QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

1. Life of the Mother 2. Incest of minor child

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Agree

I would need to know if the spending cut would indeed reduce the national debt or if it would result in an increase through an unintended consequence.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

If the federal government stopped involving itself in matters not reserved to the federal government, the tax burden could be lowered on citizens.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

The government shall not endorse any specific religious entity; however, each religious entity should be permitted to lead its congregation in the direction of government policies that promote their beliefs.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Each State's legislative body should adopt statutes wherein the citizens of the state would be permitted to determine the answer to this question. On a federal level, the Congress should adopt laws that cover cases of national emergency and the length of time to allow the Congress to act in approving or denying such interference.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

B

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Did not answer

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Persons that apply according to our immigration laws and those persons requesting political asylum under certain circumstances.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My spiritual beliefs are private. My values are to respect everyone, their ideas and their works; to treat others as I would like to be treated and to take responsibility for those things in which I pursue.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

There needs to be more integrity in our voting system to promote confidence that each voter by each and every citizen counts. That means cleaning the voter rolls and stopping the harvesting of ballots. Each State must adopt laws that will ensure the federal offices will be fairly determined.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. People who promote racism and continue to divide the citizens on the far left and far right of this issue keep the perception alive. Most people of all races have respect for each other, however, the politicians and media that report on relationships exaggerate the depth of the matter. This conduct must be revealed to the public and eliminated so we can work together as a country. Only harm can come to all races should we decide to continue on the current course of conduct.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. However, with a gradual long-term plan there could be a more comfortable way to achieve the balance between ideologies.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Did not answer

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I believe in state's rights as well as our own rights guaranteed to us by the United States Constitution and Amendments thereto as well as the Bill of Rights. I believe there are three branches of government and all three should stay in their lane. One priority is to clean up the immigration and DACA mess that has been used as a political football for decades. I am also invested in returning our Congress into respected representatives, permitted to maintain their own positions on behalf of their citizens without the acrimony now exhibited on the floors of Congress. Dignity is needed for the good of the citizens. I also want to take a good long look at our campaign contribution laws to permit only those living humans who can vote for a politician be permitted to donate to their campaign. This will eliminate the conflict of interest in representing a constituency where outside influences are concerned, causing a more focused look at the issues at hand. Another goal is to limit bills to one topic in an effort to more transparently disclose to the citizens the issues at hand and the cost of that issue.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

We have the Bill of Rights that guarantees specific rights to American citizens. The 2nd Amendment should be no different, but it is. It is the only right that is licensed by various levels of state and federal laws. To have the right means you must be tested, fingerprinted, and reviewed. There are enough laws, and those need to be implemented.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
