an alternative to BRICs and to halt the CCP and radical Islamic Terror.
What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?
DEI and Marxism - all the way to the top of the leadership. "Woke" agendas have no place in a fighting force. Mark Milley claiming "white rage" is the most pressing matter in the military and overtly bragging that he called his CCP counterpart and promised a warning if Pres. Trump initiated a first strike is indicative that the DoD and JCS needs a thorough overhaul and oversight from Congress immediately. Recruitment will go up with pride in our country not pride for woke agendas.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
The military and employers who require travel to areas where communicable disease are proven preventable from non-experimental vaccination. It is no business of an employer to ask vaccination status. COVID vaccines should NEVER be mandatory.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Choice A is insanity - hard no. I don't believe the answer is as reductive as the remaining 3 choices. We need better private healthcare, but we won't have that until we have transparency. With millions of illegal aliens straining the healthcare sytem to the limit, where VA healthcare is now being used, no fix will be tenable. Additionally we need American manufacturing of medication and medical supplies as well as restructuring of pharmacy "clearinghouses" before we can adopt any view.
ECONOMY
What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?
Eliminate taxes like capital gains, inheritance, income, estate, social security etc. We need to get rid of the IRS. Additionally we must increase American manufacturing for good paying jobs & lower interest rates so Americans can purchase homes.
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.
Strongly Agree
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
A nation without borders cannot exist. A wall is necessary and absolutely sealing our borders for six months is necessary - no new immigrants from anywhere, no asylum, no visas. We must start enforcing our immigration laws and start deporting illegal immigrants who have committed a crime immediately. We must swiftly process and determine who deserves asylum status and deport those who do not qualify. For DACA, I propose a voluntary military service as a pathway for citizenship.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Asylum should be rare and for those truly escaping religious, societal, or political persecution. Asylum should NOT be granted for 'climate change' as the current policy defines it. The fact that illegal immigrants are labelled as refugees/asylees before Afghanis who translated for US forces and were being killed by the Taliban makes me absoluty appalled. Immigration should be for legal immigrants who want the American Dream and love our country - or temporary visas for work or for tourism.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
We spend $1.5Tn a year and we are 24th, 36th and 38th respectively in literacy, mathematics and sciences. The US DOE's job can be done by the DOJ for judicial/ethical issues, the Treasury for Pell Grants/loans and Special Needs can be transferred to HHS.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Strongly Disagree
Our district has cities which do not have enough funds to hire officers needed. We must have a well funded police force so we can have law and order.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The 2nd amendment is absolute and inalienable - it is the reason the other amendments exist. It is unconstitutional to restrict the 2nd amendment.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The purpose of a federal government is to ensure we have a border, national defense, to follow the constitution, to ensure free trade exists between the states, to ensure our currency grows in value, to ensure our benefitting interests of the United States. I believe in the power of state and local governments, and believe that the consolidation of power in the federal government needs to be reduced - as enshrined in both the 10th AND 9th amendments.
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
VALUES
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is between two people and has to do with love. Government should not define marriage. Religion and love do.
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
I am strongly against irreversible gender changing procedures, medication and encouragement being given to those under 18.
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian and my core beliefs are shaped by 1 Corinthians 13.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
We need federal IDs for federal elections. Period.
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
We are a democratic republic. The electoral college process prevents mob rule.
EQUALITY
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
The fact that I am running for the Congress of the United States of America as a Republican and that I can win, as an Indian man, as a legal immigrant, flies directly in the face of this ridiculous notion. I am exhausted with people pushing a narrative that we must be victims - I urge, instead that we be victorious and look for ways to make our nation the greatest it can be. I took an oath to defend the Constitution, the only colors I identify with are red, white and blue.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
I can't believe this is a real issue - c'mon, this is common sense.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Strongly Disagree
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Fossil fuels - we need to immediately utilize our oil and natural gas. We must also start to fast track nuclear power.
