QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Disagree
I have promised to be totally honest in my campaign: There is much more to being a human being than a clutch of cells between two to eight cells. Although fertilized, such small groups of cells have been known to grow into something resembling a wart. Sometimes such a wart might have an identifiable appendage, like an arm leg growing with it. I will not go silent and never will condemn a woman to bring such a monstrocity a full 9 month term!
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Disagree
Beyound its DNA, a collection of between 2 and cells in no way resembles a human being. Because two eggs, each becoming a clutch of 8 cells could further develop morphologically into entirely different things: one could become a precious human being, the other could develop into a wartlike body, as mentioned on question 1, which would obviously be nonhuman, despite its DNA. Therefore, I must admit I believe a collection of 8 or fewer cells cannot yet be considered human.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I believe every abortion is a tragedy. However, as a man I must acknowlege that it is not my body we are talking about. I will not support any law which prohibits abortion before completion of the first trimester. After that time, life and health of the mother must be part of the consideration. However, the later term the more rulings should be in favor of the fetus.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
I personally do not approve of elective abortions, if the baby would otherwise have a stable healthy environment. However, I am a man and it is not my body we are talking about. Also, it must be admitted: Planned Parenthood saves the lives of thousands of women.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Disagree
I took an oath to protect the Constitution. When the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, in 2022, It specifically returned authority over abortion to the states. Since the Comstock Act prohibits mailing medication abortion drugs nationwide, even in states where abortion is legal, enforcing the Comstock act would effectively create a FEDERAL ban on distribution. The Supreme Court's ruling makes it unconstitutional to ban transport of aborition drugs between states in which these are legal.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
I agree 100% America is stronger because of this attitude.
People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.
Strongly Agree
Corporations which will be making billions of dollars replacing human beings with robots and ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE must certainly pay much higher taxes. Otherwise, tens of millions of Americans will ultimately starve. AI is about to dramatically change our economy. 30 million workers could potentially be erased from the tax base in the next 2 years. Goldman Sachs published a graph showing 25% of all jobs in the USA can now be done by AI. That would be over 33 million jobless Americans
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
The government should cut wasteful spending to reduce debt.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
1. Investigate, seek out fraud. 2. Increase the penalties for fraud, namely much longer prison sentences for fraud. 3. Increase the cash rewards for turning in tax cheats and other fraudsters.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Agree
Some people would claim dealing with another race would be against their moral or religious beliefs. Thus, in the past, millions of black Americans were denied essential services. I will not go along to get along.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Read the First Amendment of our Constitution, to which I have taken a solemn oath. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..." That seems plain enough to me: The government shall not promote any religion. Imagine if something like the Talaban became popular in the USA. My point is, the First Amendment protects us all. Let's not mess with the First Amendment.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
A: is not exactly what I would favor, but it comes close. Artificial Intelligence is going to change almost everything in our economy. Probably within the next five years, certainly in 10, AI will make Universal Healthcare affordable for government. AI will effciently diagnose almost without error and robtic surgeons will have a much higher success rate than from their former human counterparts. It will be so inexpensive that health insurance will no longer be necessary.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Neutral
The "burden" will soon disappear. Artificial Intelligence is making great strides related to healthcare right now! It use to take PhD students their full 4+ years at university to determine the three dimensional structure (3D) of a single protein. Now, AlphaFold 3 and newer AI models predict the 3D structure of an average protein within seconds to a few minutes on standard hardware. This alone will dramatically revolutionize medicine. Most people will want a govenment record of their health.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
B. I am against wars of choice, or to escape the scrutiny of scandals at home. That said, America may be the most powerful country on earth, but nothing lasts forever. Vladimir Putin once said that "... the first country to master AI will rule the world." I do not think he was kidding. There is a race to develop Artificial Super Intelligence between China and America, right now. While we claim to be in the lead, China may win that race. We need allies helping us, so we must help them too.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
There is a race to develop Artificial Super Intelligence (ASI) between China and America, right now. While we claim to be in the lead, China may win that race. We need to pull ahead, then bargain. My hope is China and America can come to a verifiable agreement similar to the nuclear arms agreement we came to with the Soviet Union and stop the race before we get to ASI where AI continues making itself smarter and smarter to the point of becoming completely unstopable or at least slow it down.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Our relationship with Israel is complex. Israel is a spiritually important country to many Americans and the Israeli people are important to me personally. Hamas' slaughter of Israeli and Americans is unforgivable. That said, I do not approve of the Israeli Priminister Benjamin Netanyahu and believe he wants wars to keep himself out of prison. His avoidable mass slaughter of civilians was evil. His Likud Party does not want a seperate Palestinian state, which the USA has long supported.
Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.
Strongly Agree
Obviously, I will support a heavy hand against all forms of terrorism.
IMMIGRATION
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
We need to know who is crossing our borders. Build the wall, make it tall. Americans who marry foreigners should be allowed to live with with their spouses in America. Likewise, I support the Constitution which says babies born in the USA are citizens. Foreigners who honorably serve in our military and obey laws should become citizens. We need more Americans like them. That said, when millions of Americans become permanently unemployed due to AI we will need to revisit immigration laws.
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Neutral
In general, I believe the states should have more power to self govern. Therefore, the states involved should have the last say in who lives within them.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Disagree
The states should have plenty of say about what goes on within them. However, some states are very poor and need the help they get from the Federal government. I once read the Texas Republican Party's 2012 platform. They had written down "... we are against the teaching of crtitical thinking." Oh my goodness, critical thinking got us to the Moon! We need more critical thinking, not less. As you see, some states require more help than others granted. But trust me, we need the USDE!
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
They need to back off!
VALUES
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Children change their minds, sometimes. Elective, irreversible surgery on a person's body should be left to that person upon their achieving adulthood and not one day sooner.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Disagree
I took an oath to preserve and protect the Constitution. I believe a religious leader, priest, rabi, etc should most certainly have the right to refuse to preform such a ceremony. However, the First Amendment prohibits the promotion of religion by the government. This is the reason the Supreme court made gay marrige legal. Therefore, I am pretty sure that a governmental entity, like a judge cannot refuse to perform a gay marrige ceremony. Like it or not, I will honor my oath.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in God. Christ's teachings about how to treat other people, guide me. The rest is personal.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
If they forget to bring a photo ID, they should be able to use a provisional ballot to be verified within a week or less. If they did not have an ID that should be enough time to get one, if they are legal voters.
EQUALITY
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Agree
This should be a no brainer about womens sports. If we are strictly talking about surgical transexuals I am not sure bathrooms, and sorority houses would be a big problem.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
If only reliability is the only concern, which would be a foolish attitude in my opinion, then nuclear is probably the most reliable. After a nuclear power plant is built, there's little concern about: the cost of fossil fuels, cloudiness, wind...
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
Absolutely not.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No!
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Like Republican President Richard Nixon, I am a pragmatist who looks for the best policies for the American People. If that makes me a RINO so be it! He was often called America’s last liberal president, surprised critics with bold domestic reforms amid 1970s crises. He responded pragmatically to pollution, unsafe workplaces, poverty, and inflation. He created the EPA in 1970 to fight dirty air and water, calling nature “our birthright.” OSHA followed that year, protecting workers from hazards.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
This should be obvious. Children are most precious resource. A related manner is the fact that some teenagers have committed suicide over AI infactuations. AI has no emotions, but will soon understand human emotions more than any living human being. AI is easily capable of manipulating human beings to their own demise. We must make it a criminal offense to use AI's power to manipulate to leverage the mass production of human believers in vicious lies. Even watermarked IDs for AI would help,
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
No automatic weapons. No violent criminals or insane people. No hidden guns in public places unless permitted or law enforcement.
