RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Neutral
They should receive founds only for consulting soon to be mothers about all other choices besides abortion. Abortions unintentionally alter our future, and no one knows what that baby could have become, perhaps a famous scientist discovering a cure that does not even exist today. All 50 states have safe haven law that allows a parent or legal guardian to confidentially surrender an infant, three days old or younger, to any hospital emergency room.Everybody has the right to be born.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Rape and incest.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
The answer to our financial problem can be found on my website, ferencpataki.com We must reform our monetary system instead of taking money away (by more taxes) from the job creators.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Disagree
The solution to this problem is on my website as well. The United States Constitution gave the power to coin money only to Congress and not a central bank. That power was delegated to the Federal Reserve in 1913 and must be taken back and then we can pay off the national debt within one year and never borrow money ever again.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
After we reform our monetary system and the U.S. Treasury controls the money supply and the issuance of our money, then we can introduce major tax cuts to revive our economy.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
Since there are so many religions and so many people without religions, the separation between church and state should remain.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under no circumstances.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B) is my answer, but the best way to achieve that is to reform our monetary system as on my website and my previous answers.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C)
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Protect our borders.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Vetted political refugees, war refugees and people with approved asylums.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Love and respect one another and not letting the sun go down on my anger.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
The DMV requires a thumb print from everyone in order to issue a driver's license and a space for the same thumb print should be on all mail in ballots.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Most people of all races are living peacefully and respectfully with one another in the United States and individuals that are troublemakers, should never be considered as the majority.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A)
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
No interviews yet.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
The single most important issue in our nation is, who controls the money supply and the issuance of the U.S. dollar. All our nation's financial problems will be solved when our Congress takes back its constitutional money issuing power, that was delegated to the Federal Reserve in 1913. The national debt was $2.9 Billion in 1913 and we all know that it is over $30 Trillion in 2022. We just cannot borrow ourselves out of debt as history proves it, so we must change, we must reform our monetary system and I believe that I can convince the House and the Senate to reform our monetary system in alignment with the United States Constitution. Only then, we can have real and permanent solutions to our greatest problems like, inflation, rising crime, homelessness, health care, social security, education just to name a few.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
Under my proposal we will have well-funded police departments and well-funded health and community programs without raising taxes or borrowing money. When our government controls the money supply and issues our money, there won’t be any need to borrow money ever again to finance programs and services that serves the public.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Current laws are sufficient.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Just because we do not use the word gun, for a car, it does not mean that a vehicle is not a lethal weapon, and nobody sues the car manufacturer or the car dealer if a drunk driver creates a fatal accident. Crime should always be dealt with on individual basis without punishing the innocents for someone else’s crime.
