QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Rape, incest, and the health of the mother and child. I believe a woman has the right to choose what happens to her own body but, at some point, it is the rights of the unborn child that needs to come first.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
There are plenty of businesses to choose from that provide the same services. To intentionally go to a business knowing that they do not hold your same beliefs is trying to incite unrest.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
The United States needs tighter control on immigration law and enforcement of expired visas. We need to further monitor our schools to prevent the indoctrination of our vulnerable young minds that we see happening already.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Disagree
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C Individuals should decide their own healthcare options, and what they can afford and need. Other countries have tried to provide government-paid healthcare and in order to afford these programs, taxes were increased exponentially to cover the cost. They did not provide health care coverage to illegal immigrants.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
under no circumstance, a person has the right to choose what happens to their body and what is put in it
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
further research is needed
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would need to have access to review the budget and look at historical data to give a more clear response
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Agree
Yes, two years maximum
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
We should keep Title 42 in place indefinitely
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
We should do the immigration system on a merit-based system just as they do in the other countries. Unless the individual can substantiate political asylum is needed for the safety of the human being
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
We should never redirect funds away from law enforcement and first responders. We should direct funding toward mental health and take it away from other government-funded agencies. Mental Health should always be a priority right alongside protecting our community.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Criminals should not possess firearms and if we catch them in possession, they need to have their probation revoked immediately and serve the rest of their sentence incarcerated with additional non- negotiation penalties. If their sentence is completed but part of their sentencing is to not be in possession, of a firearm, then the maximum penalty should apply without reducing the sentence. Criminals can get a gun far easier than law-abiding citizens can. We should not penalize law-abiding citizens. We have the Right to Bear Arms and protect our families and property.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
The dealers and manufacturers did not cause the violence the criminal did.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The purpose of the government is to be a voice of the people who elected those to represent us. The government works for us, not the other way around.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Lean Conservative
I have always tried to look at both sides and do what is best for Nevada as a whole not one-parties politics other the other
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
none
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am not a person who makes decisions based on peer pressure or party lines. I try to gain as much knowledge as possible from all sides to make an educated decision on what is best for the citizens of Nevada, I work for all Nevadans once I am elected. I promise to always be available to the citizens.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Agree
We need a framework of moral values that are not being considered today.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Neutral
I support not discriminating against another human being.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Neutral
I believe that God does not regulate who you love nor should we.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
They are my own beliefs and values as a Christian
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
We need to secure our elections to ensure a fair vote for all.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Voter ID with fingerprinting is necessary to protect election integrity. Our voting rolls need to be expunged and only those that wish to vote should sign up. We should not have other government agencies signing people up to vote. I would also remove Ballot Harvesting.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No, it's not a threat to domestic security. Some factions try to make it a threat and invite others to follow. Those that follow this ideology need to educate themselves better before participating in a cause that is meaningless. We as a nation that was built on many ethnicities growing together for a better life need to stop allowing small factions from inciting mayhem and destruction to further a divide between the races.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Disagree
The time for reparations has long since passed, we would need to go back to every single race that was enslaved by the progressives. This would cause more harm than good to our economy. There is no race that had it worse than any other race, we ripped American Indians from their homes and land. Millions of them were slaughtered in the name of progress, and Jews placed in concentration camps. The slave boats held Chinese, Africans, Mexicans, Cubans, Pacific Islanders, Irish, Italians Japanese.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Neutral
